These people are absolutely wonderful. It was clear to me from the start that they are passionate about animals and are animal lovers. They ensured my fur baby was comfortable and had plenty of space to move around, and they were very very kind upon meeting in person. They were incredibly fast, I’m actually so shocked, from NV to the far end of TX only took them a day! They provided me photos of my cat each time they stopped and told me the city and state of their location. I had gone through so many people before deciding upon them, and I think they were by far the best choice out there, I definitely made the right decision! I’d give more than 5 stars if that were and option. I’m extremely happy with my experience!

DO NOT LET THIS WOMAN NEAR YOUR PETS!! Initially I was impressed, although she admittedly was inexperienced and a leisure transporter, I was facing an emergency when a scam artist had my entire litter and mother and additionally refused to relinquish 1st pick male and female as payment for her hardly feeding them the month they were with her, she I thought was a friend, when she went out and blaowntbthousands on new top of the line kennels and expwcted me to pay for that so she could use for her program and my dogs never even seen them, and many many other issues she started telling the world I was the scam, when she initially offered to take them when I had an accident and offered to do it for free! Chat picked them up knowing these facts and she was sent the address of the drop off ahead of time (half way through the transport she flipped out saying she was keeping them another day delivering another time cause it was an extra few hours more than she thought, I reminded her she had the address I’m not from Illinois and no idea how far one town is from Chicago that’s why I sent the address immediately upon booking) Char knew it was a “rescue mission” getting mom (who the one boarding lied saying she had heart problems to try and keep her as she was due to come into heat) char insisted I send more money or she wasn’t finishing the transport taking them to a pound so I sent more money and she said we were squared away paid in full. She did finally get to the destination, after several picket dials from her co-driver whom was covert rude and unprofessional as well, talking about how their clients are idiots and this and that, and when dropping off demanded more money from the person receiving the dogs!!! Luckily they didn’t pay her anything more, a 300 dollar transport turned into almost 1000 and still wanted more, but then she and the other lady scamming me in the first place started calling the client stalking him and others saying how I’m sending sick dogs with medical issues to puppy mills etc, when that’s quite not the case I know the person who still has them and I have heart tests to show mom is and always was in perfect health. I’m not sure why she sided with the scam artist but they seemed to be two peas in a pod with how they conned more and more out of someone who had nothing To give! I had to borrow just to pay for this horrible horrible transport. I’ve been in the dog business 29 years, transporting comes with it, I’ve done transports both domestic and international many times for VIP clients and sure things come up and issues arise but be professional and handle it like a professional, this is a BUSINESS. It a way to extort people out of money they didn’t have!! , I’ve NEVER had an unhappy client, but this as a total disaster. The people receiving my dogs were friends and both said they were scared for the remaining dogs in Michelle McPhauls care at her literal puppy mill in Gillette Wi. Guaranteed she’ll respond with a gubch of lies and banter, being dramatic as I see she’s been in her replies to other dissatisfied clients she transported for…. Believe the person who was being scammed from the start she saw an opportunity I was desperate and she was conveniently located… BEWARE IS RIGHT!!! DO NOT LET THIS WOMAN NEAR YOUR PETS!!

Matt was wonderful. He was very responsive from the start and was able to pick up my 2 black labs the very next day and bring them all the way from TN to CA in just a couple days. I was able to track their location the whole time and he sent me frequent and very regular text updates along with pics and videos. He was kind and the dogs loved him. Once picked up my bike made it to Texas within three days. Driver communicated his whereabouts once in Texas. They will be my first choice next time.

RD is truly one of those people that make you feel lucky to have met them. He put the safety of our 10 week old puppy over his own profits and comfort without being asked to do so. He spent 5 days in a vehicle with one of the most rambunctious little creatures I have ever met who had never been away from his litter and had never been in a car or crated. In other words, this was not a peaceful 5 days. And yet, he never seemed impatient or put out, on the contrary, he treated him like his own baby. He was communicative and made great timing, he sent us plenty of pictures so we could watch their journey. If this review sounds over the top, that's because RD is over the top. I'm still blown away at the care and compassion this man has, he went beyond what you could possibly ask of anyone, let alone a stranger. I would absolutely recommend him to any friends and family in need of transportation services.

Highly recommend. We were forced to leave our pet tortoise, Trixie, behind when we moved from Las Vegas to our current home. She had gone into a mid summer hibernation due to the extreme heat there. When she reemerged, we needed to have her transported to us and her new home. Jonathan, the driver, was outstanding – delivering her to us quickly for a very reasonable rate. Kimberly was extremely professional and truly cared about the animals that she is transporting. I met my puppy in Mantoloking, NJ and had planned to fly back with him at the end of the weekend. Upon seeing him, I knew right away he was too big to fly. Being from CA, I was only in NJ for 12 hrs that day visiting family and picking up puppy on our way to DC for the weekend. With him being too big to fly, our entire plans changed. I came on Citizenshipper and posted my situation. Kimberly @ Wags-n-WhiskersNW LLC responded to my post within 15 mins. I told her that my pick up date is NOT flexible as we will be leaving NJ by the end of the day that day. She drove down from Philadelphia that evening and picked up my puppy that day by 6PM. She sent multiple update texts w/ photos every single day informing me of where they were. In the photos, my puppy looked happy and comfortable. After picking up my puppy on Friday evening, she arrived in Glendale, CA on Monday morning and my puppy looked happy, healthy, and even grew a bit! I knew she took great care of him because once she left, he began looking for her for some time. We'd been waiting over a month to meet and get our puppy and him not being able to fly back nearly broke out hearts. But, thanks to Kimberly, we are able to have the puppy of our dreams brought across the country in a much more comfortable situation than if he would've flown (an added bonus was that during the transport, he was comfortably sitting in a crate, so he was already kind of crate trained when he got to CA). All that is to say -- THANK YOU KIMBERLY FOR MAKING OUR DREAM COME TRUE!! Ya'll are the best!

Tiffanys service safely delivered a young pup and sent photos and updated info on how well he was doing during the journey to his new forever home. He also rode in style in a Mercedes. Most people don't get that luxury when traveling. Their fee was also very reasonable..I would call on them again. A trustworthy transport.
