Reginaldo got the job done! Getting my 75' CB750 from San Diego to Miami without a scratch. At first the communication was touch and go, but once he picked up the motorcycle, communication was great. Nick was amazing. Super friendly and personable. We spoke on the phone a few times before we met in person and I got a better idea of who he is. He took very good care of my 2 cats and 2 dogs being transported from Arizona to Florida. Got all the updates I needed and my dogs definitely bonded with him and didn’t want to see him go. I was so scared to trust a stranger with my babies but he proved to me there are some good people left in the world. If I ever have to transport them again, I will definitely contact Nick. Amanda was amazing! 100000% recommend!!! My bf and I are moving across the country (Richmond -> Bay Area) and we have two cats (both 7-8 lb) that we were worried about traveling. We found Amanda’s profile on citizen shipper and from the very beginning she was very responsive, knowledgeable about traveling with animals and had answers to all our questions. We wanted her to fly with our cats so that a family member could pick them up in the Bay Area and she did research on flights and let me know all the details about flying with pets. When the time came, she picked up our cats in Richmond and they stayed with her for a day and then she flew with them to the bay so they could be picked up by my mom. The entire time she was sending me updates, photos and videos. my cats seemed way more comfortable with her than I ever could have expected (they are shy :) ) which made me so happy. She provided an amazing service and this is a HUGE weight off my shoulders!!! if I ever needed my cats to travel a long distance again I would fly her straight to me!

🚨DO NOT BOOK THIS DRIVER🚨 I booked this driver for a move across the country for my two cats and paid him almost $1000 up front, as per his policy. Less than one week after booking, I had to cancel my move due to legal reasons. I let him know the situation, and he said that he would refund half of my money that day, and the rest the following Friday. It has now been over a month, I have not received any money, and he has stopped responding to my message (both via text and the Citizen Shipper platform). This is a highly dishonest and unscrupulous individual.

Gina was awesome! Throughout the trip she communicated where she was and anything pertinent that we should know about the puppy we were having delivered. From the beginning, the puppy was very shy and timid and a little afraid of his new surroundings. By the end of the trip you could see that he had become very fond of her. As she was driving off he was going from window to window to see where she was going. Gina is truly a Beautiful Soul and I would highly recommend her for any transport of any animals.

Vehicle was picked up within correct time frame and was delivered quicker than expected. Only glitch was driver asked for more money than quoted before he would unload truck. He than showed me a contract he had with HB transit to move my vehicle for more money, I told him that contract wasn’t what a agreed to. I immediately contacted HB transit and they called his boss and he than unloaded vehicle and said they would straighten it out with company. I didn’t pay more than originally quoted and can thank HB transit coordinator for that. I would use them again and stick to my guns when driver asked for more money.

Amazing service! They transported my pup from Hiram to Waukegan and kept my family super updated. Anna was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My family and I moved from FL to CO and having found Anna and the services she provided was the biggest help ever and we're so grateful! She was prompt and on time, stayed in touch throughout the whole process. The dogs were healthy and happy when they arrived, she was with them for 6 day, they were well taken care of, the whole experience was amazing. Our giant breed was our biggest concern, but she made his and overnight stays very comfortable, and our Yorkie too! I was so stressed out when my foster dog got abandoned by her adoptive mom because of a medical situation she was in Texas and I was in Pennsylvania I did research major research and found this awesome couple who also work with her daughter Semper Fi pet Transport LLC. they were so kind and accommodating. Everything kept changing and they were so calm about it. He sent so many pictures along the way and my sweet girl didn’t look stressed at all with him. In fact she wanted to ride in his lap completely surprising me because she’s usually afraid of people. It only took him 24 hours to pick her up from Texas and bring her to me in Pennsylvania. Amazing!! She is still calm just chilling in my lap now that I have her. (I am keeping her forever now) If I were rich would’ve tipped him $1000.00 They were the most reasonably priced not too low with a bunch of extra fees, it cost exactly what they said.
