Had a bad experience with another driver prior to this. Was extremely hesitant to ship my dog again. Sam @AOTG-RPM set my mind at ease . He contacted me days prior to pick up . Spoke at length to talk me through the process and route . Was prompt upon arrival and you could tell he was not only kind with the animals but simply an authentic person. He reiterated the planned trip and assured me he would send pics and videos along the way , which he did . Having an Instagram page to follow was also reassuring . He delivered my sons dog from R.I to South Carolina and she arrived happy and healthy . As a bonus , he even made room ( last minute request ) to bring my sons golf clubs as well. Let me just say we raise Australian shepherds and usually will fly puppies to different states but dates and times just didn't line up this time so I had another breeder recommend using a ground shipper so I took the chance and so this was my first time using a ground shipper and couldn't have had a better experience. Hannah would update me ever time they stopped and with pictures just to easy my mind that my pups were safe and being well taken care of. We plan to use Hannah if she's available when we need her. If you want that extra care she's you're girl. Thanks for going above and beyond what I expected.

Overall good communication by Rod. Very quick in setting up delivery. Responses were very prompt. The only challenge is the timing of pickup & delivery is tough to coordinate. Pickup window was good and on time, but once they hand-over to the actual carrier, the delivery slot kept changing and final delivery was delayed by 1 day. So, you have to be prepared to take time off from work to receive vehicle. They only give about 1 hour notice. Other than that all good.

LOOK NO FURTHER! Dom is THE BEST!!!! I thought I hired just a driver to bring my cat Sunny and dog Boss to me, but I gained a friend and someone who REALLY cares about your animals like they are his own. I read all of his reviews before booking him, and they’re all true. Dom is wonderful. This man picked up 2 pets for me. He first drove 9 hours to pick up a cat that I rescued from Egypt. There was miscommunication on my end and he ended up needing to drive 14 hours to a whole different state to pick her up and then back 14 to pick up my dog the next day. I thought there was no way he would be willing to drive that far last minute. But Dom said “of course I’ll drive another 14, we gotta get your cat to you!!!” I’m sure he could have taken advantage of that mistake I made and charged me an arm and a leg for the last minute change…but he didn’t mention a thing about paying him more (of course I did though) he never got mad that he drove there for nothing, he was never rude or impatient. He was so positive the entire time. He really wanted to rescue my girl as much as I did. Because of the last minute change he ended up sleeping in a rest stop for TWO nights. Just to make sure he got to both of my foster parents house on time in the morning. This man really put my animals above himself. Driving for 3 days total nonstop to bring my babies to me in a timely manner. He updated me every hour or whenever I asked. He even brought me souvenirs from the states he passed through. SO trustworthy and I got so lucky to find him on here. Before I could even text my adopters about the changes, Dom had already called them to update them. Truly professional and him and his partner are wonderful people. I didn’t want my cat to be in the crate for the drive, because she had been in the crate for over 24 hours due to flying in from overseas. Dom said “no problem, I cat proofed my car and made her a tent so she can roam freely and sleep.” My cat went through a lot on her journey here to the USA, but as soon as she got with Dom she was relaxed and happy and sitting on his lap. Cats can feel energy, they know when a person is good. He’s a wonderful person. And it wasn’t just a job for him, he really cares about your animals and getting them to you. I’ll never use anyone else, and I’d recommend him to ANYONE. Trust me. You don’t find many people in the world like Dom who really just have a good heart and good intentions and aren’t greedy. Book him NOW!!! Sunny, Boss and me will always remember you Dom!

Claude is THE BEST! I could not have imagined transporting my pup Frankie from California to New York would be such an amazing experience for all of us. He is a true professional, and when you combine that with his love for animals, you have the perfect person to transport your pet(s). He doesn't just bring your pet from point A to point B, he does much more than that. When he picked up Frankie, he noticed some behaviors (very introverted, lack of confidence, scared) and worked with him throughout the trip on getting his confidence back and letting him know he was loved!!! I could even see the difference in the pictures and videos from day 1 to when he arrived in NY. Frankie was amazing when I met him and that is why Claude is so special. She delivered my cat safely, but I wouldn’t use her again. I read some of the reviews and I was hoping they were just misunderstandings, but I should have listened to them. She told me she’d be at the humane society to get the kitten at 11am day of.. didn’t arrive until 30 mins before they closed which she said was due to traffic but she was only an hour away so I’m not sure how traffic can last almost 4 hours. She didn’t give me many updates and only sent me 2 pictures when she first got her. When she was about 2 hours away I attempted to pay the fee due and my bank denied due to it being a Sunday and a large amount of money. I let her know I’d call the bank first thing in the morning and get it cleared up asap. She was not happy, argued with me, demanded I figure it out and give her the money immediately and told me she would not be delivering my cat unless I paid her. She basically blew me up and told me I was a liar and didn’t try to make the transaction at all. I apologized profusely as the bank security was something I should have foreseen and that was entirely my fault but asked that she not threaten to keep my animal from me. It was a back and forth for a while of her stating she would give me the cat when she was paid and I eventually just said ok I’ll see you tomorrow. She finally gave up demanding the money when she realized that there was nothing I could do as the bank locked my account.. and said I’ll bring the cat. I met her, she was nice enough in person, and it seemed that my kitten was taken care of, but she smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. I have had to bathe her 3 times and I still smell it. She also told me how she basically just let her hop around the car the whole time because she didn’t like the carrier, which is extremely unsafe for a tiny kitten. The next day rolled around and I called my bank and got the transaction approved and all was well. Overall- she got my cat to me. But the stress and the headache I had the whole time was a huge inconvenience. She’s just too argumentative for me.

If there was half a star, I would select that. This shipper scheduled my dog to go from CA to SC, I paid them 1/2 the shipping cost at the time of booking. There were some unfortunate unforeseen events that happen with driver, so I remained patient to wait for driver for a week, finally received info that they couldn’t get scheduled for another 2 weeks later. At this point, waiting for 1 month, I couldn’t wait that far out. So I asked mypetchauffer to please cancel my shipment so I could get my money back and hire another shipper. They did cancel and I received refund from citizenshipper booking fee, but mypetchauffer has yet to provide refund even after numerous site messages, emails, and text messages, it has been over 4 weeks since cancellation and I have yet to get a response at all nor the refund. This is very bad business.

What a wonderful experience! We have only shipped our hunting dogs professionally or drove them ourselves. Our dogs are family! So we were very hesitant and nervous to use this company, never mind a stranger. But due to time and family constraints we were in a bind and chose Randi. She was great!! My cats did come back pretty dirty because I think they hung out IN the litter box (but that’s their deal, not a shipper issue - just a heads up to others that cats are weird and gross when traveling l because I didn’t think of it).
