Terrible company and Dom sucks. Told me for weeks it'd be there on a certain date and didn't tell me it won't make it in time until the day of. Told me it was an unexpected maintenance problem but when I called the company he was tryin to use it turns out he just waited too long and lied to me. Messed up all my plans. Before you book with this company ask yourself what's more likely: that the last 4 person who are totally unrelated have it out for him or if this company just legitimately sucks. You know the answer.

This lady and daughter transported our dog from Charlotte, N.C. to Seaside, California in 4 days. She was so kind with our dog Isabella, sending pictures everyday keeping us updated. Isabella had her own pillow in the front seat of the car, probably her own pillow in the hotel. She was treating like royalty.I can not thank this citizenshipper enough, I know consider them part of our family. If you want luxury service, Land, Air & Sea transport are the people you what to use. If we every need transporting our dog again, they will be the first people I call. God Bless Them.

We would highly recommend NOT booking this transporting service for your pet. They were 11 days late picking up our dog so we had to find alternate living arrangements. Our dog was delivered 8 days after his pick-up to another state in which WE facilitated the earlier delivery. Eight days is way too long for any pet to be in a crate in a minivan. Additionally our pup was severely dehydrated upon his drop-off.

Wow, just wow! Katrina and John are just amazing people. When I unexpectedly became guardian of an elderly dog belonging to my elderly aunt who could longer care for her, I needed a way to get her 1200 miles from her home. Of the over 100 offers to bring her from Florida to Connecticut, there was something about J&K Transport that instilled confidence that they were the ones. I was not wrong! Gina is the best. I would never have trusted my pet with anyone else. Not only did she communicate the whole trip, she helped me with some basic training as our puppy was only 7 weeks. Her price was so fair and I really like the fact that Gina is the actual driver and does not outsource her jobs. Beware of other offers, as they may not be the person who is actually picking up your pet. Gina works for herself and loves your pet as her own for the few days she has them in her possession. My dog arrived. This is the only reason for not giving a 1-star . No pictures were ever sent at any point during transport from PA to CA. When she arrived, she was covered in excrement and clearly stressed beyond belief. You pay for what you get with Arete. Be careful when using them. I would not book again. I've shipped several other dogs and there are better, more transparent options. Update: Arete reached out nearly immediately after my post. Good discussion about what went correct and areas to improve. I don't believe my experience was representative of the vast majority of their clients. I would anticipate them providing more location updates and photos in the future. Would probably book again based on the follow-up conversation with ownership.

Do not use this company. I contracted them to transport my puppy from Louisiana to Oklahoma. The agreed-upon time frame was 1 day. When I next got an update, they were in Tennessee. The update was only by text on the site since they had given me a false phone number to contact them with. Then they took my puppy to Georgia and then to Florida. They kept telling me they were on their way to and in reality, they had traveled 1300 miles away from me. Citizenshipper was of little to no help. I did not receive my puppy until 4:01 am on Sunday. I repeat, Do Not Use This Company! They stated that their dispatcher had given them the wrong information. They do not have a dispatcher. The "company" only consists of 2 people. Juan and Brentoya. Both are deceitful and not trustworthy. If they wish to refute any of the above statements, I have recorded all conversations and copies of all texts and emails. I can offer 100% proof of their false and misleading behavior.

My dog, Tara, who is quite anxious normally, connected with Kevin quickly and had a fantastic time on the way down. He took her hiking and swimming at Lake Shasta and I felt comforted knowing she was getting exercise and relaxed . I truly think she was sad to see Kevin leave. Do not hire this person.! He has no clue on how to transport motorcycles. What is even worse is he knowingly drove 6 hours with the Mc laying on it's side! He sucks, he doesn't keep his word and citizen shippers washes their hand of the whole situation, saying he is a private contractor. Don't they at least check to see if the transporter has the required insurance? Especially if they charge you a "modest"booking fee, which is way too high? What a SCAM!
