Lisa and her family are literal angels. They willingly drove into the aftermath of a hurricane in Florida to rescue my mom’s four very large cats. If that was not enough, Lisa then orchestrated personal delivery of the cats three thousand miles across the country to the Pacific Northwest. My mom was so relieved to not only be reconciled with her cats but to see that Lisa took such amazing care of them on the journey. I am so appreciative of Lisa, her husband, and her children for taking on such an enormous responsibility. This was not an ordinary situation yet it was treated with extraordinary care. ❤️

We had a wonderful experience with Shelly she is awesome! She picked up our new puppy for us and brought him home to us yesterday. She kept us informed from the moment she picked him up until he was dropped off. She went out of her way and sent pictures and videos to let us know how he was doing and how far out she was. We were able to track her through gps and we never had to wonder how everything was going cause she updated us the whole time. She even checked on us today to see how everything went with our new puppy. We were unsure at first about using a shipper because we didn’t want the puppy around other pets but with Shelly we were reassured he would be the only pet with her the whole time. If you have to decide on a shipper definitely pick Shelly you will not be disappointed. She is super kind and thoughtful and even gave us a little gift for our puppy, She’s the best!

When I started looking for pet transport, I felt strongly that I wanted the trip to be as low stress as possible. Afterall, we were getting our puppy straight from her mama! I looked at several options that seemed really impersonal, placing the puppy in the back of a van. Then, I found Marcie. I could tell by her pictures that she loves on the pups and treats them as more than just cargo. She did not disappoint. I'm the guy who holds back that last star from ratings because I rarely find a product or service that I think is truly worthy of the top rating. Five stars gets thrown around too easily in my experience. That being said, Barry at Precious Cargo is fully worthy of all five of these stars. His communication is regular and detailed. We received tons of videos and updates of our two golden pups over his entire 1000 mile journey and could track him the whole way. He even gave them both a morning bath! But it isn't just the service. It's Barry. He's got the perfect temperament for this job and clearly loves what he does. I would recommend Barry over and over and over again to anyone who needs their "precious cargo" transported. I'm so glad we were able to filter him through all the quotes we received back. Go with Barry and you really are going with the best.

Wesley is a very nice guy and a great communicator. The boat made it pretty much on time, as he had a few hiccups that were out of his control. The boat did arrive with the bimini top shredded and the light destroyed from the wind. I did not back charge him because I accepted responsibility that I should have removed it rather than just putting it down, but as a transporter I do think it is his responsibility to make sure everything is secure before he leaves. I guess he will never make that mistake again, I know I won't. The top and light cost me $1,000.00.

Words cannot describe the satisfaction I have with VIP transport. They exceeded my expectations with my kitten hunter that I was sending to my sister. I had the pleasure of working with Martha on the on the transport of two cats. Unfortunately, things that were out of my control resulted in my cancellation of the transport in total however, I couldn't have been happier with the experience they provided. But, had no communication until I received a call that the delivery would be made within 1 hour, 2 days after pickup, just after I had called to find out status. Rep did not call back until a few hours after I received my delivery. Good news, though, delivery was a day earlier than originally promised! All in all, it was a satisfactory experience. Here's a review for anyone who has never done this kind of service before and has a lot of anxiety about it: I had never used a transporting service before. So I was nervous about it because I didn't know what to expect. My anxious nature made this worse! Airlines were (and still are) such a huge headache and mess to deal with, so I chose the vehicle transport route. And I'm so glad I did. Our experience with God's Gift Furry Lift was, in one word, a relief. That feeling you get when something heavy has been lifted off your shoulders. That's the kind of relief I felt throughout the entire process. I had been having severe anxiety about getting our dog from Oklahoma to California. It was a lot of miles to travel and a lot was going on in the world it seemed at the time of our request for transport. Wildfires, heat waves, airlines being unpredictable and unreliable, everything being SO expensive. It seemed like everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. With anxiety too, if you've never done something before, not knowing what to expect can make your anxiety worse. But then, Tonica of God's Gift Furry Lift came along. Like a hero who swoops in and saves the day, Tonica was the very first bid I received after submitting my application for a transporter. Tonica immediately made me feel like our puppy and the situation we were in was cared about within our first few messages. Before we even set everything up and followed through with a plan, she was very easy to talk to, understanding, and gentle. I felt like she was actually listening to me and taking the time to understand and help us in our situation. I also didn't know this at the time, but our puppy was anything but easy!
