Arina is PHENOMENAL. If you are nervous to trust someone with your pet, please look no further! Arina picked up our kitten at the last minute and drove him from NJ to FL, even as the hurricane approached. She updated us with photos along the way- kitten in the Appalachian mountains, kitten at the rest stop, kitten napping. Arina is prepared with blankets, crates, kennels, pee pads, anything your pet might need to feel more comfortable. She is a 5-star companion to your pet. I especially appreciate her consideration for safety as the hurricane approached. Somehow she managed to deliver the kitten more quickly than expected, even in the face of detours from Hurricane Ian! If I ever find myself needing to ship a random kitten to FL again, I will be calling Arina :) absolutely terrific.

Land, Air, & Sea Transport did a very good job of caring for our cat, Meow (Yep, it's the registered name). Meow had become confused by the work being done as we sold our house in Martinez, CA. Meow ran off the 12th of June and didn't return before it was time for us to drive to PA and our new home on the 16th of July. We thought she had been hit by a car or eaten by one of the neighborhood dogs. On the 19th of September, we received a call from a man who had found a thin, hungry, female cat who had the cat's chip read (their daughter is a vet who works for ARF), called me as being the registered human companion. That day, we contacted citizenshipper.com and booked with a different shipper who never picked up Meow and failed to respond to our messages three days later. We contacted CitizenShipper again and had our request reposted. Bids started coming in again. Some were high enough, I could have taken the time and costs to fly 'round-trip myself and still save a good amount. Land, Air, & Sea Transport was not in the "What-are-you-out-to-buy-your-own-yacht!" range, and, being a Navy Veteran, I got a kick out of the business name (even though 'Land, Air, & Sea' are in the wrong order). I, also, got a kick out of the acronym it makes - LAST. I decided to make her FIRST (First In Realistic and Satisfying Transport). I was not disappointed! I think it is true you can tell a person's character by the way animals respond to them. In the pictures she sent of Meow during the transport showed Meow to be completely at ease. I agree with Meow, I think she's good human.

William spent some time with my wife and I to get know our request for the needs of our son’s cat (Binx). He offered and we were able to track his location in his transport van and kept us up to date with texting and picture’s of Binx. He further advised how she was transitioning as time went on with Williams further travel’s to other pick ups towards Binx’s destination. William had Binx come out of the crate at night to stretch and relieve some anxiety and stress from the new environment. For the six days Binx was with William we were kept informed and even verbal phone calls we made to further inform us of her well being. William even accommodated to wait for our son to get home from class at 5pm to receive Binx, which was very nice! Binx was picked up in NW Indiana and was being dropped off in Spokane Washington. So she was on a long road trip with William. If we had to do this again for some reason in the future, we would use Cobles Cross Country Pet Transportation! We have advised friends locally and via Facebook of Cobles transportation and the great satisfaction we had with them.

I was very satisfied with this service. He actually went above and beyond for me…some examples… on pick up, one of my cats went in a hole hiding spot and he had to wait a good extra half hour for us to get her out. He delayed one day for me as my destination home called to tell me it wasn’t ready. He was already en route to pick up, but he delayed. It was a long trip. Maine to Key West Fl and he arrived ahead of schedule and my cats were in good spirits. He helped me unload personal belongings…did I tell you he brought quite a bit of my belongings as well?? Well he did and he helped unload and made sure I was settled. Hurricane Ian arrived right after he left and he contacted me to make sure I awash going to be okay. I moved onto a houseboat! I was..I had to evacuate but it was nice to have that check in. He is patient and kind and a pleasant flexible person. I would recommend him definitely.

Grace and Darla are Excellent!! They go way above and beyond for their clients. They texted me and sent pictures every step of the way., They went to 2 pet stores to get food and a leash as my foster mom forgot it. They made sure the temperate was just right in the car with having 2 fans on him, they made sure our drop off time was at a reasonable hour and not in the middle of the night.
