Communication was excellent and efficient for me via Text Messaging vs. having to do a lot of talking on the phone. I especially appreciated the fact that I was communicating directly with the owner and not some 3rd party. My motorcycle arrived secured and safe within the time frame that was promised. Gerry was friendly and extremely helpful with loading and unloading my 800lb bike. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with Gmotion again nor would I hesitate to recommend him! Thanks a ton!

Extremely bad communication. I was lucky that my item was eventually delivered after several delays and lack of communication. The driver finally showed up while I was out of town and then demanded to be paid before he would deliver my item to my neighbor. I was so stressed because I was boarding my flight at the time. I ended up missing my flight due to the banking snafu that I experienced because I had to transfer money to him from an unknown location. Please do not ever ship with him.

OMG Let me tell you about these amazing people! First my dates changed 3 times and they hung in there with us! I was so scared to let Georgia Raye go anywhere with anyone! Georgia and I have this bond that is very hard to explain! We have been together 10 years and this dog has gotten me through so much. And Harper moms cat has never been out of her sight! Mr Ronald picked them up on time. He texted me every couple of hours. He sent pictures and kept me calm the entire time. He made great time. They arrived ahead of schedule! They were happy healthy and safe. If I ever have to do this again there is no one else I would call . And if these people weren’t available I would wait until they were. They are the nicest people you will ever meet in your life!

Terms of the deal agreed upon before pickup - no surprises. Clearly a very caring couple when it comes to taking care of the animals. They share the driving - a plus certainly in terms of safety and timely delivery. Spent time at drop off with my sister to get her acclimated with pet and dropped all the things that come with a pet. I was so impressed with this couple who is "Safe and Sound transport" It is the first time I ever bought a pet online. The breewder wsa 5 1/2 hours away from me and that would of been 11 hours on the road. Instead I tried Citizen Shipper, who had a small fee for using their service. The first bids were coming in at$500. I wasn't sure what was the best price for someone to deliver such special cargo. Then Safe and Sound cane in at $275. and I jumped on it. I don't regret anything about using Citizen Shipper and "Safe and Sound" They were the best priced and only offered that price if I Booked right then. So I did and the next day I had the new member of my family home with in 24 hours. He wasn't confined in a kennel either. They drove all night and arrived 6 a.m..I would recommend Safe & Sound to anyone who loves their pet.

I am extremely satisfied with this service. I was very hesitant because I’ve never been away from my dog for so long and he’s only 8 months old this but THEY MADE ME FEEL AT SO MUCH PEACE. We moved our dog from Charlotte, NC to Seattle, WA and I received pictures throughout the trip. I could tell my dog was having a great time by his attitude in the pictures. I had his location the entire time which made me feel secure. Not only they transported my pet but they loved on him, took very well care of him and made it a memorable experience for him.

Not only did she safely transport my best friend across the entire country in just a few days, but she loved him and cared for him as if he were his own. I couldn’t have chose a better person to trust. My military husband received orders to move overseas. With a short timeframe to report, there was no room on the plane for our fur baby. We decided that was for the best anyway- as we may be living out of a hotel for several weeks and that will be very stressful on our senior dog. However, this also left little time to plan for his care until he can be flown over. His sister lives on the other side of the country but was willing to care for our pup while we move and find a suitable home before sending him across the ocean. Crystal was not only understanding of our situation but she was also so kind and sympathetic while our family said see you later. She continued to send us updates and pictures, giving us immense comfort and peace knowing we made the right choice. I can’t wait to be reunited with my best friend and I have Crystal to thank.

Robert is an amazing guy - I decided the dog he would have been transporting for me was probably a bad fit for my dogs. We discussed the situation and he agreed that I should not get the dog after the booking had been made to transport it. He told me he would only charge me a small fee for his time which he has not done as yet! I can't recommend him enough and he is the first person to call if I ever need any help again!! He is such a caring thoughtful person. I would rate him 10 stars actually.
