Kelly is an angel disguised as a human. I couldn't ask for a more sweeter person to trust and handle bringing my new fur baby to me from Ohio to Phoenix Arizona. Kelly went above and beyond for me, from picking up my puppy to landing at the airport in Phoenix with updates throughout and the stories going through TSA and the airplane, were too funny...in a good way. I am absolutely disgusted with these people . I have no idea how they have any decent reviews . Im suppose to be moving out of state today and just had to cancel my flight . Talked to them yesterday and they said she’d be picked up this morning . Called ten times and no response . Even if they were to respond now How can you trust anyone who can’t get in touch with you ?! I’m suppose to put my baby in their hands ?! I was assured over and over I could call and check on my pup once she was picked up. And I don’t even get a response the day of?! Communication on the trip was not great. A trip that was promised to take 1 day took 4 and a half. The driver seemed to be good with her, but I was told more than once the wrong location of my dog. I was stressed and loss lots of sleep worrying about her. Whole the driver did have a flat tire and a storm to overcome on the way, that was mere hours compared to the days lost in between. I had to rearrange my schedule more than once so I could be home when she arrived and still had to miss it when she finally showed. Was just not a good experience. Would not recommend.

I can’t say enough about Shelley. I had a trans port from the rescuer to Fort, Smith AR. Shelley picked up Rex on time in Fort Smith to Lenexa KS with my 5 lb new fur baby, Rex. Shelley started taking picture and videos from the time she left and either text or video me at the potty stops about every 1-2 hours. I followed her on maps and knew exactly where she was the entire trip. She arrived exactly at the expected time. When I met Shelley she is so friendly and Lovely but most of all Rex arrived very calm and ready for his new family. Shelley brought a gift for Rex and me and a very nice note. On September 10, 2022 after booking airline tickets with American Airlines they suddenly told us that we couldn't fly our 2 dogs to Tulsa, OK, because the temperature was going to be above 85 degrees F, so they cancelled our airline tickets abruptly. We were then stuck in LAX with our 2 dogs stuck in their crates. After sitting on their sidewalk for 11 hours, we found a friendly shuttle driver who located a hotel that would take our dogs & promptly took us there. For 2 days we tried to figure out how to get to Oklahoma where a friend was going to put us up until we could find our own living quarters. We were literally stuck. Then we were told about services that would drive our dogs to Oklahoma while we flew ahead, so we could then retrieve our dogs from the service. We made a request through CitizenShippers.com, where we received dozens of bids to take the dogs to Oklahoma. One bid especially looked promising because she would be arriving in Santa Monica the following night, which was perfect for us. The lady, Suzanne, was very kind & very helpful in setting us up to have her pick up the dogs on Tuesday morning, the 13th of September. On Monday midday, she contacted us to tell us she was ahead of schedule with the 2 dogs she was delivering to Santa Monica, so she could easily pick up the dogs on Monday night, to get a head start on meeting us in Tulsa. We agreed immediately & gave her the address of the hotel we were staying at. She arrived an hour earlier than first stated & began setting her car up to handle our dogs, which she did promptly. The thing with our 2 dogs, is that they are shy around other people & can be quite aggressive at times. She said this wouldn't be a problem. So we brought the dogs down in their crates to see how it would go. At first, our larger dog, Whiskey, was aggressive toward her as expected, but she just got down on her knees and gave him kind, loving energy. After just a few minutes, Whiskey calmed right down with her & they were soon becoming friends. Our smaller dog, a full blood Australian Cattle Dog,. took right to her. So we got the dogs settled in her car comfortably. She asked if it was okay to use "doggy CBD's" with them & we were very pleased, as we'd used CBD's with the dogs before when they needed to be calm. They were very quickly calmed down & ready for the ride. We had agreed to a price, which we paid immediately & then Suzanne took off with our two calm furry kids comfortably laying down in the back area of her car. She also carries a cat, Julius, with her & the dogs even liked the cat. So,. Suzanne then took off for Tulsa, while we went back to the hotel room, happy knowing they were all getting along very well. About an hour after she left, Suzanne sent us a short video on our phone showing the dogs were still resting well on their new adventure to Tulsa. All throughout the trip, Suzanne kept us fully informed via pics & video, showing the dogs being very happy & obviously well cared for. It was incredibly comforting knowing she was such a "Dog Whisperer" & our dogs were being very well cared for. There were no hitches of any kind along the way & it was totally obvious that the dogs were totally enamored with Suzanne along the trip. She showed up to the house we were staying at, about 6 hours sooner than expected, which was also a blessing as we were really missing our "kids" very much. She didn't speed or anything. She just drove longer then usual, because she was aware how the separation was difficult for all involved. When she arrived with the dogs, the dogs were very reluctant to say goodbye to her, but we worked it all out just fine. We gave Suzanne a well deserved tip for her incredible work & she then took off to get a hotel room for the night. I forgot to mention, that during the trip, she made sure to show how much & the quality of the food she was feeding them. They took a lot of good breaks so the dogs could stretch their legs. If or, when we ever have to travel with the dogs, we will most definitely be contacting Suzanne for our doggy travel needs. We trust her implicitly. She was so wonderful with the dogs. So, if you're ever in need of having someone transport your dogs, we highly encourage you to contact Suzanne & she will take very good care of your animals as she moves them from Point A to Point B. We have since become friendly with her, which is very easy to do & feel we have a friend for life that will help us if we ever travel with the dogs again. All I can say is WHAT AN AMAZING TEAM!!! I contacted SPTT Transport on Saturday night and requested a transport asap. My babies were home Monday, from TX to GA. They updated me every step of the way as well as sent pictures along the way. When they arrived, you can tell our two Rottweilers were well taken care of. I was amazed when they told me that they only transport one set of animals at a time and no other pets. Their rates were extremely reasonable. I believe my doggie had a good experience traveling from Houston to Oakland, CA. Dimples send occasional updates and communicated by text whenever I reached out. However, I applied for a solo 2-day transportation trip; was promised a two-day trip yet the trip took 3-days. Dimples did run into major complications way beyond her control in AZ. For reasons I don't know, 3 other pets were transported with my dog. I believe that caused the additional day delay. Bottom line, my dog was delivered safe and sound. Just make clear from the start your understanding how many pets will be in transit with yours.

She was available for immediate transportation and was so communicative the whole journey.
