You need to be flexible with their timing. He picked up our dog 2 days early. He was in an accident but made sure our dog was safe at a nearby doggie daycare while he arranged for a rental vehicle. Wish he would have let us know her bed was ruined in the accident so we could have had one ready. He was pretty responsive and sent pictures when asked. Our dog really seemed to like him too. We would give him 4.5 stars if we could.

You get what you pay for. Their quote was competitive but their delivery was delayed. If you want to get things done with a lower budget and is flexible on dates, this is probably OK. Otherwise, avoid.

Jenny was so good with our dog and made us feel safe shipping our dog from Louisiana to California. Her rates are more than reasonable especially for the excellent service she provided. I understand this is a new shipper but I was canceled on two separate dates weeks apart upon times requested by the driver. The seller of furniture took off work to be available both dates and no one showed or made us aware. I lost $300 on this transaction as I only purchased the furniture after booking the transporter. When our dog was to be picked up, Hurricane Ian was about to hit Miami, which was where our pup was headed - from NY. I was contacting Door to Door to find out what the plan was and was not getting prompt responses. Finally, the date was changed till a week later. By that point Ian was moving north and it was likely that the driver would be in the middle of it at some point. Again the date was changed. Wanting more information from the driver, we were put in touch with a man via his cell phone. When we contacted him he stated he was in a hospital in Alabama and could not help us. At that point we lost all confidence and cancelled the transport.

I was very nervous about having to have my new puppy travel so far to get to me and especially with a complete stranger, but Jeffrey made the entire experience a comfortable one from beginning to end for everyone. Not only was he on time to both locations, but he also made sure to communicate throughout the entire trip WITH pictures and details about how my puppy was acting and how much my puppy had eaten, drank water, and used the restroom all while I was tracking their location with GPS!! This was my first time transporting my fur baby. Stacie and her son were amazing. They were able to pick him up early and they made good time traveling and was able to drop him off way earlier than expected. They reassured me he was in good hands the whole way sending pictures and gps tracking. The whole team made me feel comfortable. This was not the cheapest option that was quoted to me but after looking over all the reviews I felt the most comfortable with this team. This was a far better experience than I dared to hope for! I adopted two Bedlington Terrier 5 mo old sisters from a wonderful rescue (Ruff Rescue) in Nebraska, and I live in south Florida. They couldn't come on a plane, so I began researching and found citizenshipper. I received over 10 bids for the trip. I read ALL the reviews, and Omer's were by far the best. But that still didn't prepare me for how wonderful he was. He was prompt if not early, loved my new girls Penelope and Phoebe, shared information, live GPS, pictures and videos, and they are with me safe and sound. If you need to use this service to transport your kids, do not use anyone other than Omer and his family.

She is skittish sometimes but takes a loving to certain people and other animals which is what happened in this trip. When Jenny arrived to puck up our dog Max her van was full of animals, some of them stacked 2 or 3 to a crate. She says that was at the owner’s request. I took her word for it at the time but after the service she provided I’m not sure this was the case. During the 5 day journey from Denver to NY, Jenny rarely provided an update. The one update she provided included 2 photos that showed the back of our pups head and half his body. There was no care put into the update. Upon arrival Max was anxious. Jenny told us she had just taken our dog for a walk and he had gone potty an hour before getting to us, but he smelled as though he had been laying in his own urine. I doubt that she had recently taken him for a walk because he immediately ran in the house and did both number one and number two on our kitchen floor. It was like a lake. He never does that. Jenny did get him to the destination at a low cost. That’s the only positive. If you care about the animal you’re transporting, I wouldn’t recommend Jenny’s services. If you’re heartless and don’t care about the animal’s welfare, Jenny is an affordable option.

Let me just start off by saying the transport service was totally last minute and we appreciate Ana for stepping up for this. Before I booked with Ana I specifically said this dog needs to be crated. I was sending a 1.5 year old Malinois to training from MA to SC and she has a bite history. I also mentioned it would have to be a solo trip, no other dogs in the car. Our Mal is selective and she has been in animal control for over a month we were not willing to take any chances. Ana showed up with out a crate, she told us she had one available for us and she also had her personal dog in the front seat. Although we wernt thrilled about this situation my partner sent the dog with her anyways. Thank God there were no issues. Ana kept us updated and we also had her on GPS tracking. Ana got the transport done in 1.5 days. We are incredibly grateful for Ana stepping up but we're a bit upset with her for not showing up prepared and as she said she would before booking. The 4 star is simply because she didn't respect our needs for our Mal and did what she wanted with out taking the dogs history into consideration. Things could have gotten bad real quick if cara got too uncomfortable. Safety first, especially with an unknown dog with a bite history.

Worst transporter experience I have ever had. I would never use them again. I have shipped 8 vehicles in the last 18 months and never had a problem. I gave these guys a chance and it turned out to be a nightmare. Very unprofessional and limited knowledge of the shipping industry. Gave me the run around for a week, I canceled the order and got another shipper. Be careful about choosing these guys because you will get in trouble with your buyers and sellers because of many factors, primarily leaving everyone in the dark and the business world does not work like that. If you don't care about knowing when your vehicle will be picked up or dropped off and you have all the time in the world maybe you could use these guys.

I am so thankful that I found these 2 ladies. They were so professional and total sweethearts. My dog Milo instantly took to them. You can tell they are true dog lovers. They were very punctual arriving at my home exactly at the time we arranged and even dropped him off early at his destination. They calmed all my anxieties with updates and photos all along the 3 day journey. I was worried about my dog becoming sad and confused during this transition, but he actually enjoyed the trip, seemed very happy in the photos, and when the trip came to an end, he didn't seem to want to leave these 2 AMAZING women. On time pick up and great communication until about day 2. He said it typically will take 2-3 days and it took almost 5. He did not take a direct route adding an extra 400 or so miles to the trip. He did change a wheel bearing that went bad which was extremely helpful. Delivered the boat at 2am and demanded payment immediately before we could see any possible damages in the light of the day. So I had to wake up at 2 am to pay him. I would not use him again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Shipper accepted the order and scheduled pick up. The day for pick up got delayed but originally we accepted this. Then the day they were supposed to pick up, they no-showed and we haven't been able to get in touch with them since then. My buyer now backed out due to no shipper so JDTX cost me $2500. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHIPPER!!!! They are incredibly flaky and unreliable.

I do not recommend this transporter. They have failed to provide me my refund and haven't responded to my email. I had booked them a few weeks before I needed my pet to be transferred. But before I could pick a date they required payment first. They also require a the health certificate and a limited power of attorney document.... But seeing how they had good reviews I figured why not. Luckily I paid through their website they provided. When you do pay they give you an in between date saying we will pick up between these dates. So the first options they gave I was able to pick a specific date. Come 2 days before my pick up I get message saying there's delays and they cant do my pick up due to car troubles which is fine. So they gave me another time frame Oct 4-6 okay cool. Come the following week its Oct 3 and they ask for pickup times but this time they changed the dates giving me between Oct 5&6 but not confirming a date. Its Oct 5 and I message say are you still picking up my dog and they like yeah she's good to go for the 6th. I send them another message asking for what time and they don't respond. Then later that afternoon I get an email from citizenshipper saying they're sorry the transporter cancelling. So I'm here like what. I message them saying if they had cancelled and they're like yeah car troubles we can't find you a car. Like when were they planning on telling me it was already 4pm thinking my dog was ready to go. I understand car troubles but the fact that they didn't tell me until I questioned them is the upsetting part. Its frustrating because you have to pay first to confirm a date and that date is what books your car. Anways its been more than two weeks and zero refund. I paid them more than an thousand dollars along with having to pay to have all the documents they required. I have emailed them about my refund but it looks like I have been ghosted. I have used citizenshipper twice with my other pups and Ive been lucky enough to have them be incredible kind, professional, and helpful but this transporter just wasn't it.

Brilliant service. Diane connected with me, we discussed pick up time, she was there when she said she would be. She sent me regular updates after she collected the items and her journey. We are giving Rick a 5++ review. He was very loving, kind and caring with our 10-week Scottie. Rick also made sure that she was clean from any accidents in her crate that may have been on her during the travel. Rick picked up our Scottie from Mead, Washington and delivered her to our home in La Verne, California. Rick took photos and texted us on each stop and was prompt with his timing on delivery. We would MOST DEFINITELY use Rick again.

Anton was able to pick up my cat within 2 days of my posting, which was 5 days earlier than what I had hoped someone would be able to take her (this was my first time booking a pet delivery and I was flexible/thought it would take longer to find someone, so I was super happy.) When he arrived, he asked about her routine and anything she needs. He gave me constant updates, pictures and was able to deliver my cat to my sister's house fast and safely. If I ever need to send an animal across the country, I would book him asap, hands down. Thanks again for delivering my cat safely in a timely matter. Will use again.

Supposed to pickup our dog on Sunday am changed it to the evening and deliver him Monday. Haven’t heard from her all all. Not responding to messages. Didn’t deliver our dog and she had us pay her half the payment already. Either something’s bad happened or just extremely bad service but we picked her based on previous reviews and the fact she has dealt with horses.
