AAA Pet Transport was fantastic!! I wish I could give them more stars. They transported our 2 baby mini cows from Nebraska to Massachusetts. We got regualr updates and photos along the way, which was so comforting. They arrived exactly on time and went out of their way to accommodate us by adjusting to our schedule. That meant traveling on Thanksgiving Day, but they didn't hesitate to do so. Our babies arrived safely, happy, watered and fed, warm and dry. We were so nervous about handing our new babies over for someone else to transport across the country but we couldn't have asked for more. I would use them again and highly recommend them!

HIRE****HIRE****HIRE!!!! Where do I begin??? First off the service is amazing. I was in a pinch and needed puppies delivered same day, not only did they do it on time but also provided the ability to track my pups. I’m so grateful that I found Sam ! My previous shipper cancelled on me last minute and I was going crazy. Went again to this page and came across Sam. He picked my puppy up the next morning (Monday) and by Tuesday morning I already had her with me. He shared his location via GPS the whole trip and video called me when he picked my puppy up from the breeder to make me feel safe. He stopped a few times and fed my puppy and also took her to potty. Sam had communication with me the whole trip. My puppy was in really good hands. She rode shotgun the whole trip 😂. I will recommend Sam to everyone who needs to transport pets on the east coast. He’s very fast and friendly. Will trust him again eyes closed. Thanks for bringing my puppy to me ! Don’t hesitate on booking with Sam, you won’t regret it.

Would I recommend this company? Absolutely not. I read the reviews, most seemed great. There were a few that had terrible experiences, like I did. I thought that wouldn’t be my case, but here we are. Terri agreed on delivering my puppy on the 26th-27th of November. On the 26th I noticed that the driver kept getting farther and farther away from the destination. I then asked when my puppy would join us, the driver informed me that the delivery was scheduled for the 29th. Terri never informed me of the change of plans, I had to ask. This was not due to unforeseen delays, this was scheduled that way since the beginning. The company lacked communication and professionalism. Terri informed me that “The mistake was 1 of her stops is 11 hours and a different state was out in by accident which originally showed 1 hour. When I was updating the route is when I caught it. She had already picked up. It was not done intentionally”. Then proceeded to give me information about their personal life and why that mistake had happened instead of owning up to it and providing a solution. For someone who has done over a thousand transportations, a mistake like this is 99.99% impossible. Someone with experience knows that Florida is not an hour away from California. It’s impossible to have entered a state by accident and thought that it was an hour away when in reality it was 11 hours away. I understand if the mistake was for only a couple of hours, but 11?! Impossible. In addition to that, it is extremely unprofessional to bring up personal life into work matters. Regardless of what is going on in your personal life, you cannot make mistakes when carrying and caring for living beings. Due to the mistake, my puppy spent an additional two days inside a car. It can be psychologically damaging to spend so much time inside a kennel. Puppies need social interaction, brain stimulation, to run, play and go potty. Not to spend five days of travel in a kennel, secluded from interactions and experiences. Although the company sucks, the driver was amazing. At first it was obvious she had no idea about anything in regards to my puppy after having spent three days with her. She called her a him until I corrected her. To me that is very telling of which type of care my puppy was receiving. The driver had no idea the gender of my puppy! However, after I complained, the driver was more professional than the owner of the company and offered more support and solutions than Terri. A+ for the driver, F for the company. I would not trust them transporting another one of my pets. They are extremely unreliable.

We hired Instapets to transport our newly rescued dog from Florida to California. Instapets were able to accommodate our very last minute request and professional customer service was provided as well as the special needs our particular dog required. During the trip we received constant updates and our dog was treated as one of the family members and Mindy checked in during the frequent potty breaks along the way. He also offered to Uhaul some of our household goods along with him. That was a huge help in our relocation. Lynne and her team are amazing!! If there were 10 stars, I'd give 12. I was so blessed to have Becca, one from Lynne's team. There aren't enough words to describe Becca. She went way out of her way to get my rescue dog Lillie home safely. Lillie had some emotional issues and Becca kept encouraging Lillie and comforting her. She was sad but after building up Lillie's confidence she started trusting and even had a smile on her face. Becca does such an amazing job with kindness, love, compassion, and safety to my Lillie, that she could do an amazing job as an animal behaviorist. She was ssooo super good with my little girl, and she made sure to get her home as quick as possible, which helped her decompress much faster. There aren't enough words to express my gratitude and thankfulness for Becca. She is such a kind and concerned person. I am so happy I was fortunate to get her to bring my baby home to me, safely!! I scheduled this individual for transport and 24 hours before the pickup they vanished. I am thoroughly frustrated as I have been separated from my dog for months due to training via the military and would like to be reunited with my fur baby. A cancelation due to family emergency or scheduling error is understandable and respectable; not showing up after completing a booking with a complete lack of communication is not. Do not book this individual, if you do you will only be left waiting for a refund and waste valuable time trying to find a new transport liaison who may be able to complete the job as requested like I am.

Sandra was supposed to pick up my pets for transport. She has been unreliable as well as unprofessional. I could not seem to get an accurate time frame for pick up and drop off and have been swindled out of 100 dollars. This driver requested half payment upfront and half payment upon drop off, which I have no problem with. The problem arises when a driver asks for a portion of the pay so they can get to me. This only tells me poor money management is a foot which is not a good look when trying to travel across the country. Since sending the money every message I sent has been ignored. The entire purpose of this service is to help people get pets from one place to another not burden their entire day with vague time frames and lack of communication. I set aside an entire day.. the day pick up was supposed to happen but ended up never happening. I am highly dissatisfied with this driver and if I could give no stars I absolutely would. I do not recommend to anyone who has important travel plans, for she is not reliable. For your sake, find another driver.

Raymond took such good care of our Acinna. She even wanted to go with him when he dropped her off! He sent messages and pictures of her. He took her out a few times during the trip get some exercise. We got a tracker for her and he would charge it when it was low. He answered all of our questions prior to picking her up and gave my mother in law information on how our pup might act after being dropped off. Nothing but positive things to say. We only hope, of the opportunity comes up in the future that he transport her.
