They were very reasonably priced and transported Gemma from Dallas, TX to Denver, CO the same day with stops every 2.5 hours for exercise / potty breaks. All I can say is LeAnn is simply amazing. Our old boy (12 years old) was so well taken care of. She gave us multiple updates every day on their cross country drive, and even stopped and got him an extra cushion when his hips started giving him trouble from being in the car. Let me say Unequivocally- it was an amazing experience, Communication, from my driver- with the shipper and the continuing dialogue all during the entire trip travel time was on point. I was informed the entire time, where the puppy was- on the road map gps , and with check in texts from the driver - all the way down the highways ; from Pennsylvania to Florida ! Was very very skeptical about having a stranger picking up a $3,000 puppy, and driving it from California to Florida but this company came through and even eased my anxiety with pic and video updates of the puppy on his travels. Yes puppy arrived a little dirty and smelly but that is to be expected on a trip this long. No complaints only praise for this company. Thank you again!!
