We had a very good experience with Adam. He kept us informed of all that was going on with the puppy even sent us pictures. There was a little incident with tire trouble he let me know right away. And he still got the puppy here on time. I highly recommend Adam to anyone who wants to get their puppy home safe. He brought home a 13 week old Maltipoo that was only 2 pounds. Relocating 5 of our 7 cats using 5 Star Pet Relocation Services was a group effort. My contact was Risa, pick up was Geoff and drop off was Jason. We moved from RI to Maine and getting the cats there safely and with as little stress as possible was my biggest concern. Risa not only arranged transport but due to special circumstances also housed my cats from pick up Sunday until drop off Wednesday. They were awesome and the cats transition from the apartment to house was seamless. Jessy, Jewels, Ricky, Foxy and Cocoa arrived safe and sound and were roaming our new house within 24 hours (must less time than I thought it would take). We are all back together and couldn’t be happier!! Joshua just delivered my cats from Seattle to Austin, TX. (7/1/22) I saw all his 5-star reviews when I was researching who to use and was skeptical. How, I thought, can anyone be THAT good? Well, I found out. He is a dedicated carrier who is the equivalent of an animal behaviorist. It is obvious that he loves animals and understands them. He handled my terrified cats (not well-socialized) expertly and I am so glad I put my confidence in him. Joshua is easy to talk to and throughout the trip, checked in with me and told me how they were doing. You cannot go wrong with Joshua and I would use him again in a heartbeat! The extra money (in comparison to other carriers) was totally worth it because my cats had his full attention and he got them down to TX in a couple of days rather than the 5 days it took the previous carrier. Joshua doesn't dally and you will not regret entrusting your pets to him.

Our tiny little job had big demands and it took almost a full day just to get all the details worked out. She even stopped by our house before to pick up our payment to the breeder and she did it all in ONE DAY, after working all day. She really is second to none. Can I give him a 100/100 star review? There are absolutely no words to describe Tommy because I have never met someone like him before. I won't write the novel of mishaps that happened- NONE of which were his fault- and with each one, he kept me calm knowing I was on the verge of a full panic meltdown. He went so far above and beyond and where anyone else would have walked away, he stayed and did everything he could do on his end. The quick version of the story is I bought a cheap bought, which was at a family members house in WI. Cheap boat + delivery = Father's Day gift for my husband. Except as Tommy was getting ready to head my way, he noticed that the trailer was completely rusted out and avoided a huge catrostrophe. I bought another trailer, it wasn't pretty but the guy said it was in good shape. Great! Until that trailer broke leaving him stranded on I-80 for over 9 hours waiting for a flatbed tow truck. I got him a hotel for the night, hoping he'd be good to go with a small repair. NOPE! It's scrap metal now. So I find ANOTHER trailer in amazing condition, but needed new tires to get to Colorado. He took care of EVERYTHING. And all this time, my husband had no idea the stress I was going through. He made it here and followed along with a 'game' I was playing on my husband to guess his gift. He is literally my hero. I mean, the poor guy was stuck in Council Bluffs, IA for two days with my boat and busted trailer for God's sake!! We talked constantly during his very eventful trip here and I almost knocked him down to give him the biggest hug. After he and I recanted the story to my husband, he was literally speechless at the kindness of a stranger and couldn't get the words out to thank him enough for what he did and by keeping me mostly calm throughout everything. (Like I said, this IS the quick version). I have thought about him every day and wish I could share a picture here, because I'm getting a decal made for the side of the trailer that says "Tommy The Trailer -Times Two". We love you Tommy!
