This process was not what I hoped for. I booked Galaxy based off their overwhelmingly positive reviews. Unfortunately my experience did not match what I read. The only reason this is a 2 star rating is because the driver I ended up with was very good. The issues started the day I placed the order. A few hours after placing the order I received a call saying the bike would be picked up that day and would be transported enclosed. Mr. Dominic advised I would need to pay an extra $50 for the enclosed transport but given that it was going to be transported that day I didn’t mind. I didn’t hear anything the rest of the day so I called the dealership who told me the driver showed up but his trailer was packed and the way he wanted to transport the bike would not have been safe. Beyond that the bike didn’t even fit in the trailer by a few inches. That issue was not communicated to me by Galaxy until I called them out on it. The following day I was told they were trying to find another driver but one was having issues with his truck. The following day I was told the driver was sick. At this point we had passed our 48 hour window from when I booked the transport. Originally I was told the bike would be picked up 24-48 hours from booking. That didn’t happen. The following Monday, 5 days after booking, I was told a driver was available to pick the bike up that day. Only problem was the dealership is closed on mondays and that had previously been communicated to Galaxy. I was then told a driver would be available to pick it up on Thursday or Friday. At that point I just wanted my bike and didn’t want to start the process with another company. Thursday and Friday came and went and still no driver. Finally on Saturday a driver picked the bike up and it was delivered the following Monday. Upon delivery the bike was in great shape and the driver was very nice. Overall tue communication with Mr. Dominic was pretty good it just seems like this company had a hard time delivering on their promises. In the end I ended up paying the same amount for receiving the bike 12 days after the order was booked when it should have been there in 5 at the latest. Disappointed but at least I have it now. Good luck.

I made the arrangements with Carl, but he worked with my friend in Burtonsville and my son in Athens, GA. He was awesome to work with and communication was awesome. Hands-down one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time was hiring this family, May’s Transport, to take our new 8-week old Labrador puppies from Ohio over to Boston, Massachusetts! they sent me pictures and videos along the way and gave me updates about how they were sleeping and evening and playing with one another. They brought their preteenage son to play with the puppies as well and he loves them up! The puppies arrived happy and their tails were wagging like crazy. It was clear that they were loved along the way! We will definitely use their service again, as a matter fact, we’ve already hired them to take them from New Hampshire over to Alexandria Virginia where we live. We were vacationing in New Hampshire and that’s why we had them shipped here first. A+

Moving across the country can be stressful for us humans, and it can be even more confusing for our furry friends. However, Jason & Samantha made our dog's move from NC to OR more like a vacation for her! They provided consistent updates and gave all the love and attention as if she was their own fur baby. We could tell Artemis enjoyed every second of her journey from all the photos & videos. When she arrived to our new home she was happy to see me, but I could tell Artemis was going to miss Jason & Samantha because she had that much fun on her trip. OMG this is the best service in the world. The owner-Ronda is so sweet, she reached out to me immediately and offered the best form of transport for my fur baby, sent messages and got to know me and my situation-what a personal touch!. She clearly loves animals and has lots of patience which is a must in this line of work. I had more trust in her than the company I was purchasing my fur baby from. She made all of the travel arrangements and pick up and drop off locations. All I had to do was sit back and wait. She communicates throughout the whole process, sending updates and pictures, she confirms its your baby and delivers with extreme care. My baby arrived safe, healthy and full of joy. I highly recommend Trails with Tails Animal Transport especially if you need an air nanny as many companies do not offer this service and if they do their price is extremely high.

Driver sent pictures which was great. The crate provided for transport was covered in fur from past occupants but our cat didn’t seem to mind. The driver had forgotten a litter box but we were able to send ours. He was friendly and communicated/responded without delay. We felt like our kitty was in good hands!
