I was a little nervous to trust shipping my puppy with anyone that I didn’t know personally but I was very amazed by the level of care that they provided. They are very prompt and reliable. They return messages and answer any questions. They let you know what is going on during the trip and you can track them. Even when I had difficulty tracking at one point they quickly sent a new link. I will definitely be going through them to ship any other puppies that new owners want shipped. Where to start??? My husband and I were worried we couldn’t find someone who could get along well with our Lily girl. Well, our girl has aggressive tendencies especially to people she doesn’t know. I am a breeder and ship many dogs per year and I can honestly say this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a so-called professional in the dog transport business Jonathan, the owner of the transport company, sent an unprepared driver with no crate and who was scared of the dog. The person with possession of the dog took a video of the driver not willing to tansport the dog stating “this isn’t gonna work…” So she agreed that the driver was not prepared to transport a dual purpose police dog in the backseat of a pick up truck and with no crate. The transport company offered 2 options; 1, send a new driver over 3 weeks after the original date, which was too late. He also offered a credit towards a replacement transport. I tried to book them for a second transport which she offered to pick up on the 24th but the dog wasn’t ready until the 25th. So the next available day for her pet 24 days later, which again, was too late.

Sanderson Pet Transportation did a great job in transporting my pet cat. Their fee was reasonable I was able to follow their location at anytime. Timings for pickup and drop off were very late at night which was not known but we worked through it. I received updates regularly and my cat arrived healthy and safe. They did a great job. I did think the fee from citizenshipper of $150 is way too much just to make the connection.

First off Malik did not communicate with any updates until I mentioned I was frustrated with the lack of and adjusted ETA. We did not receive any pictures of our pup during the trip. He did not show up in the vehicle he picked our dog up in. It was a uhaul rental. And then when we got our dog, he was filthy in feces, shivering and very sad. M couldn’t tell us the last time he had eaten or the last time he had anything to drink. We didn’t receive all of our dogs comfort items and we got a whole container of food that wasn’t our puppies. I am grateful our puppy made its way to us from Texas but I was extremely upset with how we received. I can only imagine the poor care he received on his four day journey. It makes me cry to even think about it. I would not recommend him despite the first few positive reviews and I wish I could get my money back 🤬

I booked his company to transport my goldendoodle, Mazie, from Iowa to Massachusetts. When one of those GOK (God only knows) situations popped up with the original driver scheduled, Mike was quick to give me a phone call and find a solution to still pick up Mazie on time. Unfortunately, the solution available was one that left Mike cutting his vacation short (I’m so so sorry, Mike!!!) with a simple explanation that “it’s not (his) style to cancel”. We used this service to transfer our new puppy from Northern Indiana to Atlanta, GA. I have high expectations! I am extremely organized and overly involved (yes, it's a curse and blessing depending on the situation). I rarely even write reviews - shame on me. With that said, I wish I could give 10+ stars to Potter's VIP Transport. She did EXACTLY what we requested, which was same-day delivery, Solo VIP, potty and leg stretching stops, GPS location tracking, communication by phone and/or text, transport paperwork from breeder, take photos from pick-up, during transport and delivery. I was absolutely thrilled with the service. I received constant communication, photos and videos during transport, water, food and potty breaks. She would hold him and show him love when needed. I even received a phone call from the breeder after our puppy was picked up praising how sweet and attentive she was to the puppy, thorough with the transfer, and they had planned to use her in the future because she was such a rare find! We could not be more pleased! I was so skeptical about using the service but I will definitely use Potter's VIP Transport again if needed. I highly recommend them to anyone! The only reason this is not 5 stars is because we had a hiccup at the beginning. We were supposed to meet the transport at a designated location, and due to a medical emergency on their side, they were no shows and we heard nothing until a few hours later. After that, everything was beyond PERFECT. They actually came to our house to pick up little Teddy, and in spite of the medical issues, drove straight through from Arkansas to Connecticut. At each stop, they sent texts, photos, updates, etc. to us and to the new owner of the little dog Teddy. We were highly pleased after the false start, and could not ask for better, more efficient service as well as continuing updates. Highly recommend without reservation

My experience with Rosie was unacceptable, she picked Dory up from Forest Park, GA 7/18/2022 @12:30am. I did not get Dory until after 12:45am 7/22/2022. I had to keep texting asking what is going on, the estimate time of arrival, how was Dory doing the days she was with Rosie, because she gave no update with pictures. And to make it bad Dory had pink paint on her fur, and she couldn't tell me how it happened. Would not recommend.

Wow! Doug is a fantatic carrier and a great guy. He came in on a bid very reasonable. He wasn't the lowest, but not the most expensive either. When I read his reviews I knew I found my carrier. I contacted him through Citizenshipper, got his details and booked him. He showed up at my sellers location when he said he would and communicated with the seller without really even having to have me act as a go between. Doug then took extra steps to insure my new motorcycle was safe and sound before he hit the road and got everything that needed to come with the bike. He even ended up upgrading me to enclosed shipping at no extra charge. Once on the road Doug updated me at the beginning and end of everyday with his location and ETA. Before booking I halfway expected the motorcycle to maybe be delievered the first part of the following week. NO! Doug ended up delivering Thursday morning! Well, Well exceeding any and all of my expectations by like 5 days. He dove with God's speed. I can not recommend Doug enough for all of your shipping needs. You will absolutely NOT regret it. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with any shipping and I have shipped things a couple of times with other carriers. Margaret brought my new furbaby from Indiana to Virginia. She went above and beyond to make this happen. She had some things thrown her way, but she proved that her love for animals and driving overcame. She drove by herself and kept me in the loop of what was going on. She stopped for bathroom and food breaks. The most impressive and thoughtfulness of Margaret was the fact that she drove a 12 hour drive and unfortunately my dog became nervous and had a few accidents and Margaert let me know and made sure that she took a break to clean her up. That speaks volumes. If I was to ever need anything transported I will always remember how great she was. I would rate her a 10 if there was enough stars.
