We entrusted Daniel to transport our boat from Michigan to Maryland in July of 2022 and could not be happier with that experience. While his quote was a little higher than some others all of the good reviews convinced us that it may be worth it and we are so happy that we did. From the beginning, Daniel maintained consistent communication and kept us apprised of his progress throughout the trip. His knowledge and experience of trailering were apparent as he answered any and all questions we had which made it obvious he was well prepared should any issues arise. That put us at ease and made it a much less stressful experience. In the end, our boat was picked up from its origin and delivered safely to our driveway on time and without issue, all the while maintaining constant communication with us. We felt incredibly safe entrusting this with Daniel and could not recommend him highly enough for any of your trailering needs.

James made me feel completely comfortable transporting my 70 pound Doberman nearly 11 hours from Minnesota to Indiana. My dog can be aggressive toward strangers, but James was so patient and kind to both me and my dog and I felt confident that he could handle any situation that came up. I was able to track where he was along the trip and he checked in frequently. I would 10000% recommend James for anyone who is looking to transport their pet.

All I can say is wow!! Kristen took care of my puppy like she was her own. I couldn’t of done a better job. Even gave my puppy a bath as she was very dirty. Also bought her a collar, leash and harness out of the goodness of her heart!!! Kept me informed every step of the way. It was a long trip over 1600 miles. Sent me tons of pics and even videos. Also tracking was a bonus!! They really love dogs. You can tell. Went out of her way more than I could of ever imagined. Nobody else would of done when they did. The most amazing customer service experience imaginable. The transport was done perfectly. Almost 3 thousand miles from Central Utah to the interior of Alaska, hauling a large sailboat and an heirloom grandfather clock. Challengs on the road including no fuel at the pumps, washed out roads and issues with my equipment were resolved without drama. I received progress updates every day. I am so impressed with the driver I wish I had a job for him just to keep him around. Great company that performed everything asked, on time and with the utmost professionalism. WOW, SIMPLY WOW.

I listed my boat pickup for June 27. I had picked Carl as my transporter partly because he was a veteran. He called me four days early and said he was in Florida to pick up my boat. I told him he was early and I agreed he could pick it up the next day. When he had the boat hooked up, he asked for gas money, which I gave him. The next day he texted me that my trailer had been damaged and he did not know what to do. I told him to take it to a repair facility. The next day he texted me and told me that the trailer had now been vandalized, and he did not know what to do. I told him to get it fixed and he texted me that he had to leave the boat and trailer for two days for repair. I told him he could not leave them as he was responsible. I next hear from him that he had taken the load back to his home in N.C. and would deliver it on Sunday which he did. My son in law and Carl agreed on a reduced fee when he made delivery. At delivery, none of the damage had been repaired. What a disaster!

I give this guy a zero. He did the same thing to me . took my retainer fee and is now not answering hos phone. Citzenshippers has this guy ID verified and background checked and allow him to rip people off. This site isn't very good . uses a different phone number than listed. Citzenshippers should refund everyone retainer fees. False advertising on people being ID Verified and background check. Heck the even had a ID. Badge I give the whole website a badge. Makes it hard on honest drivers . I totally blame citzenshippers . had to give at least 1 star and that is fake

Other than a little confusion from my side at the beginning of the trip - my cat was going to get boarded for a few days before travel and there was less communication before he was on the road, it was fantastic service! I recommend getting a clear idea of the dates on pickup so you have a good understanding of what's going on. Any time I asked for an update, they were happy to oblige. Our 15 year old cat was treated very well and arrived safe and sound after a 2500+ mile trip across the country. Very great to work with and a bonus of pay on delivery, I had another service fall through on me and lost a deposit. Thank you so much for everything!

As many others have stated I was completely scammed. Rodney claimed he was having family issues despite my constant check ins, booking months out, I had to text him Multiple times less than a week prior to shipment and ask multiple times before he admitted he could not do the transfer and would provide me with a refund. Leaving my puppy stranded with zero time to get transportation set up. By the grace of God I found transportation but now am out double!!! I gave Rodney more time than the contract required to refund me the money. Instead he blocked my phone number and has failed to respond to any emails. I ignorantly paid him through CashApp so my only recourse is to file a police report and to report him to every financial fraud agency I can find. While the some of money is not overly large for one of us, it appears there are MANY of us who have been scammed. I have all of his contact information. If anyone would like to join me in filing a police report with his local white collar crimes division please email me at [email removed]. He should never be allowed to do what he has done to everyone below and what I assume will be more if he goes unchecked. I am extremely disappointed in Citizenshipper for allowing this to happen to its customers and doing little to nothing to monetarily make up for all of these lost funds. Because of this I will NEVER use this site again, and will make very sure that anyone looking for transportation of ANY KIND avoid it as well. This is a legit company allowing someone to commit fraud on multiple people. I am disgusted at the reviews I am reading and what it has cost people. I tried to be understanding, but this is just beyond acceptable and if Rodney refuses to keep money for service he failed to render citizen shipper should make this right.

Ultimately our dogs made it home and the Pet Tasker team was overall great to work with. The team had an issue with a vehicle that delayed our dogs' arrival by 36 hours, but it was an anomaly so I wouldn't expect that a delay like that would happen to anyone else. My biggest feedback would be that I would have loved to be getting more proactive updates and solutions to the problem. PetTasker finally came up with a solution that got our dogs to us the following day. Overall I am grateful for their service and would do it again.

Great communication and care for my pup! I was very nervous for a long journey for him and they battled Manhattan traffic and made it all the way down to FL in a little over 24 hours. I got regular updates and photos!
