Best Friend Express was unbelievable awesome, they took my three new puppies to the new homes 15 hours away, they were put the comfortably in crates and started the journey, with updates of pictures, videos, and comments. Our service with Gabe was awful. At first, he seemed like a good, honest person and was very responsive to my questions. However, when it got to be 2 days before our pet transport, I thought it was strange that I hadn't heard from him to confirm details. I texted him and got no response, so I tried calling him and realized that he had disconnected his phone number. Unfortunately, he had made me pay in full at booking, and he walked off with our money. I had no way to contact him, and found a little message on his page stating that he had been in an accident and no longer had reliable transportation. I understand getting in a car accident. All he had to do was message me to let me know so that I could make other arrangements, and he should have refunded our money. Instead, he stole our money and cut off all ways of contact. He is a thief and very dishonest. Don't ever use him for anything.

From the first time I spoke to Risa I knew she was the right person to drive our 65 lb tortoise Squish across the country. She asked all the right questions and then formulated a plan to keep the tortoise happy including changing her driving hours to accommodate his need for sunshine. She even participated in a family group chat so everyone could experience the journey. Risa went out of her way to find fresh fruits and veggies and took amazing care of him. This was my 1st time using a service of this type and I was thoroughly satisfied. I chose DDS because they offered competitive pricing, had an impressive number of verified transports recorded, and also had many positive reviews. From the beginning of our communication the team was prompt with their responses to any questions, they were very accomodating in regards to the timeframe I was requesting the transport to take place, and the booking/payoff of the final invoice was efficient and easy to execute. Over the two day transport from Omaha, Ne. to Los Angeles Ca. I received approximately three to four updates daily via text with pictures and videos of stops that were being made and my grandson's dog Buster interacting with other dogs, eating, and resting. The initial pickup and the corresponding drop-off were all on time and within the expected windows. If I am ever again in need of a pet transport, DDS will indeed be my 1st call.

Patrick is one of the best drivers I've met on citizenshipper. He's super friendly and genuinely cared for my two dogs. He drove over 1500 miles to the East Coast to drop off my two dogs. He kept us updated about three times a day. He updated us when he was 24hrs, 3hrs and 1 hr away from the destination. He made sure my dogs were good. He was also very kind on taking my dogs toy box. I can't praise Door to Door highly enough. Very fair quotes and prices, all the qualifications you could ask for, friendly service from start to finish. I used to be a vet tech and am VERY picky about who takes care of my baby and I felt safe with Door to Door. Our driver was Richard and he was communicative, friendly, kept us updated with live tracking via Google Maps and sent pictures! You can tell he truly loves dogs and loves what he does. At the moment, Devin just started doing deliveries on Citizen Shipper. Devin's account also provides very little information. I would suggest avoiding this transporter until they update their account with more information. Anyways, they transported my orange tabby cat. I did not know the cat would be transported with other animals. From what I saw, it was only dogs in the van. That had to be very stressful for my cat because he doesn't like dogs. Speaking of the van, I wasn't expecting that either. They, a female and a male (who I don't think was actually Devin), were using a Uhaul van to transport the animals. Most importantly, it took them almost a week to get my cat from Maryland to Georgia! Their ETAs were so inaccurate. I wasted so much time waiting on Devin and his crew. I guess this is what I get with choosing such a cheap service provider. They're level of care for the animals was really good. They took my cat supplies and delivered them too!

I can not say enough good about Tanisha. She won my repsect by being was on time and professional, and taking good care of our pup, but she won my love by bailing me out of a tricky situation. My puppy buyer called me 20 minutes after taking her pup home and begged me to take him back because her landlord would not let her keep him. (Something she had checked ahead of time with the property mananger.) Natalia turned around and picked the puppy up again. Joshua was amazing to work with! I made the request last minute and he was able to accommodate. He immediately made us feel comfortable with his knowledge of dogs, as well as the process of safely transporting across the country. Our dog is not the easiest- he is a highly nervous German shepherd. Joshua had no problem meeting him and was patient to ensure a positive introduction. He consistently kept us updated with pictures, phone calls, and gps apps. He was fully transparent the entire time. He got our dog across the country in 3 days while prioritizing walks, water, and food. He even picked a route keeping heat waves in mind to ensure our dog was the most comfortable. Our dog takes medication everyday and this was also no problem at all. Highly recommend!!

Brian was very easy to communicate with. He did not end up delivering my bikes. An unforeseen accident prohibited the delivery. He quickly notified me and dropped one of my bikes off at an agreed-upon location without any issues. I would gladly utilize his services again.

I just want to say thank you to Chad for delivering my uncle’s new puppy safety and with care. The process of allowing a stranger to take your beloved pet across the the country is honestly scary . But Chad kept all of us updated with pup-dates and photos the entire way . I loved his communication and his love for our pup .
