As a first-time user of pet transport services, Mike & Caitlin were terrific about providing me with the information that I needed to arrange for my Shadow to be transported from Indiana to Arizona. Even when a scheduling issue arose, Dependable Driver Solutions suggested a workaround (instead of canceling) and found a way to make this transport come together. Todd, the driver, was wonderful - so patient and understanding with my anxious senior cat - and Shadow seemed like her concern faded over time from Todd's comforting pets and by him giving her some time alone in the vehicle when she needed it. The communication throughout - including photos & videos - were fantastic and I would 100% recommend their services to anyone who needs to safely transport their pet in a customizable and comforting manner. Watch out! Lewis doesn’t always give you all the information up front. I advised as soon as he contacted me that I made an error in the listing and that the pickup would be east of flagstaff and the cat was around 12.5 lbs not the original listing of 22. He said no problem . He advised that my cat would be “Alone” in the car in the front seat. Now with the pickup scheduled for 7/5/22 he advised my breeder that he had 4 other kittens also in the car. He also said it would be a straight through drive of about 48 hours then told my breeder it may be 3-4 days. He may be on the level but be sure you ask enough questions to ensure you are getting exactly what you need for your transport

Driver damaged vehicle when returning to city for delivery, causing $1500 damage for a new vehicle. Driver had no insurance and covered $1,000 of the damage, I covered the rest myself and still paid him $100 of $350 for the delivery.

I will never work with any other cat transporter again!! Emi is the one! My 2 cats are non-aggressive but prefer to find comfort in me mostly, and sometimes have a hard time with strangers. Given their nature and the fact that they'd never travels prior to this, my anxiety was a bit high upon moving them across the country and Emi was our perfect support system. From the first point of communication Emi was consistently informative, helpful, and supportive of me and my kitties upon engaging in (for me) a very stressful situation. Emi took time to explain to me the ins and outs of her profession, what I could expect, and everything (which amounted to very little) I could do to prepare the cats and their belongings. She enabled a simple, seamless, and assuring experience. While en route (I tried not to pester) Emi provided me appropriately timed updates, photos, and information on their trip, including the cats behaviors, eating habits, and overall demeanor. I had absolutely no questions while they were in transit as Emi was on top of keeping me informed. When my cats arrived they were happy to see me in our new home (we ventured from Washington to Kentucky) and as much at ease as I could hope given the completely new experience. Emi updated me once more on their habits and temperament, but as expected they were comfortable and happy with Emi in their 4-day home-on-wheels and I know if and when I relocate again Emi will be the one I call. I can’t say enough great things about woof-n-whiskers!! I was a bit apprehensive about having someone drive my dogs to Florida, but we had to get them there. We came across citizenshippers and received multiple bids. For some reason Woof N Whiskers stood out to me. I messaged Tammy a few times before I booked her. I had numerous questions about how everything works. She was so gracious to answer all of my questions and really put me at ease. So I went ahead and booked her. She communicated with me to make sure I had all the details for the journey. We indentified a pick up date and she was there as promised. She even allowed our dogs bed to go with them on the journey so they could be comfortable. She provided GPS tracking and was in constant communication with us. Richard and his friend picked up the dogs las minute since we were hosed on another transport option through this site.. We had 9 dogs to be transported from Cali to Florida and it only took him 3 days! The van smelled like smoke when they got here and all my dogs were extremely dehydrated and malnurushied. Causing me to get them in the shower to perk up and they downed gallons of water and threw up everywhere upon arrival and one couldn't even walk.. not to mention they were filthy!! I don't expect them to get baths or anything during transport but for 4500 I thought they could of arrived cleaner and healthier.. The communication from the driver was minimal and he was reluctant to inform that it turned into a one person and not two persons drive.. and updates were very minimal and no pics were sent at all.. the bag of food I sent with my dogs was barely touched and I was hounded for a tip too and final payment when I was busy getting my dogs to drink and perk up from the malnourishment. having the driver pounding on my dog for payment when I was clearly helping my dogs..then they ask for a drivers tip too after I paid already.. thankful they got here but I am still watching them down gallons of water and throwing up all over because of the dehydration.. maybe they shoullnd push time but more the health and welfare of animals in the future.

Responsive and made our pet cat’s transport bearable. We have never been able to drive our cat long distance because he doesn’t like even 5 minute car rides. Anton and Sergio did their best to transport Fluffy from OH to WI. Rates are reasonable. A couple of surprises for me was that I thought Anton would drive our cat himself but at the last minute we were informed that it would be his partner Sergio (who was also very nice and professional). Another bit of a surprise for us was that we were told that our cat would be the only one to be transported but last minute we were told that he’d be sharing a ride with a rescue dog for 1 hour (not that it was an issue, Anton explained to us why it needed to he done and we understood the situation; just posting these details for transparency sake.) Throughout the 8-9hr journey, Anton was sending me pictures of our cat for updates and patiently answered all my questions. When I asked for an official invoice, Anton provided in a timely manner as well. I will definitely recommend this service and would definitely rehire Anton and Sergio if ever the need arises.
