CitizenShipper has supposedly frozen their account but just in case let me forewarn anyone that these people are NOT legit. They tried picking up my dog in a convertible with no crate, no leash. They came back with a van when we refused to let the dog go in those conditions. Once they had the dog, they tried changing the conditions and needed more money (when I have proof both on Citizenshipper and texting) that the balance could be paid cash on pickup. Now they won't bring me my dog and are insisting that my handler go pick her up. These people do not know how to communicate, do not keep their word, are unprofessional, unqualified, and can barely write in a literate manner. I've been in the "dog world" as a breeder & involved with showing for over 2 decades and this is NOT how transport works. Horrible, horrible experience RUN as fast as you can from this joke of a company.

Once I had a deal on a boat, I revised my order here and Robert was able to adjust his bid appropriately. He was transparent about the process (1/2 pymt upon pick-up and 1/2 upon delivery). He kept me informed along the travel route of where he was making rest stops and adjusted his ETA for delivery as circumstances dictated. Had a very large box that I needed to get across country from Wisconsin to Washington. After doing the math on moving it myself I decided to have Kellen 4 fur babies move it for me. They picked up exactly on schedule and arrived much fast than expected, under a day and a half. The item was very fragile and couldn't be jostled or stood upright without damage. I cannot express how disappointing my experience with twinstate was. It started off fine with Erica being in regular contact about our puppy transport. We booked everything about 3 weeks ahead of time and I sent regular emails connecting Erica with the breeder (where puppy was being picked up). Two days before she was supposed to pick up our puppy, she disappeared. She would not respond to phone calls, texts, messages on citizenshipper, or emails. I asked her just to let me know if she could not make it, but she did not show us the courtesy of any response at all. It put us in a terrible position for trying to get our dog - who we had been waiting for already for weeks. Completely unprofessional.

My first review was regarding the apps involved with my transaction. Regarding NCR Transport-Brandon did well to answer questions and to guide both the seller and the buyer on both ends of this vehicle move where it was a purchase-sight-unseen. He offered his insights on to how to protect each parties interests. I would recommend and use NCR in the future. I deducted one star as they were unable to use the covered trailer shown in the profile picture. The final delivery happened on time. There was a challenge on the pickup side due to other Apps like Zelle involved. There was a delay on transferring funds to the seller, as that took place after 8pm on a Saturday when all Zelle and Bank support was closed. The seller and NCR chose the pickup time together. It turns out that transferring money on Zelle is not a good idea if you have people waiting to load a vehicle after hours. The Banks later mention that delays will happen when transfers are over $500 from and to personal accounts. So when 1 of my 3 fund transfers that night weas delayed, it caused hours of time lost for all 3 parties involved which put everyone on edge and each party trying to protect there interests and risk. All 3 of us as strangers were genuine good faith actors but when an app fails, we had to cancel the effort that night and try later, Even though the majority of my money was in the seller's hands already. The maximum transfer on Zelle is $2 to 3.5k for ever 24 hr period for the major banks out there. So seller super-frustrated, NCR pickup delayed and needing surcharges for having to return to the pickup location. So I rate the Apps involved in a move like this, as 1 star, but NCR Transport 4 stars. CS is not a true booking agent. I was under the impression that payments to the driver were being done through them since they charged their large (25%) fee upfront from my credit card as the booking commitment occurred. I tried using a half off discount code and that didn't work but found a $10 discount code which did. I think the CS fee is too high for smaller moves and I have a hard time recommending them, till they reduce it for moves under 500 miles I'm pleased with NCR Transport and I'm sure others will be too.

Jason was fantastic. He picked my puppy up at the breeder, including coordinating with the breeder for pickup in West Virginia. He transported my puppy all the way to southern Maine. He gave me a tracking link, and sent lots of pictures and updates. He even was flexible with the pickup date where I signed up with an incorrect date and had to make a new pickup date two days later. He took very good care of my puppy. Highly recommend
