Guys I cannot tell you how much of a God Sent James was! He was absolutely WONDERFUL to work with! I had originally made a plan to drive out 6 hours and meet my driver half way and they never showed up! No message, no show! I was so frustrated. Mr. James messaged me immediately and asked if he could help! He went and picked up my little girl Sophie and brought her from Indiana all the way to Virginia. He sent me updated photos and videos of Sophie every couple of hours and his location so I always knew where they were. They took potty breaks and he was careful to find stops where other dogs were not around. Tim worked with our time requests and we found an agreeable time to meet based on our work schedules. He also sent google map locations along their route and photos. Clearly an animal lover at heart!

Denise was great with my puppy. She took good care of him, including several stops on the way to allow him to let out puppy energy and run and sniff about. I was overall happy with the service she rendered. The only room for improvement I see from my experience is the communication after booking. The communication was poor/non-existent, as in non-responsiveness to text messages for days and canceling scheduled intro phone call at the last minute. This gave me doubt about the quality of service she would render and if the deposit had been refundable I would have dropped her and would have gone with someone else for these reasons. However, we finally did connect after about almost 2 weeks of poor to no communication. Upon connecting on the phone all my doubts were assuaged, and obviously the end result was satisfactory, hence the 5 star rating.

Just received my Harley that Galaxy shipped for me, I have to say, regardless of the hour or question their dispatch replied within a few minutes. I’m super impressed- I was worried because I had never shipped a motorcycle before but theee guys handled it like the pros they are, always answering my OCD-based questions with professionalism regardless of the hour of day. I highly recommend Galaxy for any shipping needs as they used a covered trailer and inside of it was a car that cost prob 5 times as much as my house, so have no fear using Galaxy. They are fairly priced for over & above quality service. I have no idea what the other reviewer could possibly say bad about dispatch, I had nothing but the best possible experience with them. It’s kind of funny, my little Harley is apparently small potatoes for what they carry, but they treated me with exceptional professionalism and respect. If you’re shipping something for the first time and nervous about doing so, use Galaxy, I’m so pleased I did, I even had a number of issues at the start which delayed my bike by a week- they never batted an eye, just said “when you’re ready” and I’m so grateful. I had nothing but the most fantastic experience using them and I am positive anyone else will feel the same. These guys ROCK!! We had to book a transport on short notice for our cat. They were able to work with us on dates while we traveled across the country for a move. They kept in contact with us the entire time, and sent pictures. The only major thing I did not like was that they changed the drop off date last minute. It was about a week after the original date. Bubba's VIP TRAVELING Service went above and beyond my expectations. She transported my 5 year old Shih Tzu, Abbey from MD to AZ a 2200 mile trek across the US. Abbey has never been away from family and our other dogs. My daughter was taking care of her. Abbey was extremely anxious and unhappy and she would not bond with Leann. Abbey would not eat and would only drink minimal water. Leann contacted both my daughter and my self for any suggestions on what to do and followed all of our suggestions to no avail. Abbey was not doing well. She was homesick and grieving.Well Leann stopped only long enough to grabb some food and sleep and was traveling to get Abbey to me as quickly as possible. Happy ending, Abbey is safe and sound now and doing well, thanks to a wonderful and caring Leann.
