Jim and Parke are a joy to work with. I highly recommend them for all of your transport needs. You won't be disappointed. They were delivering our new pup Rambo from Florida to Rhode Island. I received daily updates throughout the trip. They exercised him, played with him and took him out to dinner when they would go. There were a couple of hiccups on the trip due to traffic and weather, but it did not deter them from taking care of Rambo and keeping us up to date. They are truly all about the well being of your precious furbaby. When Rambo wouldn't eat, they went to the store to find something he would eat and then shared that information with us. If you are looking for honest, reliable and trustworthy look no further. One thing to remember when you are having your furbaby transported is that patience is the key, things may take a bit longer because of things out of your and the transporters control. Remember there job is to bring you a safe and healthy pet. Don't rush them, to make the trip safe your transport team needs rest and food. Thanks again and I'm glad to say we've made new friends.

I had never used a pet transportation service before and was very skeptical about someone else taking car of my pet for a long trip. Dennis was very personable and communicated very well with me, he was always available to call and even FaceTimed me with updates. There were even moment where the weather or traffic was not great and he provided updates with trip delays. I will definitely recommend and use Dennis again to transport my fur babies in the future if needed.

We recently relocated from Long island to Texas. It would have been way too much to travel with my 2 pups and 2 cats. So I looked up citizenshipper and found VIP ALMOST HOME -( Debra ./owner) It was also last miniute bc our travel plans had changed . Debra was so friendly, accommodating and willing to work wirh us on such short notice . Debra and her husband Juju were absolutely amazing with my 2 Labs Buddy(7) Ben(1.5) and 2 cats Lily(3) Carter(7) . We received regular updates, texts ,videos calls and pictures. My dogs are very hyper especially Ben. They played with them several times a day while traveling . They also made sure my fur babies were always comfortable as Carter my fat cat lol was comfortably and calmly laying on her or her husbands lap .Lily who is a scaredy cat even was relaxed . ALMOST HOME had asked me prior to departing whether I preferred my animals to be crated or not unless it was a danger to them. I preferred for them not to be as it was a long journey. Debra and Juju are true animal lovers and experts with transporting and caring for your beloved pets. Initially, being the first experience with pet transporting , I was very apprehensive and sad when I dropped my animals off for their Departure location was Long Island NY Arrival location- Katy Texas . Debra and Juju quickly developed a rapport with my pets and myself She asked important information as far as helath, allergies, dislikes, llikes dispositions of animals. By later on the first night and then the days following seeing hearing etx our fur babies travel experience ours minds were at ease and we were so grateful we hired ALMOST HOME!! The true test was when our pets were returned after 4 days on the road . We were sooo anxious and couldnt wait to to greet them. All 4 were so happy, content and healthy ! Debra and Juju treated my pets as if they were their own. I would highly recommend ALMOST HOME VIP pet transporters . We wish we could hire them regularly for when we go away but too far proximity.. Another thing- The cats who arent good with traveling looked great and were so content. I was amazed how smooth the transition was and how happy they all are in our new home Buddy, Ben , Lily and Carter didnt skip a beat ! We also loved the fact that my fur babies were the ONLY pets in vehicle allowing for full attention and care . It was worth every penny and then some!! Now we have gone from complete strangers with Debra owner of ALMOST HOME to friends. 🥰❤️ AlMOST HOME VIP pets is the way to go! The Rocco family Long island to Texas! 😊

Logan is amazing! He transported a rescue dog for us who is a bit of a 'problem child' named Finn. The dog's foster got bit and so we needed to move him across the country to a trainer. Finn had also escaped his yard and was a notorious barker during transportation. Logan is a dog whisperer, because he called to update me during transport and Finn wasn't barking at all! He updated me on their location throughout the trip and sent me pictures. I'd trust Logan to safely transport any dog!

Normally I don’t write reviews, but I was so happy when my two dogs whom I am very attached to arrived in front of my house on Sunday midday and so I wanted to show my gratitude. Michael picked my dogs up Wednesday night. I was a little concerned because my dogs don’t normally go anywhere without me, especially on a cross country trip. Not Even an hour had gone by and Michael texted me including pictures of my pets saying all was good. For the next few days I was in constant contact and received pictures of every break and even the nice hotels they spent the nights in. I know my dogs were treated like Royalty. I even received a text with the exact time they would arrive. I will always us citizens shipper when I need to transport my dogs. I appreciate what special care was given during the long trip.

This is a review for FAE Deliveries. They were wonderful. They transported our two cats 1,500 miles from Las Vegas to a new home in Arkansas. They sent numerous emails in advance advising us of information, and when they would arrive for the pickup. They bought some fleece blankets for our cats for the trip, even though we had already bought some (which we still provided for spares). They also kept us updated during their journey. They arrived in only two days with our cats. They were also good in dealing with special arrangements. As we were still waiting for movers, etc., they actually got to the new town before us . . . and were efficient in leaving the cats with a boarder we had made a pre-arrangement with. Thus we had a great experience with FAE Deliveries.

I don’t even feel Gabriel is worth 1 star!! We booked. He accept and charged me for half of the fee! I paid through Zelle and then a couple of days before I asked him if he needed kennels and he responded that he has them. Then the day before he was supposed to come I asked him a ETA and no response. Then I called and number is disconnected and then called the number from his profile on here and disconnected. I seen on his profile that he was canceling and refunding the routes her already had booked due to being I. An accident but that still doesn’t make up for the lack of communication and not being upfront and saying he’s going to refund. No I have to argue with my bank to get my deposit back because he is MIA. So I’m pisado too because I had to get a new driver and now getting hosed for the price because it’s last minute. I can’t believe people that work for customer service and in this industry would treat people this way. And leave you high and dry with nothing!! No communication. Beware!!

Good: very nice driver, dog seemed happy (upon arrival) and got to ride in the front seat and go out for potty breaks. Bad: the communication, coordination, timeliness, planning, negligence. I hired Samantha to pick up my dog Joey at the airport and drive him home because it was the cheapest/safest option with the high temperatures and I was on a tight budget. She mentioned she picks up pets from that airport to transport every week, so I figured this would be a good option with no issues. He was getting in from overseas on a long flight and I asked if she would be able to pick him up Monday morning at 6am and the flight number he would be on. She confirmed “yes” and suggested another day as well (which I did not confirm any other day). She ends up driving to the airport on the day that she suggested, a day early. And it was 1am my time so I was unable to coordinate. I thought maybe it was a miscommunication and I disregarded this. We talked and confirmed, again, the day and time to pick him up. 5 hours before pickup, she texts me that she’s 8 hours from the airport and needs to take a nap first. So, knowing that she would already be 3 hours late, she decides to take a nap instead of let me know she wasn’t going to make it so that I could make other accommodations/hire someone else. I wake up expecting to have some coordination about Joey since it had been 4 hours since he was supposed to have been picked up. But she did not text me or call until I reached out. She calls and says she’s about an hour from the airport. 2 hours later I get a call from the airline asking “Um, is anyone coming to get this dog? Where is Samantha?” She still was not there after 2 hours from when we last spoke. She then texts me that she’s 45 minutes away. She was now 8 HOURS LATE from picking up my dog. Joey had been sitting in a crate for over 20 hours straight in airline cargo without being able to go out and potty, traumatized already with separation anxiety. She eventually updated me that she would be here by 12:30 midnight, about the same time I’d show up after my own flight. Then it was 2:30. Finally showed up at 4:30am. For a total of 14 hours late delivery of a live animal.

I recently was visiting Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Kanab, UT and fell in love with a rescued dog from the Navajo Indian reservation. We had flown into Vegas from WI and there was no way to take this dog back home. Citizen Shipper set me up with Dependable Driver Solutions and they were able to pick up my dog Raven within 1 day! Todd, who was the driver, was an awesome communicator as were the owners of the company! I had texts several times a day and lots of photos! I was able to make the journey with Raven and Todd virtually. Raven made it to WI and all is well! I would highly recommend them to do any transporting of animals (or anything you might need). This was a wonderful experience for me and am grateful for all they did to make Raven happy and safe.

Excellent communication and trustworthy- showed me their license, insurance, called regularly and sent GPS location. In addition, they were very mature and professional handling difficult situations incredibly well- we had flash floods all over the country and Vlad rerouted the trip to bypass problematic areas. Vlad was also very responsible and gave important paperwork to recipient and made sure important documents were signed and sent to me. Our dog's trip was supposed to be 4 1/2- 5 days. We were supposed to get updated location status along the way, which didn't happen. We received 'traffic jams, slow traffic and flat tire updates continuously, but of course no location. On the Monday morning she advised us that she would be in Tuesday eve 9-9:30 p.m. She did not show up, call or anything. On Wednesday mid-morning we finally got ahold of her and she let us know about the flat tire and her phone died. ( I guess for 2.5 days) She advised we would see our dog on the Friday morning 8:30. In all of this we had camping trips planned and completely lost ability to go as we waited with no faith as to what she was telling us. On Thursday we checked in asking where she was now and after 5 texts of Marie avoiding the question she called me back. She said she was at the Nebraska/MT border (they don't border). Major lack of communication - I reminded her that we hired a professional service and we didn't feel she was upholding her professionalism. She felt she was very communicative and had an impeccable track record. Update was Friday at noon and she felt she had to assure me she wasn't stealing our dog. Friday a.m tried to get a location, she told my husband she didn't know how to drop a pin or send location. At that point we sadly found out that she was just crossing into Nebraska then and would be at least another 13 hours if straight through. My husband has a not very pleasant conversation with her. She said she was only a day off of our expected time frame, (Our dog was picked up 3:30 a.m. on a Friday with finally delivery 3:00A.M. on the following Saturday.) told my husband that we did not deserve our dog and that she wanted to meet at the Police Station because she didn't trust us!!! She said she would wait to deliver later Saturday so we could go camping on the Friday night....at 10:00 p.m. Friday she text and said that because we would not be at our destination she would be picking up another dog first and then come to us. Not having proof of a health certificate or knowing the other dog we said No and packed everything up at campsite, went home at 11 p.m. with young children to await her 3:00 a.m. arrival. My opinion is that she had this other pick up scheduled, took her time visiting along the way a couple of nights, (sent us one pic in the beginning with our dog at a home pool) was only concerned of accommodating her own schedule. The sad part is, if she would have just let us know we wouldn't have lost 5 days of our vacation, would have went camping at the beginning of the week as planned and been back for our dogs arrival. ...yes our dog was fine and very happy to see us. We were EXTREMELY UNHAPPY and would not recommend her, she did not even apologize.

Matt Is the absolute best around, 12/10 would definitely recommend!!! This was our first time using Citizenshipper or any transportation service so we didn’t much know what to expect but Matt made the whole process so easy and comfortable. I can not say enough good about Thomas. I was surprised by a friend who committed me to pick up a "FREE" dog in the classified adds. I wasn't going to be able to deliver the dog to them til 4 days later. The dog turned out to be a huge pain and was the worst most annoying dog I've ever been around. I couldn't wait to get rid of this dog that got dumped on me. Well, Thomas came to the rescue. He was there the next day to get this dog before it had peed on every piece of furniture I had. This was a scary undertaking trying to ship my grand dog from NC to TX to reunite with her mommy that had been deployed. Someone suggested I try this and I’m so glad I did. He was prompt with timing and every two hours shared his location and pics of our sweet girl. Lois was AMAZING! She brought our two cats 1700 miles from North Carolina to Colorado. They really don’t like cars and often don’t like being picked up but Lois handled everything like a total pro. Marcie was amazing and super attentive to my 3 dogs. She transported and pet sat them for 11 days and nearly 2,000 miles (AZ TO GA). She kept me updated everyday, I looked forward to getting my daily video and update of how they were doing. She really got to know their personalities, and they were enjoying their time with her - I could tell. It was so relieving to know they were in safe hands.

Warning!! Tiara Josianna Alsaid was the driver and never seen or spoke to account owner! A woman named Tiara J Aslaid (TJ) of Houston - Mesquite, TX was responsible for transporting our 11 month old Pomsky. She drove 5 days from NY to Fl while picking up other dogs on the way and showed up with our dog DEAD and cold. He had been dead for at least 2 days! Feel free to share. After considering all the options we hired a pet travel company. Citzenshipper had the name as Isaiah G. The women came got him on Monday 6/ 20 to get him a little after 8pm and said, he’d arrive Wednesday evening at the latest. She sent photos on Tuesday and everything seemed okay. Wednesday I reached out and she said they won’t arrive until 11:30pm. The she went totally off the radar! Thursday around noonish she contacts us and says she had car trouble and her cell phone wasn’t working and contacted from a different number but was 2 hours away. Well she was way more than that. She arrived in Florida at around 2:30am Friday morning put the crate on the ground and he was dead. Then when the lady in Florida called the police she pulled away hitting the women with the van. They took Scoobys body to a vet and the vet feels he died of heat stroke and was riding around dead for 2 days in that van. I have call logs showing I called a bunch of times trying to reach this women!

Chris was awesome to work with! He contacted the breeder to coordinate a pick-up time and kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. He was so kind and got me my puppy the same day after another driver cancelled on me. Throughout the trip, he sent me photos and updates of my puppy and their current location. They stopped to feed and play along the way. My pup was well taken care of! I’d definitely recommend and use again in the future.
