When searching for the right person to transport our 7 cats from Illinois to Iowa, I actually didn’t pay as much attention to the final bid price as I did the overall reviews. Paul had the most (and highest reviews of any of the bidders; he also happened to be the best price) reviews and it appeared that everyone loves the service he provides. All I can say about my experience with Paul is he is extremely communicative, punctual, professional, and just an overall awesome person…..a true God send in this crazy stressful time trying to move long distance. I would rate him more than 5 stars if I could and will absolutely be contacting him should the need ever arise to move our fur babies again.

James and Major Transport are amazing. Let me start with the initial contact with James. He gave us a complete run down of what to expect from when he arrived to pick up our boat to delivery. Every morning we had communication and GPS pin points of his location and pictures of the boat. That was followed by the same communication at night when they stopped. This continued for the entire trip until he pulled in front of our house. James also went above and beyond pulling over to check lugs nuts, bearing grease and tighten a wrap we had done on the boat for protection to ensure it held for the trip. James made us completely comfortable and at ease to know he was treating our boat as his own to get it here in the shape it was picked up. This trip was from Michigan to Arizona 2100 miles. We would highly recommend James and Major Transport to transport your items in need of shipping.

By far the worst customer experience ever they said they’d pick up the car within 1 to 3 days and then they said it was 1 to 5 days the car still hasn’t been picked up it’s been six days and I get charged every day for storage at the auction. Then Rod proceeded to yell at me on the phone when I was telling him that they should be responsible for storage fee since they are not holding up their end of the deal.

TL;DR for anyone wanting your pet(s) transported with a loving, great communicator , dependable, thoughtful pet transporter, JOJO is your person. I would use her services again without hesitation. OMG where do I start?! I was losing sleep trying to figure out how to get my two corgis (one small one large) from Pennsylvania to Texas. One Corgi was too big for the cabin of a plane and Texas this time of year is too hott for either to travel below the plane (and unsafe regardless). Jojo came in clutch, she eased my anxiety during the initial scheduling call and when the day arrived she came on time, and my little ones instantly warmed up to her. She sent pictures and text constantly during the trip, the dogs looked so happy, I knew exactly where they were almost at anytime. When they arrived in Texas a few days later my dogs looked like they had the time of their lives. She took such great care of them! communication was a little confusing at first but once the trip got going everything was fine. pets were well taken care of. the final payment at delivery was asked to be in cash however when payment was made there was an issue about $30 missing which was odd as the money had been counted according to my parents who received the dogs.

Desiree was amazing. I had a driver scheduled to pick up a pup and an hour after our agreed-upon time they called to say they were not coming. I quickly got back on CitizenShipper and started searching for help. Desiree was fast to message me and offered a fair price and was able to come early the very next morning and drove 14 hours all the way to drop off the puppy at their new home. She send pictures and we stayed in contact through the whole process. I felt confident in her taking care of the puppy and she shared location so we knew where she was the entire way. When he got here which was at 9:30 at night, The bike was strapped down wrong and the straps were Laying over the painted area and scraping on the paint. When I paid him he counted out the money which was good and then he asked me for a tip I've never had someone working for the public ask me for a tip. And then he was kind of standing by the trailer looking into our barn Send asked if he could use our bathroom which I do not let anybody I don't know into my house I just found that really strange if you work for the public you know you don't do either of those 2 Things. The bike was not damaged and it did get here in one piece that we are happy. And then on the way here the driver had to contact us to make sure how to move the bike move the bike in neutral so he could back it out to get a car out that was in front of The bike. If someone is going to transport motorcycles they should know how to move them.

Patricia is AMAZING! My cat had been living alone in a house with no AC or people due to the person who took him in not being able to keep him after 2mo. Once Patricia knew of Gingers living condition she didn't even hesitate to take him in until they caught a flight to me! She had him for like a week maybe a few days more and my cat was so comfortable with her. Her communication is GREAT! I always knew how he was doing via texts and photos! She kept me in the loop from having her transport him to them getting off the flight! I even got photos of my baby on his first flight. They bonded so well I wouldn't have wanted anyone else taking care of my baby and if I or anyone I know ever need to transport a pet I'll absolutely contacting her!
