The experience was a new one for me and we were so worried about shipping our baby with strangers, but Melissa and Riley were very nice, professional, and compassionate. Riley picked up Athena and worked extra hard to ensure all of her belongs fit, then was very communicative on their trip, sent pictures and made sure we knew where they were, what the next stops were, and how much longer until Athena was delivered. I chose Miss B due to her low quote and good reviews. Miss B did deliver my pup eventually. She was 4 days late in picking up due to constant delays (a storm, hit a deer, new tires, traffic, closed interstates, accidents, etc). She promised a delivery date and was a day late with more excuses (sleep deprivation, run off the road by another driver, lack of money for fuel, etc). She delivered other pets while my pup was in the car and promised that my pup would be in a separate kennel for his safety from the other dogs. Upon arrival there were no kennels in the small car. She told me one of the traveling dogs in the backseat snapped at my pup in the front seat to put him in his place. She did give me a $50 discount for her lateness, and the pup did arrive safely, but compared to other shippers I have used it was not a good experience mainly due to the long delays causing us much worry, and no kennel to separate from other animals.

If you are looking for someone with above EXCELLENT communication, patience, and professionalism, look no further. To say I was anxious and skeptical is an understatement, but Alex and Alicia put me at ease from go. Not only did they have amazing communication with me (literally above and beyond) but they also had great communication with the breeder. They took the time to send me pictures and updates along the whole journey. Brandon and his wife did a fantastic job transporting my dog from Atlanta to Tucson. Their rate was more than reasonable, they responded quickly and politely, and they made great time. They were in contact multiple times a day to report on how my dog was doing, and they were wonderful with the fact that my dog can be leash aggressive. My dog had such a good time on the trip, he cried when they left!! I cannot recommend them enough for your pet transportation needs. It’s a big deal to trust a beloved pet to people you haven’t met, but you can trust Brandon and his wife, I promise.

Galaxy Auto Shipping hooked me up with one of their carriers. I just received my motorcycle shipment (North Carolina to California). They were fantastic! They communicated well throughout the shipment and were very flexible when I needed to change the delivery address. My motorcycle arrived here without a scratch. I like how they secured my bike - just like I would have if I was hauling it. Isn't the most expensive shipper and they're not the cheapest either. But they are the BEST!
