From booking to cancellation this was one of the worse experiences I’ve had with any shipper. She wanted upfront money because she didn’t have gas, she couldn’t submit an invoice. After trying to work things out with her because I know times are hard for lots of people she called citizenshipper and canceled the pickup. I’ve been waiting on her all day only to find out after sending messages to her that she canceled Friday and that ”they” should’ve let me know! So unprofessional. She canceled Friday and it’s now Monday (scheduled pickup day) and she never called me to cancel neither did Citizenshipper!

BOOK WITH SOMEBODY ELSE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PET. Just about the only positive thing about them is the fact that they actually delivered my dog from point A to point B alive. Her transport was supposed to take less than 3 days, it took about 6. We received no updates without asking for them, and the updates would be very short responses 3-4 hours later if we even got them. We provided a week’s worth of food for our dog, when they dropped her off, they gave us 6 full cans back. Not only did they starve my dog, she was covered in blood, shaking, and fearful when she was dropped off. She had clear signs of abuse. The blood was not cleaned off of her, and she was forced to sit in it in her cage, which she was not let out of enough. She had to sit in her own blood, urine, and feces for 6 days. The driver didn’t make an attempt to clean her. He made sure to charge me a cleaning fee for the cage though. But I wouldn’t expect the people who abused my dog to be upstanding individuals. Stay far away from Taylor and his drivers.

The WORST experience I ever had! They told me to meet them at 9 am to get my puppy coming from Texas to VA. I got to the meeting place, they never showed, never answered the phone for an hour later. Said they would be there soon. They were 6.5 hours AWAY! I offered to drive an extra 1 1/2 towards them.......I didn't actually get my puppy until after 3 pm. Then when the Sam pulled up and opened the back of his truck, it was dirty, stinky and nasty...... crates piled on top of each other. My poor 8 wk old puppy was on the bottom crate under and in front of two screaming cats. She was covered in poop! Like she had been in the crate for two days with NO water or food..... she was starving and thirsty! I would NEVER recommend them !

Our pitbull Rose is a beloved family dog but I know not everyone “gets” her, so when we had to find a last minute solution to flying her from SanDiego to NYC I was a bit panicked. Her rate was very reasonable and she was very detailed in explaining her route and the other dogs she’d be transporting so that we fully understood where Rose would be and with whom. First off, I had my motorcycle transported from Atlanta, GA to Philadelphia, PA. Tony from HBTRANSIT was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He went out of his way to get my motorcycle to me in a timely fashion, since I informed him that I would be needing the bike by a certain day , he gave my assignment to a very reputable driver, who picked my motorcycle up the same day that I called HP transit. The motorcycle was secured for transport and is on its way to me as we speak. I explained to him that I would need the bike by Wednesday, the latest , and I was told the bike would be here either today, which is Sunday, or tomorrow, Monday. IHe communicated with me throughout the process. He called to make sure things were going smoothly. Communication was through emails and texts and I couldn’t have been happier. I’m glad, out of all the companies that contacted me, I found HBTRANSIT. If you need something shipped and want to have peace of mind, look no further. His price is what the going rate is. I did receive a few other lower quotes, but their were no reviews and those companies shipped just a handful of vehicles. I wasn’t comfortable with that so I went with HBTRANSIT. The vehicle is being transported in a closed trailer, so the elements wouldn’t get to the motorcycle. If there is ever a need for me to ship or receive a vehicle, I will once again reach out to this company. They were GREAT!!!!!!!

Jose and his son drove my mom's golden retriever across the country in record time! Jose was very nice when I talked to him beforehand, he was super responsive to my texts, and he shared his location with me via Whatsapp during the drive so i could always see where they were. I paid extra to have the dog driven solo, and so he got to Maine quickly and directly. My brother received the dog at the other end and said he seemed happy. Jose kept the dog overnight on the last day and got up very early to deliver the dog on a Saturday which was better for my brother's schedule. I definitely recommend Jose's service and thought he seemed super nice, hard-working and honest. He was a little more expensive than some other quotes but they are experienced and were very fast.
