5 stars doesn’t do Daniel’s service justice. Despite multiple complications (due to outside forces), Daniel was able to get our boat to us right on schedule. He even helped out with some needed repairs to get the boat from the marina to the landing! Daniel turned what could have been a very complicated, messy process into an absolute breeze. I could not recommend him more highly and would undoubtably use his services again in a heartbeat!

Once Jake was in the driver’s care I received updates every time they stopped for a break which was about every 3 to 4 hours which is exactly how long I told them he could go. Really great people who care about animals and provided amazing care for my dog. They even took care of washing her and providing extra car breaks after she had an accident in her kennel due to stress from the trip. They provided updates and photos multiples times every day. If Hope was a company , very much thankful I used “ PETWAY COURIER” not only was there a smile upon pick up , just presentation alone was reassuring . I have a Giant Schnauzer 2yrs old , and we needed to get her to her dads . We worked with M&A pets transportation to transport our new puppy from KY to MA and could'n be happier with their service! Our new family member was quite a difficult passenger, being car sick the whole trip, but Anton and his team went above and beyond to ensure the pup had everything he needed and kept us updated along the way. We can only imagine how many times their team had to clean the crate and wash our little buddy before he made it to the destination. Totally recommend their service to anyone who is debating whether to use a big business that will have your little friend in a van with multiple pets or have a dedicated team to take care of your pet even in a difficult situation like ours as if it's their family member. From the very start JoJo was very professional and on top of communication with me regarding the move of my 2 cats from NJ to California. Marci did everything possible to make this a smooth transport for us and our rescue dog. She went out of her way from start time to contacting us along the route to give updates and also reports on how our little dog was holding up on such a long drive. We don't know how she has so much energy and then had to keep going for her next transport. Patrick is truly a caring animal person. My standard poodle puppy arrived safe and in good spirits. Patrick also communicates frequently at pre-determined time, so I get the impression that he does not, as a rule, text while driving. He's a terrible speller, lol, but other than that, I would definitely use again. His cost was half of what a commercial carrier was going to charge.

Exceeded my expectations for brining my fur babies to me safely. I was so worried about sending my dogs to be transported from the east coast to west coast without me. It took a while but I selected Kara because of her reviews and fair price. Kara sent so many pictures and updates along the way which gave me peace of mind. One of my fur babies gets a bit anxious around new people, but quickly took a liking to Kara! So much so that she sat at the door looking for her after she was dropped off!! I have absolutely no regrets with my choice. This was by far the best option to get my babies to me. I am so grateful to Kara for keeping me at ease with the frequent updates and photographs. Edward did a wonderful job of transporting our 8 week old puppy from Alabama to Florida. He called, texted, and sent pictures during the entire trip. There are no words to describe how WONDERFUL my experience with P.E.T.S. was! I was in a bind after my sister suddenly passed away and needed to get her blind, 14-year old dachsund, Dodger, across the country. Debbie came to the rescue and took such good care of Dodger. The delivery of my pets (a cat and a dog) was much faster than I expected! I was very happy about that and the fact that they arrived safely. I got plenty of updates and photos too. The only one thing is that I don't know if my dog got potty breaks because I never got any photos of him outside his crate, but I imagine they did because it was a very long drive.

Our posh shy cocker spaniels got the royal treatment let me tell you!! Chris and Miriam treated our little snuggle babies like their own. Due to growing up during the pandemic and far out in the country at that, our sweet prince pups aren't the most publicly civilized lol, and I worried how they would warm up to strangers. Well, by the end of what I would say was the greatest lil shipping across country adventure of their puppy lifetimes, Chris and Miriam were like family!
