Jenny the flight nanny was absolutely amazing! she picked up our puppy in San Antonio and flew him to Columbus Ohio where we met her. She communicated every step of the way and met our breeder at the airport for pick up. We then met her later that afternoon at the Columbus airport for pick up! I would highly highly recommend Jenny. I have never had this experience before so I had no idea as to how this would go. I wish Jenny lived closer as we would undoubtedly be friends. I was extremely nervous and skeptical starting this process. I questioned every conversation and every possible slight inconvenience that arose. However, I trusted the process and everything worked out great! I received daily pictures and updates from the driver while in a group chat with the breeder as well. My puppy arrived safe and sound. My only concern was that the puppy was with the transporter for 3 days and I wondered how that was effecting her. But, she seems fine and as suggested by the breeder, I will follow up with my own vet this week. If your skeptical and untrusting like me, go with Tim and Christina. They’re the real deal and will get your baby to you safely and for a very fair price. Some friendly advice: I received quotes between $400-$1600… You will get lots of quotes which will cause you to question lower priced quotes. I weeded them out by going with the most amount of positive reviews and not the cheapest offer but definitely not the most expensive. I hope this helps.

I was very happy with their customer service in the beginning. I called today to confirm my pups pick up for tomorrow and the driver, Davey, told me it was canceled to contact his father Jim. I did so and he tells me he has not a clue what was going on he needed to contact his son. Long story short he tells me his son is in Texas and won’t be able to pick up my pup. I had to scramble to get another transporter last minute as the breeder could no longer keep the pups at her residence. Jim did refund me the fee I paid. But never the less I should have been told with ample time and should not have had to call myself to find out the contract was canceled. I spoke with them last week and everything was on schedule and going according to plan. It was very disheartening not only Bc of the lack of communication and blatant disregard but Bc I felt comfortable having them transport my pups and had to find someone else on a whim. Hopefully this new transport goes well!

I have mixed feelings about my experience with TeeRexDelivery. I received great customer service from the owner (Barbara) BUT the experience with my pets driver (Joseph)was HORRIBLE. Joseph was HOURS late to pick up my pup. He seemed great at pick up and sent me a few pictures of our pup along the way . I was given an estimate of 30 hours of travel and it took nearly 48. After telling me his eta would be around midnight we decided the next morning would be best for drop off. He then changed the drop off time and Joseph gave me an approximate drop off time of 9-10pm and was STILL IN ANOTHER STATE when the time frame rolled around. Seeing he wouldn't make it till the next morning we pushed the time back to 8. I relayed the information given to me to Barbara and she spoke to the driver. I woke up to a text he sent me late that previous evening and asked if "we had a problem" and referred to his boss as "this lady" in further texts. He turned off his location so I couldn't see where he was and wouldn't take me calls. I had to give my mother in law his number (which he did speak to). He dropped off my pup smelling STRONGLY of urine (despite being bathed the morning of pick up) and failed to drop off the large container of dog food I sent with him (roughly $60 worth of food + the cost of the container). I contacted him about the food and he didn't even bother to apologize. He claimed he would send reimbursement for the food and has yet to do so. I would have gave 0 stars had it not been for Barbara trying to make the best of the situation. Overall this service seemed to lack in organization and professionalism. Barbara sent me several screenshots of her private conversation with her driver Joseph and admitted that she had not properly vetted the driver because he was recommended by someone. I was offered a refund but despite my feelings about our experience I declined because my pup did arrive safely.

I usually don’t write reviews, and understand things can happen, but I am extremely disappointing with their service. I am pretty flexible and am open to working with a driver to find the best solution that works for my pets transfer. I very clearly wrote out the terms of the pick up I was looking for during my dog transfer, and verbally talked over the phone with them to confirm the details of the trip. No instructions were followed for pickup and the trip involved multiple transfers between people. On top of that, my dog was dropped off a full extra day late, Which is inexcusable. While the service was one of the cheaper priced bids, I highly recommend paying a bit more and using someone else if you care about your animal. Will absolutely not use them again. Hands down the worst experience I have ever used on citizen shipper. Very unprofessional and terrible communication. 0/5 stars

Wow! Chris and his family/team are AMAZING! It was my first time using a pet transporting service and I was very nervous at first and under a lot of stress moving. I was immediately put at ease quickly though and I knew my fur baby would be in great hands after talking to both Chris & Leslie on the phone. They really go above and beyond to make you comfortable and kept me updated the whole time. Their passion is animals and you can tell! Everything went smoothly. Chris responded when I asked him how the trip was going and sent pictures when I asked for them. I would make it 4.5 stars but it is only whole stars. The original estimate was getting here the 10th or the 11th and they did not actually arrive until the 13th. So be flexible with your timeframe. Angel was well cared for, fed, exercised and the photos were very helpful along the way. I did not negotiate the bid because it was in the ballpark of 4 or 5 others and he was offering to pick her up a few days earlier than I had posted -- he was already going to be in the area.

Price was great. Meet and pick up was great. Drop was agreed at 8pm. He called and changed to 10pm which was fine. Then changed to midnight. Then 2am. Finally he called at 330am and was out of gas on the side of the road. Claimed he couldn't get gas at the gas station. Finally drove to him with gas, my dirt bike was unloaded already from his truck. Heavy smell of gas was present. He admitted to taking all the gas from my motorcycle. The next day the bike was leaking gas due to improper installation of gas line and fuel filter. Not sure if he had a bad day but wouldn't hire him again.

Chris was fantastic. I'm so happy that we chose her. The rate was VERY reasonable. We had our 7 week old puppy delivered from Tennessee to Monterey, CA. I threw her a curveball and changed the pick up location because we thought the location was in Nashville but it was actually a few hours away. She added a bit for the 5-6 hour round trip that we added on to her drive but was again reasonable. She picked her up in Tennessee and sent us pictures as often as possible. She flew out to Monterey with our puppy as her carry on so she didn't have to fly as cargo (I'm sure this is a concern for people, it was for me.) Flights were delayed but she somehow and she had some airplane trouble, we were updated promptly but she ended up getting her to us at the time we had discussed. Chris kept telling us how beautiful and wonderful our new pup is (which is very accurate I might add.) Chris called to check in with us a few hours after drop off and told us again what a pleasure it was to bring us our puppy. Unfortunately Chris' return flight got delayed but she didn't even mention it to us because she didn't want us to be concerned. It was the perfect experience. I would 100% recommend using "For the love of pets" Thank you Chris!

Alex is an AMAZING pet transporter. We were very apprehensive of all the scammers and just wanted to make sure she would get to us safely. Alex made sure to keep us updated on Envy (our Pitt bull) from Texas to Wisconsin with texts, pictures and even phone calls. He was very responsive and responded back quickly. He also reassured us with live gps tracking. He was upfront about the costs and open to all questions. He helped us through out this whole process. Alex is also very reasonably priced and is AWESOME with the pets he transports. You can tell he knows and cares a lot about animals. Envy even wanted to hop back in the car with him. Donna solved our problem of getting our dog from Florida to Massachusetts. She arrived for pick up just when she said she would, and kept us informed the whole trip of her location and how he was doing, his rest area bathroom stops, lots of photos of him happily on his bed in her backseat (mostly sleeping), their overnight in MD. He was as happy, comfortable and safe as he would have been for us. Whole trip complete in 17 hours. Donna was loving and affectionate with him, snd let him snuggle with her on her bed for their sleepover. She really cares about “her” dogs during their travels. We will be using her again and feel so lucky to have found her!

I can't share enough positive comments about Ranae! She is remarkable! Ranae transported my mother's cat Mattie, who is her baby. I was so worried because if anything happened to her I would never forgive myself. Ranae's reviews were all excellent and she quickly put my mind at ease. She is professional, organized and an excellent communicator. She told me when she would collect Mattie and when deliver her and she hit both times within minutes! She sent me her tracking so I could watch her progress and she communicated with me throughout the entire day. I would recommend Ranae 100%, she is amazing! Thank you Ranae!

This was by far the most satisfying experience related to the safety and care of my two boys. It was a rescue mission and then a company came through in spades!!! ???
