Debbie and her husband were flexible, sent me updates and pics, and got my pups from A to B safety which was the ultimate goal. This was done after 24 HOURS of no word from them! The morning she was to meet me I text and called her to let her know directions on where to park with no response. When they arrived her husband wasn’t even getting out of the car until I asked if he could let their dog (who was on his lap in the front seat) to get acquainted with my dogs so they would stop barking. At 5 pm she let me know everything was good and they had stopped for the night. The next morning I texted and called at 10 am with no response. I could completely understand if she was alone but she was with her husband. I was a wreck and extremely worried! I didn’t hear back until 24 HOURS later. I asked why I didn’t hear back from them and she said her husband didn’t know how to use the phone! I’m sorry but if this is your business I would think he would learn to answer the phone so customers would not be going out of their minds with worry.

DO NOT USE. The experience was great at first. He was not my original shipper, but I used him after I had to cancel a different one due the puppy becoming ill before her trip. He was very responsive and the puppy arrived in good condition. What did not arrive was her registration papers etc. He said he left them at the hotel. I paid him and texted him my address to mail them to. After that, there was radio silence. I asked him to let me know when he mails them and if her vaccination records was with them. I got absolutely NO acknowledgement and no response. It's been 24hrs. Before he'd gotten paid, he wasted no time in responding to me. So I do NOT recommend this shipper. Now I'm trying to get with the breeder about providing a 2nd set of papers, I can't do ANY events without them. Not only that I'm coming out of pocket for HIS screw up, not to mention I paid the last amount in cash and he never gave me my change. I'm VERY unhappy with the service provided.

Peter helped my dogs travel from San Diego, California to Cincinnati, Ohio and he did a splendid job. His communication was better than any I've had with vendors previous. Before he arrived for pick up he texted me a day in advance and then again an hour before. He didn't rush me, so I was able to say goodbye and comfort my dogs for their first, solo road trip. I knew where my puppies (a female Husky and male Schnauzer) were every morning and night because he sent me pictures included with his location on Google.
