I cannot express how happy I am with the service Tomorrow’s Happy Trails provided. Communication: I constantly received professional, timely and informative, communication. The driver sent me pictures of my dog throughout the entire trip and provided me with milestone ETAs every day. Reliability: The driver treated my dog as if it was her own and kept all of her provided dates and times. If she was running behind, she immediately relayed that information. Value: Tomorrow’s Happy Trails was one of the more reasonable quotes I received. Obviously, as a pet owner, we want to provide the best for our pets without breaking the bank. The service provided was absolutely worth every penny and more. Overall, I would use their services again without question and highly recommend them for your transport needs as well.

? I 100% recommend NBL Transport! ? This was our first time using a pet transfer company, so needless to say I was a nervous wreck. Ana was sweet, patient, kind and understanding. I expressed my worries with her and she kindly reassured me that she would take care of my puppies as she does her own (with love and compassion). When she met my pups at our home she let them smell her and sat down and let them get to know her before taking them (patience is key with my puppies and she did amazing). Ana provided updates even when I didn’t ask for one, she sent pictures and answered the phone anytime (as long as it was safe to). My husband, kids and I met our puppies at the drop off calm and happy and our pups were the exact same way. If this is your fist time booking or even your 5th time booking, we highly recommend Ana and her team of wonderful people. Thank You ?

Levi is a 9-week old Chihuahua weighing only 1lb, and honestly, giving my precious cargo to a total stranger that I only met through the internet, and allowing her to drive several hours across several states was extremely stressful. One of the most comforting things during the transporting process was the availability of GPS tracking. By Deanna using the 360 GPS tracking app throughout the journey, the breeder and I knew where our puppy was at all times. Rebecca did well in getting my puppy delivered to me from 656 miles, 10 hours, away in one day. She is kind, considerate, and hard working. Rebecca followed the breeder's instructions not to feed my puppy during the trip. She sent me pictures, informed me of her progress, and let me know my puppy was okay. I only think that Rebecca and I had some miscommunication or misunderstanding because I had the impression that she had a co-driver with her. I liked the idea that she and a co-driver could safely make the delivery in one day with plenty of breaks, but it began to seem like Rebecca did not have someone with her. I think safety and having less stress are more important than making good time, and I would have preferred those things be prioritized to reduce risks despite the fact that I was hopeful for a one day delivery. Rebecca was thoughtful in getting me a small gift from the trip, and I appreciate that. I hope Rebecca is successful and gets to meet many more people and pets.

Where is the option for 10 stars? I could not be more pleased with High Life Pet services! These two ladies put their hearts into what they do and it clearly shows! They were so easy to work with, readily available when my dates of transport changed and made the whole process so smooth and easy. They traveled over 16 hours with our new puppy to bring him home to us and he arrived in such good spirits that I know he had a wonderful trip. It was his first time even traveling by car and because it was such a good experience he is so laid-back and comfortable on car rides now. They updated frequently with texts and photos which helped us to get to know our new boy before we even got him! We were able to keep track of their arrival time which was awesome and worked out perfectly to coordinate for drop off. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more appreciative. I was highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received from K & M Pet Transport. First, Kimberly Adams was continually running behind schedule and never was on time. She scheduled a pick-up time, said she would be there in 3 hours, and then 5 hours later said she was still 2 hours away. She ended up not picking up my pet until the next morning, and after it took 5 minutes to load my pet, she spent 20 minutes chasing her own dog around the property trying to catch it. When it came time for drop-off, she did the same thing with saying she would be there one date and ended up not dropping off my pet until 2 days later! The most frustrating part was my pet was sent in a carrier I had purchased. When my pet was dropped off, Kimberly handed her to us and drove off.... and did not leave the pet carrier. When I contacted her, she denied that my pet had been in a personal carrier and lied, saying my pet had ridden in one of her own carriers. I attempted to keep contacting her for about a week. Kimberly kept saying she had to "get home" before she could check to see if she had my carrier in her vehicle. Finally she totally stop answering my texts. This was very disappointing since it was a $30 carrier and Kimberly had said it was fine to send my pet in it. I should have confirmed that the carrier would be given to me at the end of the trip but I thought that was a given. I WOULD not use this company. She was highly disorganized. Her PayPal account does not work and she made us double pay and then refunded one of the payments. It was all a mess. She treated my dog nice, but I wish I had received the same kind of service.
