If I could give 100.stars, I would. My son's dog had to be rehomed to me all across the country. Agatha kept in touch the whole time. She was careful to give realistic travel expectations and sent pictures daily. She took our dog on some amazing sight seeing excursions along the way. He was so attached to her after all they had shared together, I almost felt vuty taking delivery! We hugged and cried and promised to keep in touch. We transported my mother's dog from Pennsylvania to California. Her dog can be a little hesitant with strange men but when Peter arrived, he greeted him and jumped right into the van. She kept in with me during her drive keeping lines of communication going. She treated my puppy as if it were her own and had her on her lap the whole ride to her new home so she was comfortable and less stress to the puppy. She was extremely friendly upon delivery that we even chatted for a long while. I would highly recommend her as she actually does what she says she will and very trusting. Wish I could give 10 stars. Check this out. When the 2 shepards arrived safe and happy they kept jumping back into their vehicle. They enjoyed the trip so much. Even though the female can act aggressive she took right away to one driver and the male bonded with the other driver. They were like family from the first meeting. Awesome team!!! Elvis and his family are EXCELLENT. Last night at 9pm I posted that I needed an emergency shipper to pick up a dog by 7am in Columbus Ohio and then deliver all the way to me In North carolina with in a day. Elvis reached out, offered the BEST price and promised me hed get the dog in the morning and come straight here. As soon as he picked the dog up he immediately notified me, told me his plan and came through. He kept me updated with pics, videos, his eta and just updates in general. Jason was very nice and friendly. He delivered my dog within 58 hours of traveling 1600+ miles. He did not update unless I asked but I did not ask for him to update me to begin with. He always replied quickly! My only complaint was that the collar of my dog’s harness was not on correctly when dropped off. It was wrapped around his neck as well as under his front right leg. I’ve mentioned that my dog can get anxious and aggressive so maybe that had something to do with it. Overall, I would recommend! GREAT price as well for a solo trip!

I have a lot of a certain type of furniture picked up all over the country. This company was superb and created a perfect move of heavy and very expensive art furniture. And a lot of it. They were kind, courteous, reasonably priced, fully communicative with texts and messages and quickly respondive through Citizenshipper. They will be top on my list to go back to next time I have a shipping need. They truly were excellent and also trustworthy. One of my items had to be paid for with cash so I had to send them the money and ask them to cash it out and pay. They were honorable and even sent me a pic of the item before they paid the money. You can not ask for better people. We are grateful and thankful.
