Upright Piano
I was not going to send a review, but after being nagged 3 times I decided to leave a review as requested. When I asked for a piano to be moved, I requested a truck with a lift up tail gate. Howard responded. I hired through the company he is part of. Howard was responsive, polite and on time. He did tell me he would need someone strong to help him. I did tell him my husband can help. Howard arrived on time with a trailer towed behind her pick-up truck. Not what I was requested or led to believe. He did bring a friend and did indicate he was there more for company. As they tried to move the piano we were concerned about the front spindle legs. We asked if they had a dolly or something. He brought in a furniture dolly and after a partial attempt we told him that would not work. My husband provided two 4 wheeled dolly’s that we put on either side of the piano. At one point I told my husband we could cancel, still pay because I cared more about my piano. We continues on because my husband was there to help and supervise. 1- not happy he agreed to do something, not having the means I requested and did not tell me in advance. My fault that I did not clarify and continued with the move. 2- Did not have appropriate people for this move. My fault, he told me. But I did think he would be helping, not advising and supplying needed equipment. 3-did not have appropriate equipment for the move 4- Piano arrived and placed at new address with no harm. Howard was very nice and cheerful I have learned when I request something be transported in a special way, I will now clarify my requests are being honored or I am being told they can transport it in a different fashion.

11/19/21: Absolutely would not recommend I Deliver or Shirley Black for any deliveries. Very disorganized. Trip was booked for VA to NY. After booking driver mistakenly thought the trip was between TN and Utah. Does not respond to text messages. The company 'I deliver' apparently was team driving. One driver Lorn/Loren had a dog leash wrap around his leg (sounds like unsafe dog handling practices) and supposedly needed emergency treatment due to the leash cutting into the skin. However, the other driver Shirley told a different story to the woman awaiting pick-up that the reason for the delay was nausea and vomiting and needing to rest. This company reeks of Scam. Hopefully I can get my money back. NOT ADVISABLE TO USE THIS COMPANY!

Melissa was really extraordinary! She went way above and beyond the service expected. She transported two cats from Los Angeles to Albuquerque for an elderly friend of mine. We needed a substitute driver at the last minute because the original driver had a bad accident and was unable to make the trip. Melissa took on the transport and was flexible, reliable, and so very helpful. One of the cats had a wound which the owner was not aware of until Melissa picked up the cat. She was still willing to do the trip and was wonderfully kind, thoughtful and caring toward both cats, even cleansing the wound without being asked to do so. She also put together the large traveling crate for the owner, which wasn't easy! Wow! I'd trust Melissa with just about anything!

Terrible experience. He transported my motorcycle on a dolly. After I told him it could on be rolled on and off a truck or trailer on the tires as it had not been driven in 7 years. He said he was going to transport it in the bed of his truck. He transported it on a dolly. My mint condition seat came loose and bounced off on the ride. And he burned up my transmission. The bike rolled before he hauled it 492 miles on a dolly. Now it will not roll. So he burned up the transmission. He refuses to take responsibility for the damages he cause.
