Kellie was phenomenal!! she was able to pick up our two elderly cats, one who has some attitude issues and can be a little aggressive at times but she took such good care of them! she got them a little early and brought them from california to maryland and communicated the whole way sending pictures and location! when we got our sweet babys they didnt seem stressed or any negative emotions at all they seemed so comfortable with her and the other animals did too. from pick up to drop off we could tell she is very passionate and understands animals so well. we will definitely be using kellie again if we need to. thank you kellie youre amazing!!

Jim and Parke were very flexible with my needs as I was in the middle of an interstate move and was not sure if my closing till only a couple days before. They ran into a few issues of their own as well but kept great communication throughout which is so important when it’s your pets being transported. I was sent pictures and regular updates on how my girls were doing which definitely eased my anxiety. I have 2 large German Shepherds one with severe anxiety and they both made the trip successfully! Heather and her family are the most amazing, considerate, professionals I have ever encountered. We have a wildlife preserve and so have needed to transport animals quite a bit. I wish it had all been as wonderful as with this company… They kept us very well informed from the moment they left till the moment they pulled up in our gate, they discovered the person we were getting the animal from had not prepared it well for travel so they spent 4 hours picking out the perfect travel container, plenty of puppy pads so they could change him frequently, yummy food and treats, blankets snd even toys for him! Can’t say enough wonderful things about them except don’t doubt about using them!’

I suppose the most important thing is that our dog arrived alive and unhurt. But we would not recommend him based on agreements that were broken. -Pick up was 2 days later than agreed upon and then 6 hours late on the day. Drop off was 4.5 hours later than the estimate I was given. -Original agreement was our dog was to be shipped solo. He broke that arrangement and his vehicle was loaded with puppies, creating a more stressful experience for our dog. We were told that the other transports were "emergencies." I find that unlikely. -Communication throughout the trip was spotty. Updates were only provided when we requested them -Digital tracking continually didn’t work and we had to repeatedly ask him to reshare it. I suspect he turned it off to pick up other animals along the way. -Based on that tracking, it was obvious Dennis slept in truck stop parking lots, not pet-friendly hotels like he said. So our dog essentially was in his vehicle for four and a half days straight -Our dog was clearly dehydrated after being picked up. I’ve never witnessed him drink so much water. -I have doubts about how often stops were made. I was told he was let out an hour before he was dropped off, but pooped four times with 15 minutes of that.

You don't have to look at any other transportation options for your pets. Lucky Dog Transport is the best. I'm moving to Florida and was so worried about how I would get my 2 cats to my destination. Fortunately, my nephew in Brunswick, GA. could "babysit" until I was able to get there. Hiring Jim and Parke was the best decision I could've made for Mario and Sophia. Parke right away was so loving and gentle with Sophia, I definitely knew that I made the best choice. Although Mario fought all 3 of us and a few scratches later, he was safely in the van. So Jim and Parke took my kitties from Bethel Park, PA. to Brunswick, GA. They kept me well informed of the long drive every step of the way. Being especially stressed out anyway, while Jim was driving, Parke would let me know how my two were doing. I really can't say enough, I feel as though I already knew Jim and Parke.
