Terry is the real deal. His work ethic and professional approach in caring for our dog was extraordinary. Our four-year-old American Pitbull suffers from high levels of anxiety whenever he is in any type of vehicle. Transporting a dog like Sancho (our dog) from one coast of the country to another was not an easy task. Nevertheless, Terry made it much easier for us by keeping us informed along the way by sending us pictures, videos as well as daily written reports in a daily basis. At the end of the journey, our pit bull was in perfect condition, happy, relaxed, and ready to start his life in a new city. Knowing our dog as we know him, we were extremely worried about the way he would be treated during such a long trip. Terry's services were extremely professional. Claude was absolutely awesome! For someone nervous about shipping a puppy, Claude took care of everything, even things I didn't even think about.. such as keeping the puppy away from other dogs due to Parvo.. I'd give negative stars if I could. I would not recommend this person for any service. I booked a move for my cat for November 3rd, 2021. They were responsive at first but stopped responding after I confirmed the flight details and paid the money for the move. They are purposely ignoring me now, sending my call to voicemail after two to three rings. They use payment methods which cannot be disputed and refuse to get in touch regarding any repayment or performing the move at any time. I've reached out to Citizenshipper and besides refunding their service fee and locking the driver's account, they cannot do anything else about it.

While Donna was very caring and took good care of my dog, the trip took much too long from Mass to Florida. I understand weather delays, but I believe there were way too many drops and pick ups along the way. The trip took at least 10 hours longer than it should have, even with us driving across the state to pick up our dog instead of waiting another 4 to 5 hours for her to be delivered.
