This woman is amazing! I was really in a fix to get this pup back down to Fort Worth. She came to my house a couple hours later and picked him up. She kept in contact with me throughout the trip. She sent both pictures and updates. If you ever need An incredible pet lover to transport your pet. Esmeralda is it! She even sent me pictures with Lucas’s head over her shoulder during the trip. She is well worth the money and more. Thank you so much Esmeralda!!!!

I’d give a zero if I could. My pet was miss handled. I’ve only had my pet for 1 day,she started showing unhealthy signs . 7 days after I received my puppy she is having emergency surgery as I write this . Baileys best care pet transport has miss represented themselves and more actions will come against them. I’m 100% sure this rating and review will never be seen customers. The stress of my puppy being cooped up in a crappy dirty van for 78 hours when the pup was just 7 hours from her destination! Look elsewhere

I filled out the ad and within minutes I had a dozen plus offers. By the time I made a selection, which was with in a couple of hours, I was over 20 offers. The offer I selected was 75% less than my lowest price from my previous search. If I had chosen citizens first I would have my dog with me now.

SHE STOLE OUR DEPOSIT! Sheryl cancelled our pickup a day before our puppy was set to be picked up. We asked her to refund our down payment of $300 and even sent a request via Venmo to make it easy for her. She refused to respond and would not refund our $300 deposit. We tried contacting her several times to get the refund of the deposit, we know she saw them because they are all marked as "seen" in the message chain on CitizenShipper. We are in the process of filing a police report for theft of our $300. So far CitizenShipper has done nothing to help. I would stay far away from Sheryl and Citizen Shipper! Clearly Sheryl in our opinion is not a trustworthy shipper if she cant return $300.

I’ve never used a pet courier service before and was very apprehensive about it. Barton R made our experience a wonderful one!! He sent me pictures and text messages/calls every 4 hours and every time he crossed a state line. He even brought us our puppy ahead of schedule. Communication was great and he even purchased a new pet carrier, food and teething toys for our pup! This guy is truly a pet lover and our pup loved with him too! TeeRexDelivery REALLY came through for me!!!! We where scheduled to move from DC to NYC. We don't drive and busses and trains won't take medium sized dogs. I found her online and her rates where so very reasonable and cost effective. We where under a time crunch and financial pinch and this was important to us. The night before moving, DC experienced a storm surge and our waterfront building was under an evacuation watch. We where originally planning, on moving out in stages to save money but now couldn't risk leaving our pets or belongings behind. TeeRExDelivery REALLY CAME TO THE RESCUE. They where fast, effective, attentive to every detail every step of the way. The owner is a breath of fresh air. Super down to earth and very responsive. She's very honest and has such integrity. She went out of her way and did things for us she didn't have to do, to make sure we where okay. I was on the phone with her every step of the way. She was SUPER on top of it and made sure we had the BEST experience possible. She took the stress out of a VERY stressful situation and I am for ever grateful to her. My dog is very sweet but also high energy and nervous, but Marie was able to take very good care of her. My dog doesn't like to be crated so Marie let her sit in the front seat and sleep in her bed. I would definitely use Marie again for future moves!

Her brand new car was spotlessly clean & set up to give our lab plenty of room to stretch out & stay safe in a hammock in the back seat. Jacquelin was flexible & accommodated our requests to 1) bring some boxes on her drive and 2) dog-sit our pup until we could receive her after our arrival was delayed a few days. She is really a delight and a super-efficient driver meaning she can cover a lot of territory in a day which is impressive since I can’t drive for more than 6 hours in a day. I asked frequently for their location along the route but mostly this request went unanswered. That was very concerning to me and the breeder. John was great to work with! He communicated extremely well. He picked up my new best friend, Scout, in AZ and brought him to me in Texas. He sent me a video when he picked up the pup, and assured me he came from a good place and was healthy. He showed me exactly how he would transport Scout, and took extra time along the way to make sure he was comfortable. And he kept me up to date all along the way about their estimated arrival time. He made it easy and didn't feel stressed about my dog being transported with John. And when I picked up Scout, everything was exactly as John had said. OMG! Incredible service hands down! If I could’ve given these 2 wonderful ladies a 10 star out of 5, I would’ve! They were kind, considerate, informative & proffesional & so much faster than I expecting or could’ve imagined of delivery time! They are from NY! They drove from that point to pickup my sweetest mini Dachshund from York PA a 4 hours drive & much longer in pouring rain, as it was in this case & after they picked her up & drove her all the way to Indianapolis IN, which is way over 8 hours & with stops even longer! I don’t know how they did it but I even called them Magicians! To top that, they let me know what was going on, play by play with many pictures! My baby looked so happy & relax & it was as a result of how kind & loving they were to my baby girl! I would recommend them to anyone who want to be at ease & not worry about the transfer!
