Can’t say enough about 5 Star Pet Relocation LLC. The owner Risa answered all my questions and Marshall was great taking not only my dogs Bonnie and Clyde from NJ to my new home in AZ.. he also transported my new 2020 Subaru. Marshall was responsible, friendly kept me updated of his travels with my fur babies. I knew the second he met my dogs ( terrier mix and miniature pinscher mix) and saw their tails wagging and playing with him I had no worries. Being a recent widow and my husband did all the driving for over 21 years I was then stuck between a rock and a hard place trying to figure out what to Bonnie can be anxious in the car since my husband passed and Clyde is a finicky eat and Marshall handle them both with ease. Bonnie got to ride shot gun and loving her new buddy and travel out west, he also gave her daily her allergy meds, and Marshall even handled Clyde well too with his shyness on eating and need for bottled water. Yes Clyde is finicky but did excellent on the trip Worth every penny as well as reasonably priced to have peace of mind, to know my Bonnie and Clyde had the love and one on one attention needed, and I also did not need to worry about my car which I think gave my dogs additional peace being in their own vehicle. The only reason this was a 3 and not a 5 is the shipping instructions we’re not followed. I sent very detailed transport instructions to make sure the bike alarm was disabled during transport. They were completely ignored causing a dead battery when it arrived and having to replace the battery completely. The driver spoke no English and communications were difficult. He did do a great job of handling both motorcycles and they arrived quickly and in good condition. I would use again.

I don't like to post bad reviews, but I feel compelled to let others know about my experience. I am very disappointed at what happened. I booked Fuzzy Friends the end of November for a January move date. At that time, Heather told me she could pick up my cats on January 11. She was the first thing I booked for my cross-country move. Based on the date SHE picked, I then scheduled my moving company, my car hauler, and my airline ticket. On December 26, I got a text saying due to a funeral, she couldn't make the pick up date and needed to push it out a few days. This really messed up all my other plans. We talked a bit, and at that time, she committed to picking up on January 12 [she said she absolutely guaranteed she would pick up that date]. Yesterday [Dec 30], I received another text that she couldn't make it on the 12th, and needed to push it to the 13th or 14th. That would totally conflict with all the other arrangements I had made with other contractors. I understand emergencies like funerals and weather, however, this is 3 weeks before the pick up date. I don't understand how she could not make the date she committed to when we booked in November. Obviously, my contract was not high on her priority list. At this time, I would say that her reliability is suspect.

When I put in my request for transport of my young chow from Woodland WA to northern CA I was lucky to get a reply from JAMES who was in Portland at the time. After he picked up Muffin in the morning he drove straight through to arrive at midnight. He gave me updates on the route travelled, also photos. At my home he carried the crate with Muffin in it into the house which made the transfer safe and comfortable.. I found the rate charged very reasonable. I cannot recommend Amanda and Hezee enough. We just moved 2 large dogs and a cat 500 miles. We had FIVE transports fall through for them and had no clue how we were going to get them to our new home. We reached out to Amanda and Hezee and they not only arranged to pick up same day, but then adapted the plan and stayed in a pet friendly hotel for the night when our closing didn't get recorded in time. Marina and Michelle took great care of my standard poodle Harlow! She was able to ride in the back seat the whole drive (I requested her not be in a kennel for the long drive and they were more than happy to oblige), and they sent me updates at each potty break/pit stop. They made great time on their drive from TX to CA, Harlow was picked up in the morning on the 27th and dropped off by 1pm on the 28th! These ladies are pros! Your precious pup is in safe and caring hands with them.

Esmeralda was a life saver. My husband had our 9 thousand dollar Frenchie with him on a long haul trip when he started having mechanical issues with his rig. He was crunched for time to get his deliveries done and was completely stressed out having to entertain our VERY ENERGETIC and HIGH MAINTENANCE Frenchie (Diesel) with so many "monkey wrenches" thrown into his normal routine. We cannot fly "Diesel" because he is too heavy for in-cabin and "short snout fur babies cannot be shipped in the cargo area". While searching for options, I stumbled across CitizenShipper website and Esmeralda was the 5th person to bid on our URGENT need to get our Frenchie from Phoenix AZ to Savannah GA for my sister in law to watch him until my husband can get back in town. Let me not fail to mention I am in South Korea on a remote military assignment AND it is CHRISTMAS DAY we need our baby boy picked up. Trying to coordinate all this with a 16 hour time difference was a task in itself and with all the Frenchie stealing/scams going on in the world, I was stressing out and having severe anxiety over trusting a complete stranger to complete this task for us and to top it off Esmeralda had only been with this company for 3 months. Needless to say, she put my husband and myself at ease. She showed up at the exact location and time her and my husband agreed upon and upon "Diesel" and Esmeralda meet and greet, our 4 legged baby jumped right into to her vehicle and settled in next to her. She went above and beyond in my opinion. With our blessing, Esmeralda took "Diesel" home with her for a day to rest up for the long drive ahead and he was happy there playing with "Fennie"(Esmeralda's Frenchie) and her other dog. Esmeralda boiled Diesel chicken breasts and hand fed him (just like we do at home). She was the highest bidder for the job but worth every penny! Our boy made it safe to Georgia and Esmeralda stayed very engaged with us the entire time, sending updates and pics! She even let us track her whereabouts which was a stress-free factor! Thank You Esmeralda for providing AMAZING, anxiety free, loving transportation for our VERY EXPENSIVE designer dog and for being available on CHRISTMAS DAY! Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! If your looking for someone you can TRUST to transport your pet, look no further as Esmeralda is THE ONE!!!! Pay a few hundred more for her service, you will be thankful you did!
