Oswalds mom is terminally ill and her brother in law had to find a home for Oswald, work, help his wife thru the process of losing her sister and take care of their 6 kids. Jay made things SO much easier for this family. I wanted to give Jay a hug. During this time it's still not advisable, but I have such respect for this wonderful man. Worst experience I could have imagined. Susan agreed to pick up and transport my 2 dogs on Oct. 23rd, delivering them from Vancouver, WA to Rosenberg, TX in 3-4 days. My dogs arrived Nov. 5th…13 days later! When Susan agreed to pick them up, she did not tell me she had booked several other transports and that my dogs would be boarded at her home in Oregon for 8 days. I would not have agreed to that had I known. She said she was on her way back from California and would get loaded up and head out the following day. That did not happen. Then it was she had to go to Canada, she’s stuck in Montana….I had to initiate every update on my dogs, where were they, how were they. When they were delivered, I was told my Neapolitan mastiff wouldn’t get out of the car the entire trip. That’s 4 days of no potty breaks. She smelled so bad I couldn’t let her in the house! There were several other dogs in the vehicle, but I was initially told my dogs would be the only ones. Now my Neapolitan mastiff has been sick since she’s been home. My standard poodle seems okay, but he will be checked by the vet on Monday as well. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company based on how my Neapolitan mastiff was treated. I have never had my dog not want to get out of the car. So many lies told during this transport that I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company. If you love your pets, choose someone else.

100% HONEST REVIEW. Absolutely amazing. First off, his prices were more than fair, second his communication was fantastic, and third he gave me constant updates and even sent me pictures of my pup out at the rest stops for potty breaks. He was genuinely compassionate for the animals and so personable to our family. Very friendly and professional! I just wished I could have kept him for a thank you dinner, but he was adamant that he had another transport to attend to, which means he takes each job very seriously!!! I can't rave about him enough. I was very skeptical using a shipping company I knew nothing about but I really enjoyed the way this worked out. This was a personal transportation for our new furry family meber, but as a breeder, when I need to use a transportation service in the future for any of our puppy families 10/10 I will be using this site and if he's available, James as well!
