MINDY IS AMAZING! I was an emotional wreck having to ship my dog from Los Angeles to Houston… I was so anxious leaving my 65lb Texas Heeler (who was also anxious bc he has separation anxiety from me)… but Mindy made this entire process SO easy and smooth! She shared her location and kept us updated (with photos AND videos) every few hours during the entire time! She had a big enough car/van to fit my dog in, so he had plenty of room to lay out in the back seat while being buckled in! She stopped at gas stations with dogs parks along the way so he could run around, eat, and potty. He was well taken care of. She treated my dog with love & he was so happy and not anxious when he arrived to Houston. I literally cannot thank her enough for giving me peace of mind & taking care of my furbaby!! Puppity Porters transported my litter of 9 golden retriever puppies from Kentucky to Oregon. I was very nervous about the process, but they kept me up to date at all times through pictures and GPS monitoring. They arrived in two days because the two of them took shifts driving ! This was wonderful for them not to be on a pet bus for days on end as many transportation services do. At the stops, they played with each puppy and let them out of the kennel in the SUV , they are very personable and obviously love animals ! Without a doubt , their service exceeded my expectations! Please do not send this person money!! I provided multiple avenues for payment that were protected (PayPal goods/services and Venmo goods/services) this person would not accept because they don't like PayPal policy. They offered payments that cannot be returned if the job is not completed. I'm trying very hard to collect what I purchased and I would not cancel after my product is in their care and this person is claiming that people cancel after job has started. I even offered to pay small amounts of unprotected payments for deposit, when product was picked up, and when it was halfway to delivery point. I paid $90 on the site to create this booking and after communication it is clear that this person is not willing to complete the job we agreed on. When I expressed that we cannot come to fair agreement they are refusing to cancel the booking because they said they want to waste more of my time. I 100% believe this person is a scammer. They were very pushy with making payment immediately i mean immediately within 7 minutes they told me to kill myself because I did not paid yet. All of this with no guaranteed way that they would complete the delivery.

We're VERY disappointed by this drivers broken promise. We booked him based on his promise that he would moved our RV on Sunday, minutes after booking he messaged me asking if Wednesday would be ok! He knew we would not be confirming the booking 5days before we would book it. This RV is not just our home but it is our business office, we now stand to lose over $15000 in the next few months. All this driver had to do was tell us on Wednesday or Thursday when we communicated that he was no longer able to do it on Sunday. He also refused to speak to us via phone to discuss a possible solution.

I was a bit hesitant at first because Karen only completed one trip. But after talked to Karen, I found she’s very responsive and zealous, so I finally picked Karen and it turned out to be a great choice! Karen kept messaging me and sending me pictures of my puppy along the way, and there’s also GPS tracking which made me feel secure. 10/5 stars if i could. Barbara and her co driver were AMAZING. She let me track them the entire time, gave me daily updates on my fur babies, and did everything to make me feel comfortable with them being in their hands from the beginning. She cared deeply about my boys and it showed. I needed my dogs transported to California from North Carolina extremely last minute and she made it happen. I had spent $1,000 on another transporter for him to treat them extremely poorly, lie to me about the kind of space and car they’d have, not give me their toys, bowls and leashes back, and to drop them off not even half way at a dog park(at a gas station) and made me pay him the full amount of money before giving me the address of where they were at. He caused me to not want to trust anyone ever again with my fur babies and had them super scared and frustrated with the situation they were in with this guy. It felt like i completely had betrayed them because i had left them with someone so cruel. Barbara and her co driver on the other hand are the most patient/ kindness people ever. Stop here and quit looking elsewhere, believe me, after what i went through with ANOTHER transporter, SHE is the person to book with. Save your time/money and just book with her. I promise you she will not disappoint ONE bit- the day i need my fur babies shipped back to me, she is going to be the person i go to. 100%.

This was my first experience with Citizen Shipper. Admittedly, I was incredibly apprehensive to give my 8 year old pup (youngest son) to a complete stranger. I thoroughly read all reviews for those who responded to my inquiry. Michael (Happy Tails Pet Transport USDA, was not the least expensive. As a matter of fact, he may have quoted the highest rate to transport my pup 1250 miles from Seattle to Palm Springs. His fee was worth every single penny!!!!!! I'll attempt to summarize why: 1. VIP travel - in other words, he only transports one pet at a time. I knew that my pup was getting his full attention at potty breaks, walks, overnight stay. He does not leave animals alone in the car. 2. Awesome Communication - He responded promptly to book appointment. He called me the night before pick-up to confirm he was in town. He sent updates when he stopped with pictures. 3. Real-time GPS tracking - I was able to track them the entire trip. 4. Safety - He sent me updates ONLY when he was stopped. He did not text and drive. 5. He's GREAT with animals - My pup was obviously VERY comfortable with him. Michael is a retired farrier (blacksmith). As a matter of fact, he is in the Farrier Hall of Fame. He is incredibly comfortable, skilled and trained to handle your dog, cat, etc. This may be the longest review I have ever left for a product or service but wanted to make sure anyone needing this service considers Michael.
