Sir Mark is such a wonderful Pet Shipper, I feel so bad when he came I can see that he’s exhausted from all the driving. I had him transport a very sensitive dog breed with breathing issues which is an English Bulldog but he came in perfect. I cannot stress enough, how great Cedric with Duncan Pet Transport has been. After moving across the country to Colorado, we posted on citizen shipper to have our lab Lola transported from my in-laws once we got settled in. He was very professional, punctual, and most importantly he cared for our Lola like we wanted. She wasn’t just a check for him. He kept us updated with pictures along the way, as they stopped for potty breaks and just to let her get some energy out. 10 out of 10, would use him again!

Lori helped us delivered our new puppy from Chicago to Minnesota. It was a wonderful experience working with her. I would recommend her to any of my friends who need a pet transporter. Before I decided to book Lori's service, I read the reviews on her profile and felt she was a trust worthy person and yes, she is amazing. She is polite, responsive, and kind. My puppy came from overseas, so there were some paper works involved for flight booking and customs clearance. Lori was willing to corporate with the breeder to book a flight and to corporate with the broker to pick up the puppy after she was released from the customs. I appreciated the extra works she has done. In addition, she arrived the airport a few hours earlier than the arriving time just in case something wrong happened. On her way to my home, she loved on the puppy, fed her, and updated with photos. Overall, it was a complicated process to get a puppy from overseas, so I was lucky to have Lori on my side throughout. Xavier and Vanessa took great care of my sweet baby girl, Cleo. They took her across country and communicated very well the whole time they were on the road. I have to say Diynah was the best ever! She came prepared and Telle took to her immediately. She has a very beautiful energy and my Telle needed that. Telle has been a bit emotional and down because her mother just passed after 17 years and Diynah got her to be up and getty again. We had a great experience with the service, our pup was transported from Seattle to Austin with status updates every few hours. Christian even applied our dog's daily eye medication. Note that the initial terms indicated that there was supposed to be a 50% reservation deposit and 50% at delivery, however, we ended up depositing almost the full amount before delivering per request, not a big deal. I would definitely use Christian & Jenn's services again.

My review is not a positive one as I didn’t have a positive experience. Had a tough time getting information about pick up times, delivery times, and what was happening in between. The ad displayed said one dog transport “no stacking” , but I was routinely told they were picking up other dogs and it took 3 full days for a trip that could have been done in 1 long day. I’m glad they provided GPS but I was dismayed at how long and where it took our puppy. I would not use this service again.

Extremely belligerent and condcending. Refuses to send refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. You will be glad you did

I was searching for a transport company to transport my newly purchased BMW motorcycle from Concord CA to Smicksburg PA. With a 4.8 rating out of 5 I knew this was the company I wanted. They picked up the bike when they said they would and they delivered it when they said they would 2,601 miles in five days. The driver contacted me and told me when he would be arriving and asked me if it was ok. He was very nice and courteous unloaded the bike with care and had me inspect it after it was unloaded. He even helped me get it in to my garage. I recommend these guys and would use them again. The dealership in CA was even amazed that the bike was delivered that quickly. Thanks again. Kevin W

Tim & Christina was God send for my Bentley Bear. Bentley was not being boarded in a place where he hears dogs barking 24/7. He is use to a quite setting and being around his Mom and Dad and his siblings. Being at the Petsmart in Virginia was a traumatic experience for him. The staff at petsmart was not petsmart at all; they was afraid of Bentley and Bentley did not have trust in them. By the time Tim and Christina pick him up, he was done and ready to get out of the place. Bentley was happy with them. Tim and Christina had know issues with Bentley and took real great care of him and insured him he was now safe. They even took good pictures of Bentley and their kitten. Too cute.
