I was delighted with all but one component. They provided excellent service in the pickup, delivery, and communication before the transport of my new pup. The only thing was communication during transport. Transporters should understand that people have waited weeks and sometimes months to get their furry friend to them, and only to get one update along the way was a bit tough. This was communicated prior that I wanted updates. I had to start the conversation to find out if they were on the road; I got one notice that he had an accident,s and they stopped, and then a knock on the door without any notice. I asked them to use an app, and it was on for about 20 minutes (according to the app). Now that being said, my little guy made it safe, and in the end, that is what mattered.

Our boxer puppy, Miss Daisy, arrived safe at our home. She even checked the registration papers for me to make sure it was the right registration selection and send me pictures of it, and send me a couple pictures during transport. She was very reasonable priced. The reason for 4 stars was she got lost and delivery was delayed. She also had nothing good to say about Texas and kept bashing Texas repeatedly especially how "screwed up" the Texas road system is. Seemed to me she is burned out from being on the road. I kinda do understand, my husband is a former OTR trucker and the road is not for everybody. Thank you for delivering Miss Daisy safely ❤

Eric describes himself as a "beast." After transporting a 2 lb Chihuahua puppy nearly 1600 miles to her new mommy in under 24 hrs, I am inclined to agree. He stopped for every necessary stop and kept us all updated with a map that tracked him (we knew exactly where he was, every inch of the way) and a steady stream of photos and conversation. He may think of himself as a beast, but don't think for a minute that he is a brute. He loves the pets he transports. He understands their needs and refuses to leave them vulnerable to any risk. I have never felt more comfortable nor more confident in transporter service than with Eric. He was sensitive to all my concerns and performed beyond all expectations.
