After some phone calls and kinda bad customer service, ADL redeemed themselves. When I called, they acted like if I called before 5 days I was just bothering them. I had a numerous emails regarding shipment assignment, cancelation, reassignment. When I called, it was bad. Finally they got a driver with a covered trailer to take the load. The dispatcher called me himself, instead of email, and let me know exactly what was going on. Ended up very good. The driver was a really cool guy and didn't damage my bike at all. As a Logistics Coordinator and former truck driver myself, I think his truck was on the lower end to be pulling that size of a trailer, but it worked. I would 100% use ADL again. The price, and end result of the service were very good. Just remember, they say pickup "WITHIN 5 DAYS OF YOUR SPECIFIED DATE". I didn't see that it led to most of the issues.

She bonds very well with dogs, and she moves FAST! got my dog 1800 miles in under 3 days while making it a FUN trip for the dog!!
