Deborah was a really nice lady but she did not keep on schedule and I got my pup back late on both rides. She added pups to her route which delayed her arrival longer and It was very stressful the whole time for me. I would’ve appreciated staying with the time frames we had discussed. She had a lot of excuses as to why she was not on schedule, i just personally feel that if this is what you are signing up for, the constant excuses and getting to the destination a day or two after you were supposed to are not acceptable. I appreciate her kindness throughout but I was very stressed the entire time.

This was by far my best experience shipping puppies. Chris was kind and patient with the babies, understood why I didn’t want them touching the ground (because they were too young to be fully vaccinated yet and Parvovirus terrifies me), and stayed in touch with both me and the recipient of the puppies throughout his trip. Chris is also flexible to your time and calendar needs, and sterilizes his large travel crate between clients. I can’t think of a single thing I would change about my experience using Chris as a driver.

We needed 3 cats moved from Washington to Pennsylvania. Pretty close to everything went wrong along the way including the sale of our house falling through. So we were all the way in PA stressing about anything and everything how are we going to sell our house from across the country, where are we going to put 3 cats when they get here, where are we going to stay, and everything else in between. The only thing I was not stressed about was if my kitties were safe. She took such good care of them and they were so calm and happy on such a long drive. I was given daily updates with pictures and locations. She is definitely an animals person and the animals take to her immediately . The whole team took excellent care of my dogs during a cross country trip. I was worried about my younger dog because he is just so loyal, he suffers from anxiety when we are separated much- we haven't traveled much since we got him so he's not used to us leaving. So he struggled a bit but the team worked with him and loved on him and gave him everything he needed so that he was comfortable for the ride.
