They took very good care of my big boy Doc . The trip did take longer than anticipated due to a blow out. They did keep me informed along the route at this point we did live 360 which really gave me a peice of mind. They sent some pictures and took him on a walk every 2 hours. When I got there they helped me load him in. I can honestly say this was a great experience.

He provided prompt pre-order responses, direct answers that put us at ease, walked us through the order process. Then came the important part, delivering our GWP… Above and beyond, the understatement of this site - 1,700 miles transported! Devin provided GPS tracking the whole time, tons of pictures, videos, treats and toys for the entire trip!!! To say he went above and beyond is an understatement! Devin made 1700 miles seem like it was a breeze, when it’s truly not - he got here in no time flat with a more than reasonable rate. It was our first time having a pet in our home, and our anxiety was up the roof with finding that special someone that we could trust to bring him home to us. We had never experienced this before and when meeting Jodi, all that anxiety diminished. Taylor and Johnathan are TOP SHELF transporters. Our poor pups got car sick and these men had a crappy job but they persevered and got them to the buyer CLEAN! Hezee was an absolute gem with my 50 lb and 7 month old Shepard mix. He kept me constantly informed on Ozzie’s location, temperaments and activities. He was transparent about an accident he encountered along the way (this accident was out of Hezee’s control) and made sure my pup had plenty of water as they traversed across the desert. He stopped at several dog parks along the route, sent video updates and clearly communicated any updates in travel plans and estimated arrival times. He’s a true animal lover and I can tell Ozzie enjoyed spending time with him. I highly recommend you book Hezee and Amanda, they run an excellent service!

Cecilia is a thoughtful, organized, warm, personable and funny road-tripper. She considered our needs so individually and sensitively and treated us like we were family. I can’t believe how the time flew by as we talked about everything and anything and got to know each other better! I also got a good cat nap in here and there because I totally trusted her to stay awake and alert behind the wheel. My 82-year old father also needed some assistance getting to ADA compliant restrooms and getting in and out of the car. We both ride with our babies. And speaking of which… she handled all TWELVE bunnies— in separate carriers—with great care. Cecilia rose to the occasion for all the particular ways that I needed her to pack them into her van. They hardly fussed or stirred for the 7+ hour long ride! What a bright light she turned out to be for us in such a stressful time!

Risa was amazing! She called me before hand to discuss logistics, was super kind to my cats, and was super speedy! During the trip Risa sent me updates every 3-4 hours and shared her location with me so I knew where she was. When my cats got to their new home, Risa made sure I knew how much that had eaten and drank so I knew they were okay. I would 100% recommend Risa for pet transport. If you want a no-stress transport team then this is the team for you! Can't say enough about how great the experience was. I messaged Galen after having no communication with a flight nanny team that I gave a deposit too. I was in an emergency with only two days til the pick-up date! Galen was able to step in and pick up my puppy on the original date with no problems. The moment I put the deposit down , he sent me the contract and kept in contact with me everyday as well as the breeder. Thank you so much for an easy transition from the breeder to my front door. A nice family arrived to pick up my puppies and delivered straight to Texas over a 1000 mile trip. My brother who the Puppies were for was so happy they arrived happy and clean! There were several other options cheaper but not so many with the reviews this company had! My family felt it was super important that our babies were well taken care of during this trip. We wanted the best transport company and you can not go wrong with these folks. They arrived ASAP that very next morning because I was in a bind and needed to ship them like yesterday. They arrived at 7am and dropped it off late that night which was amazing due to the 16-17 hour trip almost 1100 miles away. Overall it was a fast and painless experience highly recommend using them if you are concerned with making sure your precious cargo arrives on time and happy as can be!
