Dominic and his crew were great! I had never had anything shipped and definitely not an animal that was going to become our baby. I was very skeptical. They handled everything extremely professional and communicated the whole time. Our sweet little puppy Bo got to ride in the arms of one of his guys the entire extremely long ride. Our puppy arrived in better condition than we could have done ourselves. I would highly recommend them based on our experience.

My puppy had a long journey from South Carolina to Wisconsin and I could not have chosen a better transporter. I received multiple text updates throughout each day as well as photos and phone calls. This was the the worst shipping ap and shipper I ever used. Driver had an accident while transporting my boat. Driver caused over $6000 in damages.Turns out driver is UNINSURED and has a pending bankruptcy and two past bankruptcies. Driver also failed to report the accident which is a criminal offense. The purpose of using Citizen Shipper is they claim drivers are insured and background checks are performed. Not in this case.

This driver is a complete scammer. Kept making excuses for not picking up my shipment. Charged my credit card for the first half of the fee with the agreement that the second half would be paid upon delivery and my credit card information would not be stored. Then charged the second half of the total before shipment picked up. Never picked up shipment, kept making excuses. I canceled and shipper agreed to fully refund my payment. Never refunded a single dime. Beware of this shipper. Do not use!

Absolutely amazing - Lindsey picked up my 9 week old pup from Michigan, added my mother’s kitten to her care in Sarasota and both arrived safe and sound within 48 hours of her start time. She went above and beyond while making sure these two little ones received the special care they needed for a long transport. I could not have asked for a better experience with Risa! I would unreservedly recommend her to anyone who needs a pet transporter! Risa drove my two guinea pigs from MA to CA in 3.5 days for my cross-country move, sleeping in her van. She is very organized and has a hope for the best, prepare for the worst philosophy. In addition to my very detailed instructions, she asked for my pigs’ vet records in case anything should happen, which I hadn’t even thought to include. At pick up, Risa spent quite a bit of time going over all their needs and getting to know the girls before we loaded them into her van. She easily secured their cage and water bottle to prevent anything from sliding. She even had a fridge for their veggies! Throughout the trip she sent detailed updates at least twice a day, which put me at ease as the pigs had never traveled for more than a couple hours. She also shared her location with me throughout the trip and I really enjoyed watching their progress across the country! Prior to drop-off at my parents’ house, she completely cleaned their cage, which was greatly appreciated! The pigs were in great shape upon arrival and are doing very well now, four days after arrival! Overall, Risa is a wonderful caretaker of even the most fragile pets! Her clear and consistent communication put this nervous pet mom at complete ease!

I can not say enough amazing things about Luis. He drove to North Georgia to pick up the newest member of our family, our Basset Hound puppy Luna. He picked her up in the early afternoon and drove straight through to Miami. He stayed in communication with us the entire way, sent us photos and arrived at 1 a.m. Luis IS AMAZING!!!!
