Wow! We are extremely please with Christian’s Pup Hound Transport! We moved from CA to TN four months ago and jumped from hotel to rental and all around while we were waiting to be able to move into our house. Once we moved in to our house, we trusted Christian to drive our Bloodhound (Belle) and Bulldog (Bert) across the country. We did our research and found that Christian was very reliable, professional and an animal lover. It was hard to trust someone we didn’t know, but Christian changed our feelings about that right off the bat. He sent pin drops and tracking updates every couple hours along with pictures and the status of our dogs. We were able to follow his every move and see how well our dogs were doing. When they finally made it to us, our dogs were cheerful and wagging their tails. That clearly shows us they were happy campers along the way. Christian was extremely well priced and we even felt he deserved more with how well he stayed on track and, of course, how good he was with the pups. We ended up getting him a fairly large care package for his car ride back across country along with a generous tip on top of payment. We believe he deserved much more based on the long driving house, multiple hotel stays, gas prices and most importantly showing us how trustworthy and professional he was for us and how caring and loving he was to our dogs. If we ever need to have our dogs transported again, We will call Christian as he is the only one I will trust with my pups!! Thank you Christian! ☺️ -Ricky & Kelly

Words cannot express how thankful I am that I found Marie. I contacted her 6 months before our move from NJ to Florida. I was planning to have her transport my 3 cats and I was going to transport my 2 dogs myself. Things changed when 1 cat passed on and my dog went blind, needing special care. I contacted Marie and requested that she transport 2 cats, 2 dogs and me!!!! Immediately she respond that it was no problem. I was greatly relieved that she was still willing to help but I very nervous about the trip. The moment I met Marie I felt a weight off my shoulders. She was calm and loving to my crew and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have a very good feeling that I haven't seen the last of Marie. We could have not gotten better service. I was impressed and satisfied with Marika & Clint. Not a money making scheme but they truly care about the pets they transport. Our dog was treated with such TLC, compassion. and consideration. Even with the changes in plans we presented them with, they were totally agreeable and cooperated without a hesitation. Marika communicated all along the trip which was very reassuring. We always knew where they were and what they were doing, even with pictures of the dog along the way.. We looked at a lot of carriers and while this was not the cheapest it certainly was the best choice. Ill give them a 10.

Working with Christina throughout this whole process was a godsend. She was so sweet and accommodating. Long story short there was a lot of hiccups in our plans and Christina was very good with rolling with the punches and being understanding. She treated my cinnamon girl like the princess she is and sent lots of pictures and cinnamon seemed to enjoy her company. The only drawback to the experience was her partner Tim. He was very rude and not accommodating at all to the mishaps that were happening and were out of our control. If not for dealing with him and his rude messages the experience would of been excellent.

This email is coming long overdue. Not because I did not LOVE the experience I received from Missy, but because I did not want to write the review on my phone and waited until I was with my computer. First, Missy went above and beyond the services I was expecting. I purchased a puppy, Bailey, from Oklahoma and needed to get the puppy from the seller to me on the east coast. Originally, Bailey was supposed to be delivered to me in Connecticut, but then because I was traveling asked Missy if she would be able to drop her off at my sister's house in Upstate New York. She was able to make the change for me and actually dropped Bailey off ahead of schedule so she (the puppy) didn't need to be traveling as long. Before Missy picked up the puppy, I gave her the contact information for the seller. The seller said when Missy arrived she was so polite and sweet. This actually made the pick up experience comforting to me. During the two day trip, Missy would update me with photos and messages of how Bailey was doing. Days prior to Missy even getting Bailey she sent me her GPS information to track her. I only logged in twice to see where she was - shortly after she picked up Bailey, and when she was getting close to my sister's house so my mother could be on the look out for her. I never had a chance to meet Missy (this time around ;) ), but my mother also said she was very nice and polite. I already believed this just with the text and phone communications, but it was nice to have this confirmed with both the seller and my mother. If I EVER need to have an animal transported again, I would DEFINATELY be looking to see if Missy were available. She took great care of my baby for me and I couldn't have asked for better communication. Thank you Missy for your kindness, care, and love to Bailey during her transition to me. I wouldn't hesitate to give Big Sky my full recommendation, because David did awesome! He drove my cat, Carmie, from California to Minnesota without mishap and kept me informed on her well being. She was a little unhappy the first day, but after that she calmed down for the ride and let David pet her. She's a shy one, but sweet. I feel relieved knowing she is there boarding in MN, waiting for when I can get there and acquire a new place for us to be together. It's quite a relief not to have to factor in how to transport a cat during a long distance. move. Not to mention the emotional toll it would have taken from me to keep her in a crate and listen to her cry. It's a worry I don't need.
