I ship 6-8 cars from Florida to Ohio or from California to ohio per year. my business partner ships 4-6 boats/jet skis per year. we have never seen anyone as good as Reginaldo. yes there are a ton of FAST PEOPLE but those people bring your new toy with damage on it Or they charge double of what the competition charges. i shipped a 2021 sea doo RXTX300(with $7500 in racing modifications) from Merritt island to Cleveland ohio, Reg left at 4am to pick up the ski and by 8pm he arrived at my yacht club in Cleveland. every 3-4hrs he shared his location and was on time even after hitting 2traffic jams. i was getting quotes of $1900-$2400 LOL to ship a single jet ski that came on a trailer...……..and my man Reg did it for $1100. I was very unhappy with the entire trip from the minute she picked up my blue heeler puppy in Kentucky on may 7th LATE, having been contracted to have him here within "5 days" - although - the contract must have been tampered with because I know that we had discussed that I wanted to keep a tight schedule, and to be updated several times a day with any ETA or route changes and photos with any details they could provide for the day. I booked this 3 months (March 2021) in advance to be sure that there would be no scheduling conflict with the transporter, keeping to the strict 5 days or less schedule to be delivered as untouched as possible because this puppy was a birthday present to my bf. I paid half of her bid price plus the website fees up front and was instructed to pay the other half upon delivery of my puppy. Fast forward to May 1st of this year. I started to try to get in contact with Beverly since we were within a week of the scheduled pickup date, so that I could make sure that all of our plans were still set in stone from when I had booked through this website back in March. She did call me back and tell me that she was still set on picking the puppy up on May 7th at I believe she said 12:30 p.m. at the breeders home in Kentucky. I wasn't able to result get ahold of her, but when I got a call from Beverly on May 5th, she stated that they were behind schedule on a transport they had currently had with them, another puppy that they were delivering to either Virginia or maine, and asked me if I wanted to allow them to take my puppy to Virginia or Maine to drop off that other puppy, or if they could come Circle back after dropping off that puppy to pick up mine 3 days later back in Kentucky. Unfortunately my breeder had prior engagements already scheduled and she had to leave town the night that Beverly was booked to pick Twix for me at her house, and as such, I reluctantly allowed Twix to accompany them to Virginia to drop the other puppy off as there was no other option for us to get him otherwise. Now to May 7th, and I'm in contact with my breeder, and she tells me that the time that she says that she will be there to pick my puppy up would be I believe 12:30 p.m East Coast time. I have been in contact with the breeder to try to see when she showed up to pick up my puppy, but she'd said the time that we had booked for her to pick the puppy up had come and gone… but she was still waiting for them. I wanted to be sure that she hadn't contacted me to let me know of a different time that you would be there, so I tried to shoot her a few texts but I never received a response. Luckily, an hour or two later she showed up. Beverly did call me about an hour after that to let me know that she had my puppy, and was also bringing another puppy from his litter to another family that lives here in Washington. I was fine with that since it shouldn't change the distance or the time of my puppy being delivered to me on the day that I originally booked, which would have been by May 12th of this year. I had been in contact mostly through text messages, and she sent her one each morning, afternoon and evening asking for an update and possible changes on any ETA that they have. The first night I received a pleasant text back with a couple pictures of Twix and his brother and was pleased with that, but the next morning when I woke up to text her and ask for an update, I didn't receive one for several hours. When she did finally get back to me, she seemed very flustered and hadn't gotten very far from their departure from Maine. They had a trailer at the time and unfortunately with the wind they were having a lot of trouble keeping the trailer and their truck on the road so they said they needed to go to Missouri to drop off the trailer, even though it had Texas tags ?. Okay, Missouri is on the way back, at least from the trip that I took last October, so it shouldn't change the delivery date and time too much. The next day, I texted for an update and was told that Beverly had woken up with a migraine and that "there would be no traveling" that day. A full 24 hours travel time - lost…. In my opinion, her husband could have driven so she could rest but when Beverly sensed my dismay about this incredible delay of a whole day, but stated with conviction that "she was sorry about the unforeseen delays but they stock by their plan that all travel is dictated " by the puppies" and that they would not be doing "anything to make the trip unpleasant or a bad experience for the puppies" so if that meant wide ranges of delays with no clear plan going forward anymore, that's what they were going to do, regardless of my clear disappointment, which was irritating top day the least. Now mind you, her husband was also with her traveling so they both could trade off driving. They didn't sleep in their vehicle, as I was told that they were stopping at pet friendly hotels each night so that they could be sure to get the rest so that their trip would be safe for both themselves and the puppy ( which also added to the unreal delay) but i tried to be understanding and just concede to the fact that my puppy would not be any closer to me for that whole 24 hours, and i just had to wait. I'm sorry, but no. You do what the client/pet owners ask you to do and get their property to them in the time they have requested, or they shouldn't bid on the jobs they knowingly can't deliver on. I didn't get any more updates about the puppies throughout that day, even though I had asked for them. And the next day when I texted her in the morning to ask for an update and a photo, and an ETA and location of where they currently were driving, I was met with very hostile messages sent back from Beverly. Beverly clearly was getting upset with the amount of updates I was asking for as well as photos, and was not happy with the fact that I had been requesting to know where she was located and driving through 1, 2 or 3 times a day, but also was upset that I kept asking what her ETA to arrive in Seattle with my dog was. I left off with something like this "we had a contract that my dog would be here in X amount of days and we have well exceeded that, you lost a full day to a migraine, that honestly, if you knew your suffer from migraines and they debilitate her in such a dramatic way while traveling as she claimed, then she should rethink her profession. I told her that of she could not be here with my dog by Saturday morning (the 15th) that I would have top insist that she find one of those peer friendly hotels she talk about and wait for my family and I to come to her, as I could get to her 5x faster than the snails pace she was going to get to me. She never responded, giving me the thought that I might be having to call the police and with the vehicles and permit info I tracked down on her business and filed a report for theft. And I was going to do it if they couldn't fulfill their end of the bargain. It was at that point she made the very hostile, snappy and unprofessional statement: " Our job is so taxing, you wouldn't last one day in our profession!" ??? well, that struck a cord as I am a 15 year member in the veterinary profession, and am trained as an ER/ICU critical care nurse… I save real paws…. Not her. But I wasn't going to be that petty. I simply told her that she had no reason to get hostile with me, and that I disagreed with her claim, and chuckled to myself at the sheer childishness and stupidity and her action to my request for info on my pets day and travel. Still blows my mind her nerve! I asked her again to give me an ETA when she would arrive with my dog, and I was met with the question of: "if I would allow her to surprise me with the date and time of which my puppy Twix would be delivered to me, instead of her being able to give me a solid date and time or at least a window of time on a certain date where I could receive my puppy." ……………… Uh… come again….? You want me to just wait around until whenever you finally decide to to grace us with the dog we love and have been eagerly awaiting for 8 weeks for…. And ignore all my other responsibilities so that I don't miss his delivery….? Taken aback by the absurd request, I paused and tried to understand why she would ask me this. And all I could think of that made any sense at all was she didn't want to be expected to do anything on my time anymore. She wanted me to have no control over his arrival, after having no control over his travel to this point… and the answer was absolutely not. At this point since I wasn't getting anywhere with Beverly, I remembered I was part of a group text in which I was able to grab the number of the other family that was receiving the other puppy from the same litter as my puppy, and texted her in a private message asking her if she had received any updates of when her puppy would be to her in Redmond. She also is having the same difficulties of being told numerous times over and over again different date and ETA of when her puppy would also be delivered to her. Finally, May 16th rolls around, and I had received a text message in the middle of the night, presumably with the thought that they texted at that hour not wanting to have me respond to her text message assuming I may have been asleep or otherwise away from my phone, with the very clear and short statement that said: "We will be there between 3 and 5 a.m. to drop your puppy off." Now this was early on a Saturday morning, so I did send her a message back because my phone was not on silent and ask her to please confirm if it were going to be Saturday morning between 3 and 5 a.m. which is what it appeared to say to me, or if she meant to say between 3 to 5 a.m. Sunday morning. I never received a response. In fact after that I didn't receive any text messages from her whatsoever, and I had to go through the other owner of the puppy that came from the same litter as mine to get any information that I was looking for. When I spoke to her I'm told that she was told her puppy would be at her house in Redmond by 7 am. Sunday morning. I asked her if she didn't mind having her verify the actual date that she would be arriving so that I knew for myself, since I have other animals and small children in my home and I did not want her to be knocking on my door that early in the morning. Well, surprise surprise, she did not show up between 3-5am Saturday morning either. A couple hours later the other owner was told that they would be arriving with my puppy first between 11 and 12 Sunday morning. 11 and 12 came and went, and both the other owner and I started to get very nervous that we might not be receiving our puppies. The original 5-day contract to have the puppies delivered from Kentucky to Washington now was on its 9th day of these people having my family member in their possession, and refusing to answer any questions that I have regarding my property, as animals are deemed property in the US. Finally the other owner sent me a message around 1:30 p.m. on Sunday afternoon, stating that Beverly had sent her a message saying she was just down the street from my house and would be there any minute. I thanked her for her communication and headed to the parking lot to wait. A couple minutes later she did call, and I was able to guide her to the apartment that is a little hidden and as she pulled in there wasn't really much to say to her other than I understand that there were some hiccups in the drive to bring our puppy to us, however, the sole reason that I booked the trip three months in advance was because this puppy was a birthday present for my boyfriend and I didn't want him to be late. And when he ended up being 4 days later than we expected, keeping my bf happy and from getting on the phone and being much less nice then I was, and it was proving to be the most difficult thing I was having to deal with at the time. Now, after I got my dog, I called the breeder to let her know he finally arrived, and got the information that would have been in the documents the transporter failed to give me. And they did not receive their final payment as they did not hold up any part of their side of the deal - aside from him finally arriving, way over due. I write this review to let anybody know who's thinking about using this company, that although they are kind and do cater to the puppies in their bathroom needs and their walk and requirements to get out and play, eat and sleep, I would have to say that this pair of transporters we're incredibly unprofessional, incredibly rude at times, and did not uphold a single stitch of their bidded contract. And as if all that wasn't enough of a nightmare… They failed to inform me that they had just started this transporting business back in March 2021 - the exact month I booked my transport for my puppy Twix from Kentucky to Washington, and was using this service for the very first time. Not once did they mention to me that they were GREEN at this business, and that there may be large discrepancies in the final date and time of which the puppy would be delivered - that could change what the contract was signed to say. This at best is trickery and dishonesty - willful withholding of disclosing the true amount of experience she accurately had when she bid on my job - so much so that they use as leverage by way of turning on the "southern charm" and tell ya what you want to hear and bid low in order to get you to trust them enough to agree to their bid, effectively almost forcing you to sign into a contract that in my experience was too good to be true, and that they couldn't keep. As least this is what I had expected after speaking to Beverly and reading her very long, rambling profile that she has here on citizenshipper.com. In the anxious wait that I endured to have my puppy delivered to me, I did a little research on Beverly that I should have done way back when I booked initially. I found her LinkedIn profile where I discovered that they did in fact start their Transport company in March of 2021, the very month that I booked my maiden voyage in the ground shipping wars, which had I been told that they were new to it, I wouldn't have agreed to their bid. transport with a private citizen with a live cargo, an animal that we already had come to love because we were given the right to the pick of the litter, and paid the down payment to ensure we hold that opportunity until they were older and had their coats coming in…. so we were intimately involved with the picking of this boy to join our family since the day Twix were born. I understand having difficulties and have an unforeseen circumstances happened while traveling across the United States, however the lack of communication and and ability to answer such simple questions as an ETA and send photos that have been requested from day one is unacceptable, and what's more is that we were told that she was driving through Texas and California at one point, but why had they driven down from Kentucky into Texas and then up the coast of California when they didn't have any cargo to deliver in either state? The breeder was able to acquire information about where Beverly and her husband resided from the horse's mouth itself through small talk, and at no surprise to us they reside in Texas. We still to this day have no solid reason as to why they drove to California instead of making the clear shot from Kentucky West to Washington on I-90. And finally when I did grab my puppy from the window, and tried to quickly cut off any conversation and just walk away , I realized that she failed to give me the health certificate, and proof of vaccinations that the breeder - who is also a vet technician at hospital in Kentucky - had given her for both puppies, and I told her how important it was that we received those documents. Come to find out the other owner didn't get hers either, and her puppy had been delivered with profuse diarrhea that required her to take him to the vet and have him treated. This transport was an all-around disaster, and Beverly was downright unprofessional and nasty in her responses to my request for simple information like where are you at with my dog and what is your ETA at this time. This has been an absolute nightmare of nine days that my puppy was held hostage when he could have been here within 3 very easily. If you don't want to have this headache, please I urge you to pick another transporter if this one pops up on your list.. and yes it might be a little more expensive as I did realize that I'd picked the least expensive bid in order to try to save as much money as I could considering the state of our world right now but boy did that prove to bite me right in the ass. Learned my lesson, please learn from my lesson too, do not use Beverly and Another Paw Saved if you have a tight schedule you'd like to keep and would like to be privy to any information that you request to have of your property and family member that is being transported by someone you don't know. I wish you all good luck, and honestly I hope Beverly retires. Thanks for reading
