I had an excellent experience with Gypsie's Fur-Pals Express. I highly recommend them. Kara and Gma not only transported Archie, our 4 month old cocker spaniel, but they held him and showered him with love. They communicated with me throughout the whole trip and sent pictures of Archie during their breaks. Seeing him happy & giving Gma kisses made me happy too & gave me a sense of peace. I had been wary about entrusting Archie to strangers, but they quickly helped alleviate my concerns. The other wonderful thing about their service is that they picked up Archie in Laredo, TX on a Monday afternoon & had him at my home in Florida by the very next day! That was a huge plus for me. We recently purchased a puppy out of state and we needed to find someone that could transport our new puppy to us to our state which was multiple, driving ourselves to pick her up was not an option. We lucked out and found Emi who has managed these situations for many years now. To us the process was pretty stressful because there is so much trust you have to put into the sellers we bought the puppy from and into the person transporting your special package. In the end we were very pleased with our experience and like I say we lucked out by finding Emi. She understood our needs and to help settle our nerves she texted updates every day and sent pictures, given that fact it was difficult to predict an arrival date the constant updates helped ease that anxiety.
