We would absolutely trust Creature Comforts to transport our cats again! They transported our 5 cats over 2000 miles. We were nervous to have anyone look after our kitties, but Basil and Jack were so kind, and accommodating and most importantly they kept the cats safe and comfortable for the long journey. They had a wonderful set up of larger cates for comfortable transport and small fans for each cage so that the cats were always kept at a comfortable temperature. We routinely received updates and pictures throughout the journey. They were always vigilant and never put the cats in a situation where they had a chance to escape. We have a couple shy cats, but Basil handled them lovely and gaining their trust. They also made sure to let the cats have space to run around and exercise throughout the trip. Basil was also wonderful at answering my many questions before and during the trip, responding quickly and always taking our input. If you need your fur babies transported, I would 100% suggest Creature Comforts! Great price and better service!

I am EXTREMELY satisfied with this web site that I stumbled upon doing a google search, but even MORE satisfied with the driver I selected. Susan not only provided a reasonable bid (many others were so high I didn't think it was possible to travel), but she was able to drive me and my best furfriend LaLa all the way from Panama City Florida to upstate New York (Ballston Lake). I am a disabled vet of 22 years who just went through two back to back surgeries in a two week period and needed to get home to New York with my pup to recover. I was unaware that airlines and Amtrak was not transporting (unless 20lbs and under). I was so worried about the safety of my dog going thousands of miles away without me. I run a rescue FB page and volunteer helping with transport, adoption events and emergency vetting throughout our 850 area code, and had heard horror stories about animal transport. Susan was absolutely AMAZING. She was kind, empathetic, compassionate and just an incredible soul. She took such good care of me and my dog along the way. We did not have to want for nothing. I have blown up social media about your site and the care LaLa and I received from Susan. I highly recommend Citizen Shippers. I have a pretty decent following and have told all friends and family about your site and Susan. I will be doing some traveling in the future and would request the assistance of Susan a million times over. She made sure I arrived safely and ensured our needs were met ....ALWAYS. Carla was excellent from the first contact to the delivery! I had lower offers, but Carla's experience as a truck driver was a big plus in my decision to use her. The trip from the breeder to my house is 640 miles, and Carla did it in one day! Carla is very friendly, great with communication, sent updates and photos along the route, and obviously loves her puppy passengers! Carla's van is very nice. Your pet will be riding in luxury when they ride with Carla. I would definitely use Carla again if I needed a pet to be transported. ??

✅ What a FANTASTIC experience. This shipper is a true class act. They communicated along the entire route, were on time and experienced dog handlers. The level of safety equipment was so impressive. My dog traveled in a 1000$ crate I never realized this was so important buy after being explained to me yes if they were to get In an accident and the dog is ridibg loose or in a cheap crate, it's likely to get hurt or killed). Anyway, They guys have these super tough crash tested crates to keep all their furry passengers safe. They don't overcrowd and best of all my dog was clean and happy tail wagging upon arrival. I have never used a service like this. It’s a tough trip across country alone. Let’s not include transporting pets along the way. They ask you to be patient with them and the time frames. That’s what I suggest. If you have something planned for exact dates this may not be the transport for you. They are a young company, give them some grace. I know I almost lost my cool due to scheduling because I had a flight to catch. But at the end of the day they are reasonable and they transported both of my babies home in the midst of a heat wave. Nothing ever works out perfectly to plan, but your fur babies busting off the bus jumping on you in joy is a feeling that cannot be duplicated. Thank you Melissa and Jose for getting my babies home!

I am so grateful for Gina! She transported my 13 year old dog across the country; from Las Vegas to upstate NY. I could tell immediately that I chose the right person. She is confident in her abilities and is reliable. I felt my dog was in good hands. For much of the trip, there was a heatwave with super high temps but all was good because her sprinter van had separate AC for the back of the van so they were comfortable. She was in contact with me daily and sent pics. She really gave my dog first class treatment!! I felt like my dog was on an amazing adventure and I was actually happy she got to have that experience. They stopped often and went to dog parks or on walks. Gina only transports 2 dog families at a time so she was able to give them attention. She really got to know my dog. And then when she dropped off my dog with my family, they all had a good chat and the dogs got to play. Gina is a kind, reliable, and trustworthy person and I 100% recommend her to anyone. My dog sitter requested Gina’s contact info because she was so impressed by what she heard!!

Before booking, I was nervous, worried that I'd make a poor decision and pick a pet transporter whose primary concern wasn't my pet. Christian and Jen were awesome! When we handed Hank over, their warmth and professionalism really shone through. They really enjoy being on the road, and it was clear from their facebook page, that they love spending time with the pets. I was kept informed the entire length of the trip (from CA to TX), with updates regularly on where they were, and with lots of photos (mostly of Christian/Jen walking hank at stops). Since we both have iPhones they were able to share their location so I could see where Archie was in his journey across the country at all times. Both my parents and I received frequent pictures and videos of Archie as well as updates. Archie arrived happy and was sad to see them go.

Positive: It was easy to find and book a transport for our new puppy from NV to OH. Negative: The individual who we booked with did not communicate with us well. They tried to pick up the puppy early without our permission and against the schedule we had agreed upon. He then outsourced the transport to a third party without talking to us, we had no idea until we got a call from our breeder that the wrong people were there to pick up. Drivers who we never talked to and didn’t approve of. Because of this I would tell others to take caution and do a lot of research before booking through citizen shipper.

Ashley was the best of the best. From day one, she was very responsive, loved getting updates on the growth of our dog and when the time came, took care of all coordination between the breeder and herself. Once in transit, she sent numerous updates w pictures at each leg of the two flights. The original flight was 3+ hours delayed, so she worked it out with the airline to get re-routed and arrived very close to original arrival time. I cannot recommend her services enough!

I wish I could give Pets 4 Miles a 10 star rating. I cannot begin to express in words how phenomenal this wonderful group of people are. I had a very unique dilemma & Jason & his crew went above & beyond to help me. They were so kind & accommodating. They listened to my story & truly cared about me & my sweet Malachi. I left my precious 3 month old rescue in their capable hands on a Thursday in California. Then I boarded my plane to Nashville. After keeping me updated throughout their trip across country (even sending pics of her), they arrived safely at my home just 48 hours later. Malachi & I were reunited! She was loved (& even spoiled a bit) throughout her journey & I cannot thank Jason & Pets 4 Miles enough for everything they’ve done for us. I feel like they are a part of our family now. I don’t just highly recommend Pets 4 Miles; I think you’d be missing out on the absolute best if you didn’t use their service. They simply are THE BEST!
