Superior Pet Transit is the best! They took great care of our French Bulldog, King and sent us pictures and updates throughout the trip from LA to NY. Not only that, they actually know their stuff about animals and behavior, and weren’t just lugging some shipment from half way across the country to get it delivered, they cared. It was an amazing, and simple experience, and nothing seems to be simple in my life, so when someone is competent and does their part without me having to constantly micromanage the situation, I am eternally grateful! My Boxer girl loved them SO much that she made us wait and watch them leave, and wait still-I imagine, in case they were coming back. Then she whined for an hour staring out at the parking lot. That says something about the character of these ladies!! If that’s not enough, their fee was EXTREMELY reasonable, They quickly responded to any texts I sent, and promptly picked up and delivered in a timely manner. We’re so happy. Then the lies and excuses started, at 430 I had had enough and asked for our money back. They refused to give it back. She sounded like she was on something when she finally answered. Brandon did an excellent job transporting my 1 year old mid size puppy from New York City to Tampa, FL! I'm so happy I decided to go with Brandon. Right off the bat I had a good feeling about him. He was very fair with his price offering. He was also communicative and accomadating- he even helped me transport my house plants. He planned his trip well and arrived in Brooklyn early to pick up my dog (Props to him for successfully navigating through New York City traffic)... When he arrived, I was not quite ready, and he waited around until I was prepared to have him transport my dog. Throughout the trip, he sent frequent pictures, update as well as GPS tracking to allow me to follow his progress. He allowed my dog on passenger seat crate free. He took frequent breaks during the trips to allow potty time. At the end, he arrived early to the destination and allowed us to welcome our dog home early! I highly recommend Brandon. This “company” cancelled on me at the last minute with zero communication. I had confirmed multiple times over the month leading up to the date including the night before. I called 10 minutes before scheduled pickup and was told “oh no, we had to cancel that one, our truck is in the shop”. No effort to reschedule, rent a truck to get the job accomplished, nothing. I had to scramble and relist the job and reschedule with someone else (who by the way also had their vehicle under repair, but was able to get my boat to their location until their vehicle was ready- simple effort). And when I gave this company a chance to make things right by refunding at least part of the difference in price between their bid and what I had to pay someone to pickup my boat last minute… they stopped responding. Real professional. They have zero respect for the customer. Don’t take a chance with them. Avoid at all costs.

do not trust this man, he was suppossed to get pick up my motorcycle on Monday the 21st, and was a no show, give me the excuse that he was changing his brakes, yet we had a pick up set for 5am in the morning and he never let us know anything till I got in touch with him around 6:30 am, so I gave him another chance. I talked to him around 2 pm on the 22nd and he said he was in tennessee, which was around 3.5 hours away from pick up, and that was the last time he answered the phone, I texted and called him several time and he never responded. He was half up ront, so I sent him 88 dollars and he never did what he said he was going to do. I hope you enjoyed the 88 dollars you stole from me. I will never deal with this company again! I also wish I could rate zero stars, because the 1 star is to good for Steve Hilton!

I can't even begin to describe how wonderful Mark was/is. He was VERY communicative every step of the way. Our 70lb German Shepard was raised around tiny yorkies his whole life so he's a big baby when it comes to meeting new people. The moment he met Mark, he just KNEW he was going to take him to see his dad in North Carolina. Dempsey jumped into Marks passenger seat like it was just another day. I also wanted to mention that Mark's wife is also a great asset to this team. She made sure that we were up to date with times and just had the whole thing together.
