Joshua was an amazing driver for my cats from California to New Mexico he made sure to give them extra water like i requested because of the higher elevation for them and gave me updates on them as well as allow me to call anytime during the trip to make sure they were okay. He is very kind hearted he said he saw how worried i was for the cats and told me he was driving straight there (so i highly recommend the expedited service he offers) he left here in the early noon and got to my boyfriends by a little past midnight which was great timing. It was a great experience my cats got there safe with no issue and he communicated with me the entire time, definitely recommend him as a driver.

I will use the old adage of " Let The Buyer Beware. " to describe the service provided by CitizenShipper and Carroll Transport, or in my case, the lack of. Qualification-Citizenshipper stated they prequalified Carroll Transport, however no credentials were provided by Citizenshipper, but they assured me that they had performed the needed checks on Carroll Transport. With that said and being he was the lowest bidder, I hired him for the job. Jonny stated he had transportation experience, specifically with motorcycles, and I had specific requests regarding date, time, and securing my motorcycle to be met. COMMUNICATION-Not communicating with me was an issue from the get go! During and after the booking, we found the following: Communication is not a strong suit of Carroll Transport. Several attempts to communicate with Carroll Transport by text and phone went unheeded. It was only after complaints to CitizenShipper 2 days before transport pick up that he finally contacted us to say he was still coming! When I finally heard from Jonny Carroll his responses were short and vague. I was informed that Carroll Transport had shipped many motorcycles. After my experience I am left questioning this. On the day the bike was to be picked up I was texted he was running late and he asked me if an open trailer would be ok to which I replied no, that I specifically requested an enclosed trailer in the booking. EXPERIENCE-When Johnny finally arrived several hours late day, he did not have the proper equipment to load the bike. Even more ridicules, he then made several trips to various stores to get what he needed, even when we gave him 2 extra days! (ramps, tie downs, etc.) For someone that has transported many bikes, he didn't really have experience loading and securing the bike either. Fortunately for me a friend of mine with much more experience was on hand to show Johnny what he needed to do. Needless to say all of this delayed our transport! BOOKING-Our booking was scheduled for a roundtrip transport but when processing this on CitizenShipper it would only show a one way charge so we verified this with Johnny who agreed price was for a round trip and he would provide invoice stating such along with copy of DL, and insurance upon pick up, This never happened. No invoice was ever sent for the return portion even though requested multiple times! DELIVERY- Johnny was to meet in Boston at 3:00 pm. Driver was contacted multiple times, and at 5:00pm. Driver told us he was still 2 hours out from our delivery destination, Again to help him I met him in Rhode Island instead at 7:00pm! Luckily Harley Davidson just happened to have someone there to help us off load bike. He could have never done this himself! SIDEBAR- as he is new, very young with a family we helped him out and even tipped him knowing it may help him and us for the return leg however.... AGREEMENT FOR RETURN SHIPPMENT- On June 14th Johnny had confirmed that he still planned to pick up the bike June 20th. That was the last I heard from him until the morning of the 20th, the day of pickup. My girlfriend and I had made several attempts to contact Johnny by phone and text as early as the 18th; no response. Finally with 2 hours to go before the motorcycle was to be picked up Johnny informs us he can't do the job as agreed. This caused much stress and financial hardship as we had a flight to catch that afternoon and then were left trying to set up transportation and a place to keep the bike until it could be picked up. Had Johnny Carroll, or his assistant, contacted us in a timely manner this hardship could have been avoided. Do to Carroll Transport failing to communicate, I was put in a very stressful situation and incurred financial hardship.

Great service great communication! There is an embargo currently on flying pets cargo so ground was the only option. After some research I found the most experienced was also the best rated (Prestige Courier & Transportation). Would most definitely use again and recommend! We got pictures and videos the whole way and they made great time (you can track them since they share their location with you). So glad they were able to pick our girl up and get her to us so happy. Donna picked up my 10 week old puppy from the breeder and delivered on-time as promised in New Jersey. She shared her location throughout the trip and sent pictures and video constantly. A puppy being removed from his litter mate can be very stressful on the puppy. When she arrived the puppy was already so attached to her he didn’t want her to go. That proves she loves him as her own which made the trip completely non stressful. I would not use anyone else!!!!!!

I truly could not be more thrilled with my decision to use Rover Pet Caravan Co. My 8 month old German Shepherd mix Bjorn was moving across the country and began to display some aggressive behaviors mere days before the trip. I was terrified I would have to cancel and drive him myself because I didn’t know how he would act riding with strangers. Luckily, Corban was completely unfazed—even though Bjorn had an initial meltdown and suffers from separation anxiety, within 10 minutes of meeting, Bjorn was allowing Corban to walk and pet him. Corban’s extensive experience with dogs was so apparent even from the first interaction. I knew then Bjorn was in good hands! They sent me photos throughout the trip of a happy pup to keep my mind at ease. The best part was, Bjorn arrived to his new city a much better-adjusted dog, displaying even less aggression towards strangers and other dogs. I am so grateful and cannot recommend Rover Pet Caravan enough! I would 10/10 use them again in the future.

Ok so my dog was scheduled yesterday for 4 pm heard from driver Aimee at 1130am told me they would text me 30 minutes out, Never heard from them again no phone call, no text no nothing, they never showed up. I had people lose a days worth a work to say goodbye I gave my dog medicine to calm her for the long ride. A phone call or text would of been nice that they were not coming, if they couldn’t come a phone call would of been nice I would of understand but nothing is very unprofessional on how to run a business so UNSATISFIED would be my rate, I could go off but I will be the better person

Roberto was fantastic. He transported a boat over 1,000 miles for me. He communicated throughout the whole process and was very professional. About 4/5 of the way, he noticed that the wheel bearings on the trailer were starting to squeak badly. He stopped at a truck stop for the night so that he could have it checked out in the morning. The mechanic said that if he had not stopped, it would have caused a lot of damage to the axle and could have been a big problem. Roberto did not complain one bit about the several hour delay. His #1 priority was clearly that he got our boat to us in great condition. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Oh my goodness, I don’t even have the words to describe, Gwen was absolutely amazing to work with! Going into getting our dog delivered, we are first time dog owners and were super nervous, and just hesitant about delivering our dog with a stranger in general. We had lots of offers for this originally but they were all making me feel a little iffy besides this one, & I’m SO GLAD we went with this service. Gwen was so personable. She made all of our fears go away, she kept in touch with us on the phone & sent pictures frequently, let me ask a million questions and was so kind! Even after our dog was delivered she’s still been so helpful with keeping in touch with me & giving me all the dog tips since I’m a first timer! Kris made the experience of having our fur babies transported from Michigan to Florida as emotionally comforting and stress free as possible.
