This was not the experience that our family was hoping for. First and foremost, the photos of this RV are not at all current -- this is NOT what we experienced. The interior was incredibly dilapidated and the crates, although free from debris, were far from clean. The exterior was in very poor condition as well. It was incredibly hot inside of the RV even though it was running. Being RVrs ourselves, this is not what we expected to see pull up to our home. Unfortunately, due to a military move and zero leeway to change our plans, we were forced to go ahead and send our pets, but not without incredible worry. There was nowhere for the dogs to lay comfortably, aside from being in the crates which we certainly did not want. My wife asked if she could send some brand new beds, but that was discouraged by the driver and his wife. Although they did arrive to our final destination, updates were note given regularly or proactively; the only contact we had was when we reached out. Our pets (two dogs) were incredibly stressed upon arrival. I would absolutely not recommend this situation to anyone.

Thank you for the delivery. Anton worked quickly, picked up my puppy within an hour of the driver's approval. Previously, I examined the car and made sure that my puppy will be comfortable. The car is big, Anton folded the seats and my things, and the cage with the puppy fit perfectly. All along the way, I saw their location, received photos at the time of the stop, the climate control in the car and the puppy felt very comfortable. Anton helped me load things into the car, unload them when they were delivered. everything was done very professionally. Yes, the price was not the cheapest compared to the other rates, but when choosing a driver, I was guided by photos and reviews, I was satisfied with everything. Seanna and her son Robert were absolutely amazing ! You can't go wrong with with these two . They drove all the way from Tennessee to Miami Florida to pick up 2 in tact in season male ferrets that arrived from Russia to drive them all the way to Ohio ! Let me start by saying this is not a simple task . In rut male ferrets can be very aggressive and their bite is not for the faint of heart . Before leaving to pick them up Seanna went to pet store to pick up their food , some raw chicken I requested and puppy pads . Communication was impeccable they are so kind and reassuring I could tell just in their voices and the way they spoke that they were through and through animal lovers . They stopped a lot to change their pads since their carriers are so small she purchased a larger carrier to put them in while she cleaned up their airline carriers . Let me start by saying, I've used CitizenShipper before and have had great experiences. But this was a huge regret. My poor dog arrived smelling like vomit and was wet on his underbelly. He was also starving and wanted to do nothing but eat. Communication was seriously lacking. I didn't even know when she had picked him up. I had to message her to find out she already had him in the van. Then I received no updates unless I asked for them. I was also told she would be here early afternoon then it changed to sometime between 7:30 and 9:30 at night. Then at 10pm, she almost went to the wrong house instead of paying attention to the house number. I was obviously upset and even more upset that they let my skittish dog out a block from my house "to stretch his legs". Um no. My assumption is they wanted to air out the vomit smell of my poor boy. I definitely would not recommend this company. I'm very concerned about the level of care my dog received.

We had to transport my son's dog from Denver to Orlando and out of all the offers we received, Jonathan's stood out the most because of his 5/5 star rating and his prompt answering to my text messages. We were so nervous about the whole process but Jonathan explained everything to me and also offered to meet our dog ahead of time since he lives in the same city that he was at. She was absolutely amazing with our sweet maylee . She made sure maylee had food and water the whole trip. We asked her not to put maylee on the ground because she was only 8 weeks old and had not had her shots and she made sure maylee didn’t touch the ground .
