Paul was fantastic to work with. Id give 6 stars if it were an option. He made the whole process easy and went way above and beyond. He did everything he advertised with pictures and updates. He also goes above and beyond what he advertises. Our puppy had an accident and then got covered in said accident. Paul made a special stop to give the puppy a bath. What’s better is that he knew not to use anything more than water on the young pup. He also scheduled his stops around the puppy’s napping. Our breeder is very paranoid about who transports her dogs and she spoke with Paul when HE REACHED OUT TO HER to verify details. She was extremely impressed which isn’t easy to accomplish. I am so relieved that we booked Paul’s services for this.

This company (Citizenshipper.com) and this driver, Diane R without a doubt the worst and, if I was able to contact either one of them, I could identify both of them as scammers. I booked a pickup/delivery almost 2 weeks ago. Never heard a peep from anyone, but my charge card was charged. When I tried to contact Diane, she answered the phone, but when I identified myself, she immediately hung up. When I tried to report her to the “contact support” at citizen shipper, my message was not deliverable. Do not deal with these people, U will be ripped off and disappointed. Worst experience ever. A transport that should have taken 3-4 days Max turned into 9 days without specific dog food. When asked what are they eating because we only packed enough for 5 days since it was supposed to take 3-4 days Max. The response was they have plenty which we knew was not right if they were being fed a scoop a day. Asked for daily updates and received responses like every time I pull over to respond the dogs think they are going out. Wow a daily update didn’t seem too much to ask considering the circumstances. We were told traffic,weather, schedule emergency in states in the total different direction, migraines, etc.... caused delays daily. We finally got our dogs home Saturday. They were picked up Thursday in Missouri and didn’t arrive to California until the following Saturday. Our lab had to go to the vet because she didn’t stop puking for days. I could go on but I’m just so thankful the dogs are home and the nightmare is over. I would give zero stars but not an option.

I actually had to cancel this booking due to no communication for 3 days after I booked it. I had a question for the driver about using a crate for my puppy and got no reply . it was less than a week away and expected at least a reply. I contacted Citizenshipper and they too could not contact the transport so I canceled. Several days later I got an email from the transport that they were on a long haul and were sorry they did not get back to me. Unacceptable. I ended up driving the 11hours myself with a friend to pick up my puppy. If they could not get back to me for 3 days about a concern I had, then I would be very nervous to let them transport my puppy safely and reliably. They had my email, cell number and house number. No excuse.
