Brandi is the most kind and caring person! She communicated super well, always updated me on the status of my 8 week old puppy (1.5lb chihuahua) and even took a ton of photos on pick up and enroute to me :) she always updated google tracking depending on how the route changed with traffic. I loved that I could watch my puppy travel live. Brandi made stops to get gas etc and my little one got potty breaks and got to stretch her legs. Brandi transported my pup in one day too! I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience and this wonderful company. Don’t hesitate to use Brandi! She truly loves what she does and it totally shows. Dustin was Amazing!! I don’t even think Amazing is the best word I could use. He updated me regularly, responded to any messages I sent, provided me with a GPS location tracker, helped me with the pick-up, and sent me pictures regularly. I couldn’t be more pleased with this experience. If I ever needed something like this, I would without a doubt see if Dustin was available.

I feel so lucky to have had Tammy as my dog transport. I was so nervous to put my pup Maya through this journey, but had little other options with flights still not allowing dogs. Tammy is awesome. First, she did a great job of getting acquainted with Maya and building a little bit of a bond before she hit the road. I instantly knew that Maya was in good hands. Tammy kept me constantly updated and delivered on time. Afterwards she gave me some great gems about the local area I had just moved to. I ended up booking Kerry to transport my dog only days in advance as we had a hard time coordinating our schedules. She was patient and understanding with my fur baby who is very anxious about car travel and had never been in an airplane before. She sent videos and pictures during their cross country airplane ride and reassured this anxious 'Mom" that things were going well. I'm so thankful that I found Kerry to transport my pet via airplane cabin as I NEVER would have put her in the cargo department and the thought of her traveling cross country in a stranger's car terrified me. Even though the pickup was not directly in his path, he doubled back to pick-up my motorcycle from storage and delivered it 1,200 miles in less than 3 days. They got my nearly 50 pound dog to me safely, and the driver was extremely sweet! ! I was skeptical at first as I've never had to transport my baby before, but it turned out to be a smooth process! There were uncontrollable delays amongst the way like a highway accident, but the driver communicated & updated me, I really hope she made it home safely and had a great night! This was a reunion with my childhood family dog whom's owner (my brother) passed away unfortunately, so I am very grateful for her, she made. this transition for us both a bit easier. They got her from the shelter directly and delivered her directly to my door :)

Billy is a fantastic pet transporter! He transported 2 cats across the country for me. Billy sent so many pictures of my cats during the transport and gave me lots of updates. He accommodated to my travel schedule which was extremely helpful. One of the cats is normally a little nervous but warmed up to Billy quickly. I can't recommend Billy enough. This driver delivered my brand new trailer damaged in middle of night using a rented home depot truck. I actually gave him a choice as to when to deliver if he wanted to rest and bring it anytime in the morning or early afternoon. I was in no rush. I did start to worry when several more days were added to delivery. I didn’t make that known, cause again I was in no rush. Have texts to prove it. I figured thats how you get a good price because he can make multiple deliveries between. What I’ve came to realize when daylight came the day of delivery, was that my brand new trailer was damaged via impact, causing the cross members to be off center across the entirety of the trailer by over 2 inches. The left side galvanized tube was ripped off from its center connection. Trailer has 4 wheels. He delivered it with one tire blown, rim damaged/bent, fender missing. Tire blown happens, but thats all he told me happened. At the time when he delivered it I wasn’t worried and was happy him and his team were ok. Instead, it was just all lies. I had to have the frame of trailer welded after having the entire trailer pulled to straighten it out given force of impact. He said he would take care of the incurred expenses when I contacted him. I even made sure to keep expenses to fix it all down and amounted to less than $1,000 because I fixed electrical, fenders, brackets and tire myself. I haven’t received any reimbursement and its been nearly month and half. I asked for there insurance information and have email to prove it and still don’t have that information. I have detailed pictures of the damage. I called Marina where he picked it up as driver said he picked it up damaged. They the Marina laughed it off as it was brand new, the Marina explained that he shows up with a rented home depot truck and doesn’t have a pin to tow the trailer/boat when he shows up. Also Citizen-shipper is useless in these situations. I’m now going to seek legal advice as the trailer is no longer at manufacturer standard and also because I’m simply not letting this go and this needs to be made an example of.

They were responsive though a bit slow during the booking process (maybe because I started the conversation a month before the desired date, which seemed quite early.) They provided an app that was very helpful in tracking their location in real-time which was great, though they didn't give me a text update of a one-day delay before I asked. Had my frenchie puppy transported in a shared transport from Texas all the way to Florida. I received updates and photos of my puppy at each stop. They actually take them out of their crate and let them move around and have a little space at the stops. They have food and water too. The driver was so kind and I was able to contact him at any time for an update. If you do a share transport, there will be stops along the way and it will take longer than a VIP transfer but I was ok with that. I was notified of any delay and contacted once they were about an hour away so that I could make sure I was available. Keep in mind I was nervous using a pet transport company as I had a Frenchie pass away previously due to a heat stroke while under the care of a professional. They reassured me about the climate for my puppy and were familiar with the conditions necessary for brachycephalic breeds. Thank you for being so good to my little guy and for keeping me informed!
